The room is clean enough. But the location of the lobby drop off is a little odd, not enough space for 2 cars side by side to stop for quite sometimes. All staffs were friendly and helpfull. The beddings and pillows were comfy. I booked the paddy view room, and very satisfied with my choice. Will come back in the future, for sure.

Reception never picked up the phone, my room air conditioning doesn’t work , so go to the reception by myself many times to fix the problem, they are totally not professional at all !

simple and clean hotel- located in a very strategic area (but crowded, so pls expect traffic jam), close to all hot spots in Seminyak. value for money.

It’s located at a very convenient and accessible area. Circle K just opposite with all you may need. Also with lot of restaurants and bars.

It was a superb Hotel. Didn’t Expect the good and prompt service. Just needs to level up buffet selection.

AC is not cold and the room is super dirty... not recommended to stay here

Excellent place, except for the fact that the gym was closed and according you the staff it was closed for a long time now. Unfortunately the gym was one of the reasons I picked this hotel so it was quite disappointing. The massage place in the hotel was also a bit pricey and way too hot. Probably needs another ac unit.

Good hotel in petitenget Protip : book a room on the top floor, the view over the rice fields is great and it’s always breezy on the balcony

very good hotel and great location, the staff is very helpfull and we hv a very nice stay there
