Amazing location and a fantastic river side villa! If you have a dream about visiting the jungle then definitely go to Bali and stay in Sayan! Hotel is fused with the jungle itself and the river views are breathtaking! Service is immaculate and staff are super friendly. We have tried breakfast lunch and dinner in the resort and the food did not disappoint either! Tasty, colourful and bursting with flavours the meals were a great treat for the taste buds. :))

This place was amazing! I specifically stayed at this location because I signed up for Bali Scuba which is right across the street. Not too far from restaurants. The people that work here were so kind and was always willing to help me. Breakfast was great as well! I actually became so obsessed I went to go buy their noodles from the supermarket. I recommend! Sanur is very calm & away from the party scene.

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

The hotel is very well located, but very noisy. A neighboring restaurant/bar that was playing music until 4am. The cleanliness was also to be desired, bathroom with bad odor and in the cloth that is on top of the bed quite dusty.

A villa with a super high cost performance ratio. I recommend the one with breakfast. The richness and taste of the breakfast here still make me remember it, especially the fried noodles. The hotel staff is so responsible that you feel you have to tip him. He really did a lot for me, even though I don't have the habit of tipping. You need to go to the nearby park zone to take a taxi. Then call the hotel to drive a shuttle bus to pick you up. There is a very narrow path to enter the hotel lobby, which is very private.

This is a traditional Balinese style hotel. You can borrow a hairdryer at the reception. There is a refrigerator and a kettle in each room, and water and tea bags were replenished every day. The location is within walking distance of the sea, and there is a convenience store nearby. There are many menus to choose from for breakfast, so I didn't get bored even though I stayed for about 5 nights. The main course, fruit or fresh juice, and drinks were also satisfying in quantity.

The hotel is beautiful,breakfast is good, extra charge$30 for children staying even we share bed ,in other same level hotel, we only pay extra breakfast . It is really a mistake to book by Trip for this one, cause the girl can't find our booking and keep doubting and asking me to contact with trip.com myself in late evening after a long journey to Ubud with my young daughter with serious car sick standing in front of the window long , while the lady sitting keep blaming my coming here, it is totally ridiculous feeling like why you bother me by booking our hotel , you should not be here, cause I can't find your booking, you can't stay cause you didn't pay us, anyway you are not welcome! the girl keeped me standing almost half an hour keeping convince me :we have no guest check in today, I can't find your booking, or you find Trip yourelf?even I showed my booking infos to her, even which is more expensive than their normal booking price ,while I got receipt as less as their normal price later , good stuff you !I even gave her my copy of booking infos at last! And no one come to give me an explaination or further step until I asked myself in the morning,they finally found the booking themselves in another agent, so is it my fault to come yesterday? ?? I found many ants, a huge spider and consistent creepy sounds in my room at night ,afraid and can't sleep the whole night so with light on, the room which is of course not my booking in the picture but they said same type . Sorry to bother you, so I will be Kind and won't book next time to bother each other again .

Forest hotel, far from the airport, close to the Ubud market, but unfortunately Ubud can not take a mobile phone, but the hotel is very cost-effective, breakfast is also very good, the room is very large, there are Welcome Drink and Fruits, China People are less, they don't see it. I recommend everyone to experience it. The overall is very good hotel!

Beautiful stay, even if rooms are a bit dated compared to the main hotel area

Although this resort is small but great location with ocean view in Uluwata Bali. The rooms are spacious with its relaxing design especially the unit with balcony. The food quality and its presentation is excellent! Thum’s up to the local chef that using his heart to cook every single dishes. Although had only two nights here, it is really one of my best experiences in my travel history that the staffs were extremely friendly, warm, helpful, attentive,initiative, hardworking.. If you want a holidays that can relax with peaceful mind in the day yet with evening entertainment at the poolside, this will be a great choice! I will certainly recommend to friends and come back again soon.
