First time in Montigo hotel and it didn’t disappoint! Hotel looks grand! Room was huge with a big balcony that we enjoyed hanging around upon returning to room. The hotel is conveniently located in Seminyak with many good restaurants around. Potato head is just beside the hotel and it takes about 20mins by foot to Seminyak Village. What could improve would be to have shower curtain as the bathroom floor was wet after every shower Kudos to the housekeeper Adi who decorated my room with rose petals and a hand written card. What surprised me even more was the staff (Anggita and team) gathered to sing me happy birthday with a cake during breakfast. Thank you for the effort! It really made my birthday more special! 😍 I will definitely come back here again!

Service was impeccable, which made the hotel stay worth every penny. The service was truly top notch - every single staff!! Even tho it rained everyday and we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the daybeds and magnificent pool view our moods were not dampened. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel bfast which felt really healthy, with wellness in mind. Unlike other hotels that fill you up with carbs, the food served here felt really wholesome!! Room feels slightly small, didn’t really like the bathroom layout, but overall everything felt clean. Gym was fantastic as well with cold towels, water provided. Would def return!

From the moment we arrived the hotel staff made us feel so special, we were greeted by Darma by our first names with a friendly smile. Soon enough everyone was so motivated to help us enjoy our experience at W Bali Seminyak. The buildings are classy, bright and super clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants all with distinct flair and variety of fare. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was extraordinary with a la carte and buffet options. Sunday Seafood Brunch was an excellent buffet and should not be missed! Supreme quality seafood and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Daily breakfast was extensive with superb flavours and variety. We had two wonderful staff ensure that we had more than we could ever expect, nothing too much hassle and special boost shots thank you so much for the first class service from Kelo and Agus! You are a major asset to this hotel and should be rewarded for your impeccable customer service. Our expectations were exceeded and having travelled to many 5 Star hotels around the world, we can honestly say W Bali Seminyak is the best so far on all levels, the staff make this hotel with personable and the best friendly service. We booked a two-bedroom villa. The villa owner was very nice, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Except for the papaya in the middle of the photo, everything else was provided by the hotel and made with care. I left a message before, and they also made honeymoon decorations. Some guests said that the swimming pool was not clean. The hotel turned on the automatic cleaning function on the day of check-in, and it was very clean after three hours. The swimming pool is very large and deep, and it is super cool to swim in. In short, if you can accept that this is a villa of some years, there is no problem. After all, the price is there, and the cost performance is still very high. The bed is also clean. And the small path inside makes the villa very quiet.

Good place for just sleep in clean room. Bathroom didn’t smell sewage even after the rain which happens a lot in Bali. House cleaning is done properly. The room didn’t smell of room deodorizer to mask the bad smell. However sheets smell either scented laundry detergent or dryer sheet which is bad minus. Staff are all very nice as in the case of most Bali people except the management. There are guests by the pool which is also clean environment. However no particular attractions here for your holiday. I would go out to the beach or nicer club of sorts. Free Breakfast is so so. Buffet style. I enjoyed cut fruits and sautéed vegetables. You can have your eggs to your like. Staff friendly here too. Book on line with travel sites like Agoda or Trip etc. The hotel site rates are expensive.

Very satisfied! On our last night in Bali, we were given a free 2-hour late check-out because no one was staying the next day. We basically had a deep tour of the hotel. The family went to a nearby supermarket to buy groceries, cooked, had a candlelight dinner, and chatted in bed. The service attitude was very good. Airbali made our trip to Bali reach its peak. In the morning, we woke up, had breakfast, swam lazily, and listened to music. It was so comfortable. I will go again next time! The price-performance ratio is too high! The embodiment of happiness! !

The staff here were very hospitable and hands on for anything you need. Given that it’s a small place, they can cater individually to each customer . The cleanliness was quite good, especially compared to other places in Bali. The pool is also good & the breakfast is not bad either . It’s close to some restaurants and beach. The balcony is not too bad but a little small with a sub lounger which can be inconvenient if there’s two people who want to sit outside , and only one person can sit. Overall, we would recommend this place if you want to stay in somewhat quiet ish area of Seminyak , have decent cleaned room & hands on staff.

Nice small hotel walking distance from the beach. Very clean, friendly staff, lovely food reasonably priced. Would stay there again.
