Glebushek_teacherUpon arrival, my mum and I were really surprised with the nice front garden . Looks like a real palace! The same view is inside - everything is full of grass, flowers, fountains. The hotel is so big that you can get lost during first days. The beach is well equipped with lots of facilities. However, it was a bit uncomfortable to stay there because of a lot of locals trying to sell you something every 10 minutes. I was really tired of saying “no thank you”. 5star hotel shouldn’t let this happen, it really disturbs from relaxing.
The service is really good, every time you need something - they do it immediately.
The internet however was really poor, and I couldn’t even call my family because the connection was really slow. One more thing we didn’t like - the breakfast. It didn’t look unique , not for a 5star hotel as well. I have experienced a lot so far, but at Ayodya I was even hungry after breakfast. Average home made breakfast isn’t something you want to have during the luxurious holiday. Sushi was a real “shame”, the pastry wasn’t tasty at all.
The rooms were excellent , with balconies. Everyday cleaning was good. Thank you for positive emotions, we will definitely recommend your hotel. Hopefully you will improve your cuisine in the future.

MARIMIEHad the best resort experience! We had such a wonderful time, surrounded by vast, sprawling shores, a huge pool, and lush greenery – truly a rich and healing experience. I highly recommend it for a fantastic escape from the everyday. The room cleanliness was superb. The amenities were a bit basic, so it would be perfect if they were a little more extensive. The staff's service level was, as expected from Hilton quality, absolutely top-notch. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again!

The room was fantastic, with brand-new appliances. Service via WhatsApp was almost instantaneous. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, so nights are peaceful. Right downstairs is a shopping center, so you have everything you need for daily life and entertainment even if you don't step out.
If I had to pick a downside, one would be the air conditioning outdoor unit noise in the rooms near the door, which might not suit light sleepers (though it was fine for kids). The other is that breakfast is served at Yello Hotel, a sister property. While the service was good, the breakfast itself was quite simple with limited options. After 7 days, I honestly lost my appetite, perhaps also because I'm not used to the heavily spiced Indonesian food.

Nadya IWe stayed at this wonderful hotel from March 18th to 29th and absolutely loved it! Great location, excellent and compact grounds, and friendly staff! 😇 We had the ”All-Inclusive. Basic” package, which meant we could visit all restaurants, including the à la carte ones, as well as the coffee shop with its top-notch coffee ☕️, the poolside bar, and the beach bar with its delicious coconuts 🥥 and rum ice cream 🍨😋🤤. I also want to highlight the à la carte restaurant ”Amarta” for its amazing dishes and desserts 🍰😋. As for the beach: there were always free sun loungers and umbrellas available, no matter what time we arrived 🙏, and the ocean here is probably one of the calmest on the entire Nusa Dua coast, as there aren't strong waves! 🌊 On the beach, there's a ”Water Sport” shack where you can find water activities for every taste! With our package, we even got free kayak rides 🛶. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which were free for all-inclusive guests. I also want to commend the cleanliness of all hotel staff; they meticulously wiped down the ceiling beams of the beach restaurant daily 😱, it was truly shocking! 👍🆒 I definitely recommend this hotel; it's worth every penny! 😍🥰😘❤️

Guest UserThe rooms are a bit dated, but the bedding is comfortable. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for dining, spa treatments, the beach, and shopping. However, the facilities are old and currently undergoing renovation. Definitely avoid street-facing rooms – they're incredibly noisy, to the point where you'll question your life choices. On the bright side, the hotel manager is very efficient at handling issues. We stayed twice. The first time, we had a room away from the street, and it was a great experience. For our last two days, we returned to the hotel and were given a deluxe family suite facing the street. There were no other vacant rooms to switch to. The football bar downstairs had a game on, so we didn't get any sleep all night. The next day, the manager promptly helped us change to a different room type. As for cleanliness, as long as it's not excessive when traveling, it's generally acceptable. I'd give the cleanliness three stars. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean, which I attribute to the old facilities, but it wasn't so bad that it was unbearable. Even with my germophobia, I managed. The hotel breakfast is delicious, and the surrounding environment is lovely. There are little squirrels by the pool. Although the pool isn't huge, it's beautiful, and the water quality is excellent. All the staff are very friendly. This place offers incredible value for money, especially when traveling with older children and seniors, as everything is easily accessible. There's a nearby restaurant called 'Fat Chaw' that's perfect for Chinese palates – we went twice. After dinner, you can stroll along Kuta Beach; the sand is fine and very pleasant, and you can watch the sunset! It's also great for young people, being close to the bar street with an amazing atmosphere!

Everything was great, service, room, room view and location. I loved my experience staying in this hotel, if I visit Bali next time probably gonna stay here again. Convenient to go everywhere located heart of Seminyak, staffs were incredibly polite and friendly. My room view was just amazing, 5 star directly. I have some recommendation on breakfast option, it would be better if breakfast had variety of options, felt a bit limited but still delicious. Thank u for my stay comfy

This hotel is a very good choice 👍🏼 I am a little picky, but here’s my review:
Pros:
✅ No damp smell, well ventilated ( I was worried about this)
✅ No insects in the room. There might be some geckos 🦎 (which is normal and expected) but I didn’t see any.
✅ Very clean in general
✅ Comfortable bed
✅ The service is amazing
✅ The staff is very friendly and helpful
✅ The breakfast is very good, there are plenty of choices.
✅ Their restaurant is also very good, in case you don’t want to go out of the resort.
✅ The vibe at the beach is nice and if you like water sports it is also good.
✅ The pool is huge and very nice
✅ Reasonable price (but it will depend on the season and demand)
Cons:
😑 Sound proof can be better, one can hear everyone from the pool (the sound enters from the main door)
😑 The beach is not the best for swimming, and is a bit dirty in general (not the hotel’s fault)
😑 The gym can be better as there are only 3 machines (spinning, treadmill and elliptical) the dumbbells are fine
✅😄 Overall, recommended! I was happy with my stay at this hotel!
It is good to give it a try!

I had a pleasant stay at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center and would happily recommend it to others visiting Denpasar. The hotel is centrally located, making it a great base for both business and leisure activities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a generous variety of both local and international dishes. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and meeting rooms, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. For the price, Aston Denpasar offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Bali.

Nice place to stay calm and relaxed. The views were exceptional! We really enjoyed the pool restaurant and the breakfast. However, I could not say the same about teppanyaki. The chef and waiters work was perfect but the quality of ingredients could be improved.
There are list of different activities on your needs and interest.
Keep in mind that most of the beaches at the Uluwatu area not good for swimming because of the waves and currents. During our stay the hotel beach was a bit dirty and the sea was wavy.
