I have stayed there for a few times already and never failed to give a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff attitude was great and welcoming. The design of this hotel is luxury as well with a very vintage look. Honestly I think the price is very reasonable as well for a hotel like this. With washing machine, microwave and etc.

The hotel overall reasonably with the price only the location is not in the central of the city but it have 7-11 nearby the hotel. The room was big space and well amenities provided. I love the ginger soaps. The staff service was great. The room was clean but i found some white and black hair on the pillow. Hope the hotel always use the new linen or pillow sheets with the customer. Bed well sleep. Only the room cleanliness as I mention the issue above.

- Aesthetically pleasing decor throughout the hotel. - simple check in - Location is good, especially if you travel using a bike it’s faster to get around. - lacking attention to detail.. curtains don’t fit the windows properly.. the electricity kept going out - at least 4 times an evening and throughout the night… something about it felt incomplete - no slippers/shower gel in the room, confusion to get basic hand towels/floor mat. - went down for breakfast once and it was crap. Didn’t seem to be much choice. Note: Remind your Chinese staff they don’t need to shout 老外 when they see people who look different to them!! The fact is we are all foreigners to Thailand, including them!! Leave that ignorant behaviour at home, we don’t appreciate it on holiday.

The hotel was fantastic, the personnel very courteous and helpful. Because there was an issue with the plumbing near my room, I had been upgraded to an executive suite. It was greatly appreciated. The dry cleaning service is top notch and the in-room dining experience very good. All in all, It was pretty much a fantastic experience! I highly recommend the hotel. And I will definitely come back.

I have had the most wonderful experience in Muu hotel . My first trip to Bangkok after 4 years and I really loved 🥰 the choice of hotel I made . Especially to the personnel’s like Buoy I am sorry if I didn’t spell his name correctly . He’s the concierge , bell man all around person to go to for all information . I was so impressed with his kindness and thoroughness . And to the whole staff in the front desk to the shuttle service driver. You’re truly amazing . And truly a most amazing stay. 1. Old used bed linen on arrival The first night check-in, the bedlinen was obviously not new and with wrinkles on them. When asked to change rooms, the staff said there was no availability and could only change the next day 2. No hot water in the shower After changing to a new room, I informed the receptionist that no hot water in the shower. After multiple attempts, and still NO HOT WATER, and the staff didn't try to change rooms again 3. Poor customer service When I informed the no hot water issue, the receptionist told me to wait in the room for the engineer to come to look into the issue in 30 mins 2 hours later, no engineer showed up and I went to the reception again, the receptionist appeared to be annoyed by it. And she INSISTED that I should wait for another 5-10 mins to go to the room with the engineer to fix it. I was already late to my agenda and 2 hours wasted. Outcome: The problem is not fixed, and waste of time 4. Noise issue (poor training) The wall is very thin. It was okay to hear the guest here and there. BUT 90% of the loudest noise is from the staff yelling at each other and running around

I want to congratulate Aspira Hospitality for absolute excellence while I have been in ASQ (quarantine). The service is personal, yet professional, courteous and caring and understanding of the guests circumstance of stay, as well as being incredibly efficient and consistent. I was dreading my 14 day quarantine period although can honestly say I have felt like I've been on holiday, not quarantined. From the minute I was met at the airport until now, including the interactions via LINE and via room telephone, the scheduled PCR escorted health checks to requesting extra coffee or amenities has been delivered with genuine and sincere hospitality. I have been eminently impressed for my entire stay which is not easy to achieve with me. I have very high standards and even higher expectations and I inordinately critique. Your property has exceeded my expectations in so many ways but the most impressive is your team, simply exceptional. Please pass on my congratulations to your team at Aspira Hana Residence and Khun Sutanant - Group Operations Manager for delivering a memorable experience, they really are a great tribute to Aspira Hospitality.

This hotel was great for my 1 day quarantine. The staff were all friendly and professional. The location seemed ok with 7eleven next door. Close enough to the airport. The rooms are nice and have a Belcony and very comfy bed. I would stay again for a stopover in Bangkok.

This is more like a serviced apartment than hotel. Don't expect room facilities beyond basic - the room has fridge, TV and it's pretty much all (no tea-coffee, no restaurant in the building, laundry is self-service). Also, the apartment a bit far from the places like 7-11, pharmacies, etc, which is hard with small child. However, the hotel staff is extra helpful, and it balances any minor disappointments. I'd like to thank hotel manager Ms.Ellie, and cleaning ladies who was patient with our small child. If I'd like to stay in Bangkok one month or more, this is my obvious choice.

Lancaster Bangkok was the best five-star hotel I've seen in Bangkok. The hotel is huge and has an amazing gym and swimming pool. The location is very close to the Phetchaburi metro station and to the train station of the airport train. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get to the airport Suvarnabhumi by car.

AC was cold and bed was very comfortable. However, hotel was not tourist friendly -staff spoke minimal English, absolutely no information provided about the neighborhood or transportation. -location- 25 minute walk to nearest transit station and the first 6 minutes has no sidewalks and LOTS of traffic near Bangkok hospital making really difficult and dangerous to go anywhere. I saw in a review afterwards that there is a shuttle to a train station but we were not notified of that upon check in. Stay away if you are trying to sightsee Bangkok

Very impressed with both the room and the service. The first time we booked for only 1 night. But with the impression, therefore booked 1 more night Thanks to reservation and trip for helping to change the date of stay because we booked in the wrong month. The room is very spacious. If compared to other hotels at a similar price The bed is very big, 4 pillows, the water is warm and flows well. soundproof room no car noise Breakfast is very cute, delicious, good service staff. Probably a hotel to come back to stay again, recommend to sleep. If coming to Thonglor area really good

I would probably not recommend this hotel for the casual traveller based on location alone which is a bit odd, but if someone needs to be in this area or if someone is quite flexible about location then it can be a value choice to consider. This hotel would probably be a better fit for people who are not elites of the IHG rewards program because the benefits of being a Diamond guest are slim to none at this property: all rooms are standard rooms so upgrades do not exist, and breakfast is free for all guests so being Diamond does not give anything extra. The room was fine, air conditioning worked well, and wifi was fast. The only issue I noticed is the way the room is designed, if looking out the window from the sofa you have a view of your neighbor right in front which is not ideal. For the price paid I thought I get a bit more at other hotel chains but this hotel was not bad on any individual metric so it's serviceable.

Maybe my fault but there was not a washing machine in the apartment (noticed a couple other had them, though). Nice enough in itself, but location is pretty far away from central Sukhumvit area (Soi Ekkamai is not the same as Ekkamai BTS). Wifi an issue, too slow. Got BBC News, some other international channels as well. Good water pressure in the shower, plenty of hot water.

Good value for money, and big spacious serviced apartment with modern decor. Hotel seems relatively new with a big smart TV and sports channels available. Without all the bell and whistles of 5 stars hotels, but slept very comfortably at night. Hotel is near the highway and hence slightly noisy from the traffic but no issue for me i could still sleep well. Able to get bowls and utensils if u ask the staff. Only downside is the location is abit out of the way, but if u can use grab then thonglor/ekkamai is within 10 min drive
