MM220148****Traveling alone as a girl, the housekeeper helped carry my suitcase up to the third floor and even provided dental floss if I didn't have it. Overall, the service was very thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, with towels in a sterilizer. There was also a ladies' bag (with makeup remover pads, cotton swabs, and hair ties), and the toilet was sterilized. It was also close to the tourist attractions, making it very convenient. They also recommended fun and delicious places. I was very satisfied and would definitely book a room with them again if I were to visit again.

MM298527****We picked the perfect hotel for our family vacation in Guangzhou-Foshan! The InterContinental Foshan Dongping is conveniently located right above Dongping Metro Station, with direct access to both the Guangfo Line and Foshan Line 3. This makes it super easy to get to Zumiao Temple, Qinghui Garden, or even Shunde for some delicious food. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – the location is absolutely unbeatable! Our open-plan suite was a spacious 50㎡, offering plenty of room without feeling cramped. It came fully equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and a comfortable bathtub. Janice from the guest services even thoughtfully prepared kids' bathrobes and toothbrushes in advance, showing amazing attention to detail. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Lexi at the front desk handled our check-in efficiently and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly, and the 24-hour room service was incredibly prompt. Whether it's a family getaway, a business trip, or a culinary adventure, this hotel is a perfect fit, truly five-star quality! It's definitely on our 'must-rebook' list; we'll choose this place again for future concerts or trips.

GGuest UserThis stay at Hampton by Hilton Jun'an completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was healed by the bright space and the light fragrance. The front desk lady smiled very kindly. When I checked in quickly, she took the initiative to upgrade the room type, saying it was a ”little surprise” for us. The details were perfect. When I checked out, I received a handwritten thank-you card + two small gifts. Such attentive service really makes people want to recommend Hampton to friends/colleagues. Next time I come to Jun'an, I will definitely choose Hampton!

ZZhangxiaodao7755The room, while a bit old, was spacious. The facilities were a bit outdated, and the overall environment was decent, but the hardware definitely lagged behind. However, the hotel staff's service was top-notch, especially the young man at the front desk, Zhao Peilin, who checked me in. I was initially dissatisfied because the hotel hadn't prepared a humidifier as requested in my reservation (since this hotel has sealed rooms with no windows). He went out of his way to find an air purifier, otherwise, I wouldn't have known how I'd sleep at night. I hope the hotel keeps up with the times and updates its facilities and equipment. Also, the cleaning lady working on the floor that day was fantastic; she promptly handled all my requests with a smile. So, the staff here is definitely not an issue, including the doormen who proactively open doors and offer to help with luggage. 😍😍😍 I'd also suggest keeping the Korean sauna open later.

The toilet is very clean and hygienic, the projector is very easy to use, and it does not get stuck. There are also free dining, very delicious varieties, many healthy, as well as billiard tables and fitness equipment. The service is in place, the night view is very beautiful, and it is very comfortable to live.

GGuest UserMy daughter and i usually stay in this hotel for two weeks each year during Christmas/New Year holidays. The hotel is like a home away from home for us. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and filled with sunlights during the day. Location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Soundproof wasn't great in the room I had this year, we can hear people next door loud and clear, but staff addressed the issue promptly after I raised it with the front desk. The elevators could get really packed when there are tour groups or conference guests staying, there are only 2 of them servicing 20+ floors. Regardless, pleasant stay overall.

GGuest UserA perfect stay! The front desk lady was very friendly and attentive, and she carefully asked about my room requirements. We were also greeted with welcome fruit and lemon tea upon check-in, which was a very satisfying experience. The hotel's afternoon tea buffet had a wide variety of desserts. The staff in the restaurant, front desk, and housekeeping were all very friendly. The shower gel in the bathroom was disposable and clean. It was a comfortable stay and I would stay again. Parking is free, and the location is convenient to the shopping district. I was very satisfied and gave it a five-star rating!

IIngridJonkerBeautiful place with very clean rooms. Offer kayaking on site. Unfortunately it's not pet friendly as stated, pets are allowed, but must be tied up which defeats the purpose of going to an open space in nature. I wish we were told when we arrived that the dogs won't be allowed to roam free as apposed to told the next morning. For reference, it's small dogs who have no interest in people, all they want to do is sniff grass and run. Anyway, would suggest putting some fencing up between camps to prevent dogs from roaming free, but allows them to strech their legs. Or just don't advertise as pet friendly :) No 'western' breakfast option as advertised.
