I picked the hotel because of its location (close to my son's university residence and the metro) and for its amenities - I had a kitchenette, which I loved. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The customer service was really good, especially from Hugo.

The staff in reception, very nice and gently. the apt clean and quiet. Because I am VIP *******, they gave me parking for my car. I loved this aparthotel

I was very excited about the aparthotel, but was rather disappointed about two things: in the first place, regarding the swimming pool, the photos provided in the listing are misleading, as there is a small square pool that is hardly meant for swimming but rather for simply dipping and I had other expectations. However, the sun deck is large and well accomodated. The room was adequate, the kitchen facility very basically equipped, and the furnishings clean but rather somber and old-fashioned. The person at the reception asked me why I had complained that I hadn’t received any VIP trea**ent, and said that was only for clients who had a car and needed parking as they would provide it for free. I had no need for a car as my son lives in Barcelona, so I am a rather unique client but could be a promising one as I travel frequently to visit. As for the price, undoubtedly that is a strong argument in favor of the place, although I don’t know if I would return on the next occasion….

Great location (close to subway stations) Very helpful staff (all of them) Very nice setup with kitchenette. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Very good value. I would chose this hotel again.

So nice to have kitchen with all necessary utensils and dishes. Washroom is spotless. Close to Park Guell, we were able to walk to the park
Bedroom sliding door to the balcony need larger blackout curtain for privacy.
Overall it's a nice stay.

A very good 6 day stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's an aparthotel, so a mix between an apar**ent with some hotel facilities. Our room had in addition to the bathroom and bedroom a seating area with TV a small kitchen area with microwave and 2 ring hob, fridge and sink. Also a good size balcony. There is no bar and limited on site food options but close by there are supermarkets and a number of places to eat and drink also other shops so not a problem. A short walk to Ave. Tribidabo L7 or slightly further to Valcarca L3 transport hubs get you quickly into the centre of Barcelona and both hop on , hop off tourist buses have stops near L7 transport hub. Not in the the centre but good value for money and a good base to explore Barcelona.
