實際就是一個藏家農家樂，衞生條件極差，床單上還有沒有清洗乾淨的污漬，條件簡陋到渣，門窗關不嚴，窗户鎖也是壞掉的，完全沒有安全保障，當時訂房的時候看到那裡有個碉樓覺得還可以順便看一下就訂了，結果到了才失望透頂。當天從色達到馬爾康一路趕路，晚上10點多才到馬爾康，入住該酒店才發現諸多問題，（酒店老闆避重就輕，衹拍了房間部分照片，沒有如實拍照）向酒店老闆申請換房，老闆不換態度還相當惡劣，説我們把洗簌用品及衣物都放在他床上了堅決不退。因為過了無條件退房時間不能退果斷放棄入住，向智行平台申訴退款。換到馬爾康市中區酒店入住。友友們千萬不要上當受騙！！！
