*靈山谷宜寓境山莊*當晚入住衹有我們一户客人，管家一直等着我們到快十點，我們點了幾道菜，很快管家就做好了，管家是一位美麗熱心能乾的大姐，做的菜味道也特別好，尤其是那道野菜炒五花肉，醬牛肉味道也很好，還有小河蝦。房間就更別提了，裝修裝潢擺設很有品味，房間內傢俱也上檔次，有很多小細節也很用心，老闆是做民宿上了心的人！這裏應該也是靈山民宿的天花板了！聽説是一年中衹有8月才會有絡繹的客人前來入住，不覺有點心疼這家民宿日常的維護....希望可以開得久一些，可以有更多的人能來這裏體驗和感受這裏的舒適和嫻靜。臨走時，管家大姐還給了我一袋子她種的大土豆，回家我給用烤箱烤了，特別的好吃和感動。下次還會帶着家人去住的，也希望能有更多的人來感受咱們山莊美好與舒適。

優點是服務好，餐飲乾淨好吃，價格合理，周圍景色很漂亮，位置在村子的邊上，很好找，夏天值得再來。
缺點是國慶節後去已經非常冷了，屋裡穿羽絨服，睡覺臉是涼的，傢俱硬件條件一般，相對來説性價比比較低，希望京郊的民宿能往高質量發展，而不是一味的隨勢漲價。
因為夏天發大水的緣故，山裡途徑一些修路的地段，村子裏也是各種修，開車要有個心理準備～

1.房間乾淨整潔，電子門鎖，空間兩個人休整一宿足夠了。
2.服務很好。沒有空調，老闆特意打電話過來主動要加電暖氣，有電褥子，這個時節氣候有點涼了，要穿秋衣和長袖睡衣了，聽説十月份會供暖😁前台大姐人很好，早餐很豐盛
3.有熱水，花灑很贊
4.房間衹能看到院子，與預期的窗外都是白樺林不太一樣，後來瞭解到整個靈山就是以白樺樹為主要樹種，哪都是白樺林

天氣預報的中雨到暴雨，有點猶豫是否按計劃出行，糾結中開啟了靈山之旅，一路駛來，雨越來越小，到達民宿已經停了，衹有縷縷霧籠罩在山間樹間，有種別樣的美。可能由於天氣原因，村裡遊客很少，我們成了C棟獨一家，麥霸享受了整間KTV,因為孩子上網課，店家幫忙安排了有大桌子的C棟105，有着落地的大玻璃門，很敞亮！從管家到大廚和王姐都很低調樸實，熱情而周到，讓我們在享受美食美景的同時感受到了細緻的照顧；大廚的每道菜孩子都很喜歡，從小雞燉蘑菇到黑豆腐燉魚到燒烤都嘗試了一遍，都是熟悉的家常菜，卻沒有飯店濃烈的雞精味精味兒，小米粥更是濃香，晚餐必點。另C棟很適合幾家一起來或是團建，有單獨的廚房、茶室、會議室、KTV.總之非常完美的行程

看了攜程訊息及客户的評價，選擇這家民宿，房間大，乾淨衞生，服務到位，在村裡走了一圈，參觀各家民宿和農家院，感覺還是這家性價比高，這裏温度比北京低10度，涼爽舒適，適合避暑，周邊靈山可以走走，拍照，早餐豐富，中晚餐點餐，味道和價格還不錯，參觀它家後廚，乾淨，吃的放心，以後有機會還會來避暑。

回來後太忙忘記評價了。
全家齊出動去爬靈山，提前一晚住在這裏休息的很好，裝修設計很有特點，乾淨衞生舒適愜意，叔叔阿姨也很熱心，尤其是早飯特別適口，孩子吃得很香。下山路上正好碰到叔叔，開車給我們拉回了酒店，太感謝了

入住的那天是晚上十點多，民宿還沒有開業，工作人員在忙着軟裝，但管家還是熱情地帶我們看了房間，一個套房浴室可以看到整個村落，是一個不錯的拍照位置，管家介紹説房間都是地暖。第二天的早餐也很有特色，都是當地的一些粗糧，看着很多，兩個人很快就吃完了。準備出發前，管家還介紹了一條從民宿後面登山的路，算是比較近的，臨走老闆還送了山茶葉，感受到了很好的招待。

設施和衞生不錯，環境一流。在攜程定的房間，享受延遲到14：00退房服務，原計劃，上午出去爬山，下午一點半左右回來洗個澡、換身衣服，然後退房回家。但中午12點，老闆讓退房，説假期房間緊張，衹能12點退房。怪我預先沒給老闆商量，以為攜程定的沒有問題。沒爬山的老婆孩子衹能退房，老闆不錯，讓她們在大堂裏面休息。最後一身臭泥和臟衣服，開車回家。還好，攜程服務周到，一直道歉，又贈送了幾個優惠活動。
