Stayed a 2nd night
The staff were lovely and extremely helpful but note that you do get what you pay for.I booked the totami room, these are located in an adjoining building to the main hotel, these are small. There is a restaurant downstairs and lots of places to eat close by. The hotel is quite a walk from the subway but the subway line takes you everywhere with minimum effort so easy for all the attractions

This hotel accepted foreigners guests. They were hospitable and helpful. Though most of the staff could't speak English, but they would use their translator apps to communicate witht their guests. They allowed us to check in early as we need to go to The temple of heaven at 12pm. We enjoyed the service, free mineral water bottles, free fruit and free evening meals. And also we received this small gifts as we checked out. Thanks Jing Li✨️

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch like staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Sanyuanqiao Station, which makes getting around the city really easy.
What truly stood out was how quiet and peaceful the hotel was despite being in a busy area, I was able to rest comfortably every night. One of the unexpected perks was the free laundry service, which was super helpful during my trip.
And the best part is the hotel offers a free flow of late-night supper, including delicious siew mai, pau, and dumplings.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a little extra hospitality!

My children both age 8 and 10 enjoyed their stay. They liked that there is bathtub in the room. They specially liked that they can still swim when it was raining the whole day.
Though room is dated in design; it offers comfort. The pillows have beads in them, very nice to sleep on. King bed is big, can sleep a family of 4.
They also have a beautiful garden, too bad it rained and floor was wet so we missed entering for a walk. Could spot the goose walking about.
The staff is attentive and polite. I had some issue with my parcel delivery. They took the effort and time to help me locate it.
The room was spacious with a small table and two chairs, makes it easier for us to eat when we ordered take out.
The takeout could be placed in the pigeon holes at the entrance of hotel, and you can collect it from there.
Mac Donald’s, Lawson mart, a bakery. And also a halal restaurant 紫光园 are within 3-5 mins walking distance.
The restaurant has diff menu for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Food is good (we like the lunch/dinner better)
Walk to mrt will take some navigating. Exit B is the closest to the hotel. It is convenient to reach places in line 1 metro, whereby the various main attractions are situated.

We recently stayed for 3 days at this hotel as a family with an infant and while the overall stay was pleasant, I feel compelled to share some important points that made our experience fall short of what we expected from a five-star establishment.
To begin with, we had booked a Premier Suite, anticipating a top-tier experience. Unfortunately, several issues left us feeling like we were staying in a three-star hotel at best.
* Cleanliness was disappointing — the floors were visibly dirty, and when we wiped them with a white towel, it turned dark. Photos attached clearly show the level of cleanliness we encountered.
* The room showed noticeable wear and tear, with interior elements feeling aged and in need of refurbishment. Some parts felt like they hadn’t been updated in decades.
* On our last night, the bathroom light could not be turned off, which made it very difficult to sleep. With our baby already asleep, we couldn’t call anyone to fix it without disturbing her.
* The spinning chair in the room looked stylish but made loud, unpleasant noises, making it impossible to sit and relax in peace.
* Several power sockets (about four) were not working, which was frustrating — especially when we tried to make tea or charge devices. We had to use inconveniently placed sockets instead.
* A lingering smell of cigarette smoke was present in the room throughout our stay, suggesting the furniture and fabrics have absorbed it over time.
* The female sauna was completely non-functional, which was a disappointment.
* We consistently pressed the ”Do Not Disturb” button, hoping for privacy, but every time we left the room, it was cleaned despite our request. While it's nice that the room was cleaned, our preference should have been respected.
* We also attempted to order food by phone twice, and our orders were never received. Whether this was due to a language barrier or other reasons remains unclear — but it was frustrating nonetheless.
Considering that Sofitel is a well-established and globally recognized luxury hotel brand, you would never expect to come across such issues. All of the above certainly will influence our families and our friends future decisions when choosing Sofitel hotels .
I want to stress that the stay overall wasn’t terrible — we enjoyed our time together as a family and had some positive moments. However, the above issues significantly detracted from what should have been a premium five-star experience. For the price and rating, we expected more attention to detail and basic functionality.

When searching for accommodations in Beijing, I originally considered one of the city's top 10 hotels that boasted a view of the Forbidden City. However, after realizing that the view was distant and being particular about handling my own laundry, I switched last minute to 北京佳兆業鉑域行政公寓—and what a lucky decision that was!
This apartment-style hotel offers a perfect balance of space, comfort, and convenience. Our “apartment” was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped. It felt like a true home away from home. With a full kitchen (complete with a full-sized refrigerator), a dining room, a living room, two bedrooms (for the three of us), and a generously sized bathroom, we couldn’t have asked for more.
The service was absolutely outstanding. From 小冉, who gave us a warm welcome and thorough orientation, to 小杜 on the evening shift, who went above and beyond to ensure all our grocery and meal deliveries were brought to our room promptly (sometimes even by a robot!), the staff’s attentiveness truly impressed us.
The breakfast buffet deserves special mention—it was a highlight of our mornings. Fresh, clean, and featuring a wide array of healthy and delicious options, it surpassed the offerings of many 5-star resorts we’ve stayed at. The onsite kitchen, where chefs prepared noodles, soups, and pancakes to order, added a personal touch. And let’s not forget the spectacular view from the 40th-floor restaurant, which set a positive tone for the day.
Lastly, the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, being adjacent to several high-end shopping malls. We felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay.
I highly recommend 北京佳兆業鉑域行政公寓 to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, convenience, and a homely atmosphere in Beijing.

My stay at Mercure Beijing City Centre was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to public transport, shopping, and local attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern feel. I really appreciated the quiet environment and efficient front desk service. The staff were polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it was a great place to stay during my time in Beijing, and I’d definitely recommend it for both short visits and longer stays.
I had a wonderful stay at RIGHT HOTEL BEIJING GUOMAO JINSONG! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the subway station, which made getting around Beijing very easy. There are also plenty of food spots nearby, from local eateries to international restaurants, so I was never short on dining options.
The Japanese-style Tatami Queen Room was spotlessly clean and tidied up every single day, which made the stay extra comfortable. The breakfast was хүрэлцээтэй (abundant) and delicious — a great way to start each morning!
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. Great location, great service, and great value!

The experience was good, pretty nice facilities and quite pleasant staff. The surrounding of the hotel got almost everything to make you enjoy your stay. Maybe the only negative point, in my opinion, was sometimes the noises of the hotel staff (or sometimes other occupants) in the corridor; I believe probably because walls are not soundproof, but still, maybe they should lower their voices when using their radios to communicate.
The hotel is relatively close to the city center. Taking a cap takes around 20 to 30 min to the forbidden city, which is quick depending on the traffic. The staff is very welcoming, although they don't speak English very well. Be prepared to use a translator. The hotel itself is clean and makes a very good impression. The room itself has air-conditioning, a nice balcony with a view to the neighborhood. Unfortunately the balcony light didn't work for our room, but I saw the others are just fine. We loved the bed and the shower. Really clean. Lights are all controllable from the bed. The TV has Chinese program and a collection of movies. It's not a smart TV unfortunately and we didn't manage to put in English subtitles. The toilet is a smart toilet and was really good.
You get a free supply of water and some small tomatoes next to the elevator. They also supply your rook with bottles of water after cleaning (which happens daily!). Shout-out to the cleaning lady, she was so nice.
Right next to the hotel there are many bars and restaurants, although more on the expensive side within a walk of 15 min. If you opt to go south from the hotel it takes a 10 min walk to reach some nice local restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We had the best night drinking and eating with locals there. Super friendly people in this neighborhood. If you want to call a Didi (cheap chinese taxi app) there are good locations around the hotel for dropoff and pickup even with luggage.
I can really recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Beijing.

SShuaiqiderenminzhuI have been to Beijing many times. The hotel I chose this time is very good. It is new and clean, and the facilities are also very good. In summer, I change clothes every day. There is a laundry room, so I can wear clean clothes every day. I don’t have to take a pile of dirty clothes home to wash. The hotel has convenient transportation. There is a subway station not far away. When traveling with my family to China World Trade Center, the Forbidden City, the National Museum, and Panjiayuan, I chose the subway. It is convenient and fast without traffic jams. The front desk service is also very good. They can provide many convenient services. The most important thing is that there is Siji Minfu Roast Duck Restaurant and Jubaoyuan next to it. There is also KFC downstairs. My family is very satisfied with the arrangement of this hotel.
PPeteThank you Yunli hotel for the excellent service and taking care of all our needs. You have a couple of front desk staff that went above and beyond, sorry to say I didn’t get the name of the young man, but the young woman was cheng xiao yan

GGuest UserI checked into the Atour Hotel (Beijing Communication University Branch) today, and the experience was simply amazing!
The hotel is in a very advantageous location, close to Beijing Communication University, and the surrounding environment is also very convenient, whether it is to visit nearby attractions or daily travel.
As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, its simple yet stylish decoration style is very high-end, and the lighting creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere, allowing people to relax instantly.
The front desk staff is also warm and friendly, the check-in procedures are extremely efficient, and the attitude is kind, patiently answering all the questions I asked.
The room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is extremely comfortable. The moment you lie down, your fatigue disappears.
The bathing facilities are complete and clean. After taking a bath, the whole person is refreshed. They also thoughtfully prepare toothbrushes and slippers for children, which can be said to be very thoughtful.
There are many kinds of breakfast in the hotel, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is excellent.
It is worth mentioning that the hotel's gym is well-equipped, which is too friendly for me who can't lack exercise all day!
In short, Atour Hotel (Communication University of Beijing) is impeccable in terms of accommodation environment, service quality and supporting facilities. I am particularly satisfied with it and will definitely choose to stay there again next time I come to Beijing!

AAnkhaa1024I landed early so I want to check in early. But unfortunately guests before me did not check out that time. Since I still want early check-in they offered me another room but it was smaller.
The reception guys were helpful.
The location was near downtown. Taxis are quite cheap. I have used the Didi app.
Also there are 2 hotels from True Go. Located next to each other. People might be confused.
Attached hotel's location from the didi app. It might be useful for you guys for next time.

GGuest UserIt's my first time staying here. The overall feeling is great. The hygiene services are in place, and there are many breakfast styles in the morning. The chef who cooks noodles in the restaurant is very enthusiastic. I am generally satisfied. He also helped to upgrade the room type. There are many delicious foods around. It is very close to Wanda Plaza.

Kkeireqoverall it was good, decent if you are looking for a short place to stay. if it is important to you, there are no sit-down toilets, they only have squatting ones which weren't the cleanest but they do provide slippers. the bedding was comfortable and there are air conditioning units in each unit. the walls are somewhat thin as i could still hear my neighbor if they were on the phone, or my friend in the room diagonal from me sending a video to someone haha. location-wise it is a bit far from the main touristy areas, like a 30-40 minute taxi drive.
