Swissôtel Hotels in Beijing

The hotel’s location was convenient—right in front of the metro, which made getting around easy. The rooms were clean and modern, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised to find that there was no bidet, which felt like a strange omission for a hotel of this standard. What stood out the most was the lack of assistance at the main entrance. I had multiple pieces of luggage and a child with me, and there was no one to help with bags. For a hotel at this level, I would have expected at least some basic porter service or assistance at the door. Overall, decent stay, but the lack of support on arrival definitely left a disappointing first impression.
