Perfect
GGuest UserThis B&B is really great! The lady boss is super nice and provided pick-up and drop-off service to and from the subway station and Universal Studios, which saved us a lot of trouble. The room is clean and tidy, with complete smart equipment, and it is super comfortable to live in. The most surprising thing is that the sound insulation is very good, and I can sleep quietly at night without any disturbance. I highly recommend it to friends who come to play, and we will choose here next time!

TThe Hiumawan FamilyThe room was very clean and spacious, and exactly as pictured. Complete towels, comfortable mattress, and excellent service. You can borrow cooking utensils and a washing machine. The location is 500 meters from the train station and about 300 meters from the bus station. It's about 1 km from a major mall. It's a bit far from the city center. Thank you

GGuest UserI specifically brought my kids to Universal Studios and decided to stay here for two nights. I debated for a long time whether to stay at a Universal hotel or nearby, and I'm so glad I chose this place. Upon arrival, I thought the hotel was particularly beautiful and very new. Check-in was on the eighth floor. From the floor-to-ceiling windows on the eighth floor, you can get a really clear view of Hogwarts Castle. We were given a corner room on the tenth floor, which was very quiet, though a bit of a walk from the elevator. The room had two 1.3-meter beds, which was enough for me and my two kids. There's also a capsule coffee machine in the room, so I could make coffee in the morning. I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast because we woke up late. The hotel's location is excellent. It's a 5-minute taxi ride to Universal Studios, and right next door is the Wangfujing Bayland shopping mall, which is huge. You can walk directly through the hotel's third floor to the mall, which is incredibly convenient and keeps you out of the sun. Back to the room: it has two small vanity sinks, so families don't have to crowd. The toilet and shower are separate, but the water pressure in the shower was too low, possibly because we were on the 10th floor. I hope they can improve this; showering wasn't a great experience. On the top floor, there's a bar that's beautiful at night, but they don't allow minors, even for dining, which was a shame. I took the kids up to see the view but we had to go back to the room. There's also a Sichuan restaurant on the 10th floor. The reception area on the eighth floor has a section for hotel afternoon tea, which overlooks the Universal Studios park. There's a swimming pool on the 10th floor. It's not a huge area, but it's quite lovely. I went to take a look but didn't swim. I asked, and it closes at 10:30 PM. After check-out, you can store your luggage on the first floor and then go shopping at the mall. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money. Staying here for Universal Studios means you save enough money to buy an Express Pass, which is fantastic!

MMeiyincidufuHighly, highly recommended!!! Our group of four climbed Dongling Mountain this morning, and the scenery was so beautiful we didn't want to go back to Beijing. On a whim, we wanted to find a hot spring hotel nearby where we could relax and soak, and we found this one. The scenery was absolutely stunning!!! The entire village has excellent red-themed architecture and a very positive atmosphere. Even the small village museum's 3D video was quite good, creating a great ambiance, and in the morning, you could see the iconic red star right outside your window!! And the best part? The hot spring was incredibly relaxing! Enjoying a barbecue in the misty mountains, listening to the rain while soaking in the hot spring… friends, it was indescribably comfortable!! The owner and the manager were very kind, providing us with free breakfast. After breakfast, we immediately bought two jars of the same fermented bean curd online—it was so delicious, hahaha! In short, a perfect recommendation, we will definitely go again!!!

AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic, right next to the cable car. They offer complimentary tickets for the Great Wall night tour, which means you can enjoy Mutianyu Great Wall in the evening with fewer crowds, which was a real treat. Another plus is that if you take a taxi, you can just tell them your license plate number and they'll drop you off and pick you up directly at the lobby parking lot, saving a lot of time and effort. The room facilities are just okay, but the hotel restaurant offers great value for money and is definitely worth trying.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a nice concept or safari theme but somewhat under delivered. The pictures were nice but I think these are old pictures as it definitely needs upkeep or we think due for renovation and cleanliness of the surrounding needs more manpower. Pool is questionable and not inviting. Plus side: Very close to the great wall you can literally walk about 1km away to the gate. And the nearby grocery is a cheap way to buy local gifts to bring home. However you are far from the main Beijing City as in more than 1 hour by taxi and 2 hours if you get caught in the rush hour of beijing cost which cost about US$20 one way. The room is clean, big and decent for the price but really needs repair and I really question the security of the door as it was no secondary lock. The hot water is plenty, aircon is nice, internet is ok, soap is great. Service: They are family run I think 3 or 4 people, they try to accommodate but unlike other hotels in China, they don't try to utilize tech to translate. I understand they are kinda old. They don't automatically make up the room even though we stayed for 3 nights. so our garbage filed up. But we are ok with it. They were waiting even though we arrived at 2am which we appreciated. And the iced coffee is nice. Bad: Food maybe it is not our preferred taste. It is definitely not a buffet and we only eat once. You have alternative restaurants across the street or in the Great Wall commercial area but it is expensive. So will we recommend it, maybe. Yes, if you want a quiet place to unwind and want to explore the great wall for more than a day. no, if you want to explore beijing, it is far from the city and conscious of cleanliness and upkeep.

FFMy second visit to Yunduan. Like last year, enjoyed our stay. It’s a kid friendly place and includes a kids pool, playground and indoor kids club. This time we got a family friendly room just next to the swimming pool. My son loved the bunker bed with slide. Food has gotten better since last time although it’s primarily Chinese cuisine. Many of the dishes have English mentioned and carry a picture. Breakfast has Chinese and Western dishes but variety is limited. But services are excellent. This time our room didn’t have smart toilet which was the only regret. If you are traveling with kids this is a good choice for a short vacation.

MM61178****The place is generally clean and easy to find, though there's some road construction nearby right now, so a section of the walk isn't great. It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway.
