Everything about the hotel was as advertised. The location was great, in a quiet street in the middle of one of the cozy Hutong neighbourhoods, but still only 7 minutes of walking away from two metro stations. The hotel had a glasshouse-like structure on the rooftop where we could prepare for the day, with comfortable rocking chairs, two friendly puppies, and lots of plants. Our room was on the ground floor and featured a comfortable bed, an enclosed shower with good water pressure, and a Western-style toilet. Despite the toilet and bedroom technically being in the same room, we experienced no odour problems, thanks to strong ventilation. We stayed here as a couple for 3 nights and would recommend the experience to others.

【Mini Kyoto in Beijing's Suburbs, A Warm Soak to Wash Away the Dust】— Beijing Wanli Yipiao Private Hot Spring Resort: A Five-Star Stay Experience Hidden right next to Universal Studios, we discovered this treasure trove where the whole family could truly relax. This trip with the kids far exceeded our expectations, earning it a full five-star review! 🏮Ambiance: Traversing a Zen garden reminiscent of Kyoto From the moment we stepped in, we were mesmerized by the dry landscape garden, crafted by a national treasure-level Japanese designer. Bluestone paths, swaying bamboo shadows, and tiered water features – every step revealed a new vista, like walking into an oriental ink wash painting. The entrance felt like a boundary, instantly isolating us from the city's hustle and bustle. To find such a tranquil spot 'hidden in the city center' in Beijing is truly rare. ♨️Rooms: A courtyard, a private hot spring for each unit – a detail-lover's dream come true Our room came with both indoor and outdoor private hot spring pools! The natural stone tubs, paired with authentic Japanese Noboribetsu and Hakone hot spring powders, offered a genuine hot spring experience without having to fly to Japan. Soaking under the stars at night, and embracing the scenic views by day, provided excellent privacy. The room's wabi-sabi design was meticulously thought out – Diptyque toiletries, a Dyson hairdryer, a Marshall speaker, and a King Koil mattress. Even the toothpaste was Marvis. The mini-bar's soft drinks and snacks were all complimentary, and my child was overjoyed when he pulled open the drawer. 👶Service: A 'lazy parent's福音' for those with kids I have to rave about the family-friendly details! Kids' exclusive toiletries, small slippers, bathrobes, bed rails, and a changing table were all provided. Even a step stool for washing hands was available. The 24-hour butler service was on call; when our child fell asleep from playing, the hotel immediately sent a car to pick us up – so thoughtful! There were also free travel photography and Hanfu costume experiences, allowing mom to finally get some beautiful photos! 🍽️Dining: A feast of intangible cultural heritage for your taste buds For dinner at the Xie Tang restaurant, we enjoyed authentic official cuisine, personally prepared by the fourth-generation descendant of Tan Family Cuisine. The ingredients were seasonal and the flavors were light and delightful. Even the baby meal was completely polished off. The breakfast buffet offered delicate selections, and the sour and spicy beef noodle soup is a must-try. They thoughtfully provided bland meal options for babies. In the evening, the butler delivered a sweet milk stew with hashima as a nightcap, accompanied by butter cookies – pure bliss. 🎵Nighttime: Adults and children alike enjoy themselves After the kids went to sleep, I strolled to the Yanju Xuan – a refined space for calligraphy and feeding koi during the day, which transformed into an atmospheric live bar at night. Ordering a 'Three Friends of Winter' special cocktail and listening to some lazy jazz music, the post-soak relaxation extended indefinitely. During the day, we could also take the kids to do lacquer fan DIY and feed koi; there was never a dull moment. 📍Location: A golden partner to Universal Studios Right next to Universal Studios, with a free shuttle bus taking you there in just 8 minutes. After a tiring day, returning to the hotel for a relaxing hot spring soak was incredibly satisfying! It's just 100 meters from Exit D of Huazhuang subway station, and right outside the hotel is the Wanli Wangfujing commercial area, making shopping, dining, and taking care of the kids a one-stop affair – truly a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle. Summary: Whether for a couple's getaway, a family trip with kids, or a relaxing retreat with girlfriends, Wanli Yipiao is definitely the pinnacle of Beijing staycations! No rushing, no stress, no fatigue – this is what a vacation should be like! 🏨 Recommended Index: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Highly recommended!)

LOCATION : Apartment is facing Hutong life (historic alleyways and traditional courtyard homes (siheyuan). 10mins walk to Dongsi Train Station (Exit E, Line 5 & 6), McDonalds and supermarket (next to Dongsi Train Station Exit B). 3 - 5mins walk to main road & minimart, a lot of local brand shops and restaurants along the main road. Infront of the apartment is Longfusi (Longfu) area. A lot of local stalls, nice place to chill. Most are local brand shops and well known brands will be 7-11 convenient store, Arabica (% Arabica) coffee shop, Miniso (variety store) and Muji (fashion store). 30mins walk/ 15mins drive to Wangfujing Street (Beijing’s most iconic and bustling pedestrian shopping avenues). 30mins car ride to Niujie St (Muslim area). 15mins car ride to Tiananmen Square & Forbidden City. 1.5hr drive to Great Wall of China (note : The Great Wall has multiple entrances depending on which section you visit. For the highly-rated, restored Mutianyu section (73 km from Beijing), you will arrive at the main Visitor Center and proceed to either the North Entrance (for the cable car) or the South Entrance (for the chairlift and toboggan). Cable car and chairlift, no age limit. Toboggan, 60yrs old and above not allowed to ride)). CLEANLINESS : Room is clean and not carpet flooring, so cleaner and no stain. Queen bed and Queen sofa bed are a bit hard, but OK. Toilet clean, but have mold stubborn stains between the tiles. SERVICE : 24hrs helpdesk. Excellent and very helpful front desk. 1) We wanted to send parcel to a friend in Shenzhen, front desk helped us to book the pick up service using their own phone (we Wechat pay to the front desk staff). 2) We wanted to buy something urgently, and none of the stores sell, but we found the item online and ask front desk to help us buy, cause we don't have local no. and don't know how to navigate the app (no English translation). Front desk bought for us online and we pay them via WeChat again. 1 hour later, the item arrived! 3) Inside the room, there is no phone to contact the front desk. But they do provide us their Wechat QR code, so we can contact them, 24/7! Their reply is so fast, even I texted them at 1am! Less than 15 seconds, they replied! So efficient! Over all, China is so efficient and convenient. FACILITIES : Small gym and pool table available at Level B1. Wheelchair/pram friendly. TV channels, not many selection, mostly all local channels. No English news channels available. No iron board, must request from front desk. Washing machine is clean, come with dryer function (note : need 3hrs to dry the clothes. We wash the clothes at 11pm. Once washing is done after 1 hour, we set to drying mode. Next day morning, the clothes still hot inside the machine. Nice!). Level 1 lobby, they have a room to keep parcels. If you have friends who want to deliver parcel to you or you order online, can send to the apartment directly, but you need to collect the parcel from the parcel room yourself. FOOD : A few halal restaurants near the apartment, but mostly serve beef. If you are not a beef person, you try 紫光园 Ziguangyuan Halal Restaurant (inside Longfu/Longsi area) they serve nice Beijing Roast Duck! They have a lot of outlets, one is near Wangfujing St and another one at Niujie St.

Booked this hotel with a friend for a local getaway, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations – seriously, I have to rave about it! ✨ We arrived earlier than check-in time in the afternoon, and I was a bit worried we'd have to wait until the official time, but to my surprise, the front desk attendant cheerfully arranged an early check-in for us. Those little touches really make a good impression. The room was much more spacious than I anticipated. The bedding felt clean and crisp, and the pillows were just the right firmness. Even though both of us are usually particular about where we sleep, we slept soundly until morning. The location is absolutely perfect too! It's a 2-minute walk to the subway station, and getting to Sanlitun is super quick. The surrounding alleys are packed with local snack shops, and the front desk staff even gives directions and recommendations, so you don't have to bother doing your own research. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely staying here again. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning a trip!

This time I was traveling alone and encountering such a hotel really added a lot to my trip. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel the meticulous service. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and fast. They also introduced me to the surrounding attractions and food. After entering the room, the first impression is that it is clean and tidy. The bed was made meticulously, the sheets and quilts were immaculately white, and exuded a fresh smell. The floor is spotless and there is no dust or debris in the corners. The bathroom facilities are also very clean, the toiletries are neatly placed, the drainage in the shower room is smooth, and there is no water stain left. During my stay, I encountered some minor problems, such as the air conditioning temperature adjustment in the room was not very sensitive. When I reported it to the front desk, the maintenance staff rushed to the room quickly, quickly solved the problem, and were friendly and patiently explained to me the possible causes of the problem, which made me feel very at ease. In addition, the hotel's health services are also worthy of praise. Staff will clean the room on time every day, change towels and replenish toiletries. The public areas are also kept in a good state of cleanliness, which makes people feel happy. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. The hotel not only performs well in terms of service, but also impeccable in terms of hygiene. The cleanliness of the room provided me with a comfortable resting environment, and the efficient and responsible attitude of the staff helped me solve the problems I encountered, making me feel the warmth of home during my trip. If I have the opportunity to travel again in the future, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

Coming to Mutianyu Great Wall, I didn't want to get up super early, so I chose to stay here for a night. The room overall was pretty good. The loft had a double bed and a single bed, and the downstairs tea area could comfortably sleep an adult as well. It felt quite spacious for three adults and two children. After checking in, we spontaneously decided to head up to the Great Wall right away. It turned out that the Great Wall in the evening was absolutely fantastic! We avoided the huge crowds and could leisurely admire the vast and magnificent scenery without any rush. The hotel's facilities were also great. It had its own children's playground, and the restaurant food tasted good. Staff helped with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, providing thoughtful and attentive service. Plus, there were so many relaxed and cozy cats sleeping everywhere, they were just adorable!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient, close to the subway station and major attractions, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient, and even kindly upgraded my room type. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern and cozy decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, good water pressure, and quality toiletries. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or the street.

They were very helpful with check-in, even though we arrived late, and were almost always accommodating. The restaurant here is also very good, and the stream view from the entrance is quite nice. I highly recommend coming here.

The place is a walking distance of 15 mins near to Sanyanqiao metro Station- Beijing airport express rmb25 one way trip, line 12 and 10. First day the reception girl was nice enough to arrange for housekeeper to help out with the bags. The rooms are spacious with two beds split in different room, which is rather old and out of date. The city view of Soho from the room was amazing though. During the stay, we found there's dust on the floor, dead small insect on the bed, holes and hair on the bedsheets and small roach on kitchen counter and wall, kitchen stove not working, and dirty pots left unwashed ( which housekeeper help to clean but didn't leave any dish washing liquid or washing detergent). There's a bathtub with broken down TV, which we cover it up when shower in it. The bathtub is rather high when climbing out. Almost slip when climbing out. Last day the receptionist was nice to help with the many bags to the taxi.
