We visited in April and this was our 17th visit so I think that probably says it all as to what we think of The Voyage. In all of our years of travel, we’d never been anywhere twice until we visited here. The staff, food, service, entertainment, comfort, drinks, cleanliness, friendliness, professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction are second to none. The Spa is terrific and Meivelyn arranged a wonderful treatment for my daughter and me. There is also a dedication to continual improvement, moving with the times, and doing what seems impossible to me by making the perfect experience even better. Our Voyage assistants, Volkan and Ahmet, were outstanding keeping us up to date, sourcing me feather pillows, and also arranging an appointment for me with Aylin the nutritionist, as I’m gluten intolerant. Aylin is a real asset to the hotel as she was so excited to showcase to me what The Voyage could do in order to accommodate my dietary requirements and not only to the bare minimum but to an outstanding standard. If we gave a shout out to all the staff who made our holiday perfect then this would be a very, very long review. Everyone goes the extra mile. An example of this was just a passing comment that I made to Yasin (entertainment) and Ramazan Bayçetin (duty manager) that I hadn’t seen Karniyarik (my favourite aubergine dish) in the buffet. They arranged for it to be made specially for me for the next night and then it was presented to me - it was delicious. The chefs are of the highest quality. Customer satisfaction is paramount to the management and Mr Keskün and Ms Lewicki are always willing to listen and value guest opinion and they should be very proud of their staff and outstanding hotel. We consider many of the staff to be our friends. We are looking forward to visit 18 and a guaranteed unforgettable holiday of the very best.
