This was our first ever trip to IOW and we weren’t disappointed with our choice of Hotel, it is a lovely family run hotel with great staff. We wanted a seaview from our room and we got it with a large balcony/ terrace facing the sea, the room/ bathroom was always very clean lots of fluffy towels and tea coffee kettle in the room.The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice,hot and very well cooked. We ate dinner there twice and lunch once, delicious prawn sandwiches.Great atmosphere in the bar at night with decking outside to enjoy before dinner/ after dinner drinks. If we return to IOW we would definitely stay there again .

A marvellous 2 night break with a friend. My single room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We didn't partake of breakfast but we were served excellent tea and coffee in the bar area, which had a great sea view and easy access to a decked terrace. We did have dinner at the hotel where there was a good choice of meals available and happy to replace chips with extra salad. We made friends with several other guests and taught one lovely lady to play a traditional Guernsey card game of Euchre. Lovely hosts and staff made this very short stay an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much.

We have just returned from an all too short break at this great little hotel. the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming .food at this hotel is very good you will not be disappointed. rooms are clean and comfortable. it's only a 3 minute walk to the shops and the bus station. over all fabulous time had by both of us. we will definitely return. well worth staying at the Harrow Lodge Hotel Chris & Michelle

Lovely friendly hotel Gina and staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble . Dogs are very welcome . Room was spacious with all you need and bath water lovely and hot. The bed and pillows so comfy Beach steps are shut but the lift can help though shut at 6pm and £1.50 return Breakfast was lovely and a great choice All In all a lovely hotel

Clean, welcoming, friendly. Great food & fairly priced. We recently enjoyed our 32nd Easter break staying at the Harrow Lodge Hotel! From the housekeepers to the front desk all as faultless as ever. It’s become a home from home & they’re all like a second family. See you again next Easter if not before. This year (2024) top marks goes to Gary the chef for the chicken pie made with love especially for our eldest daughter to take home.

Harrow lodge is a small Hotel near the lift at the top of Shanklin. overlooking the sea.. It has great views, with a very friendly atmosphere. We visited it on a wet windy day.We chose the Sandwich deal which included a beer or a glass of wine. My wife had the prawn sandwich, I had the Sausage sandwich, both came with a large side salad.We also had a portion of chips between us.absolutely delicious, and great value. What impressed me was the proprietor remembered our family from a previous visit. (The year before) good customer service. Will definitely return.

This hotel was lovely! So good to have family rooms as not a lot of hotels offer those anymore. The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The room had everything we needed in it and the breakfast was delicious. Good location overlooking the sea and close to the restaurants and attractions of Shanklin! We loved our stay here!

Booked via Red Funnel with included Fery travel for a long weekend break. We were expected when we arrive which was nice and the room on the ground floor ready for occupation and was clean and up to expected standard. The Bar was just across the hall and all the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Breakfast was Excellent and cooked to order o and the Car parking was a bonus and the location on the cliff perfect.
