I had a good time staying at this hotel. The staff were really nice and always there to help with a smile. My hotel room was really clean and made me feel comfortable. The bed was also really comfortable, and I slept well. Thank you to the hotel staff for being so welcoming and professional. Overall, it was a really nice stay, and I hope to come back again sometime.

I will be working on a detailed review of this nightmarish hotel with photos and in-depth analysis but here is a quick summary till i finish my report on it Room temp: very hot, ACs not working, bring your own fans (high RPM fans with large blades recommended) Bathrooms: air freshener needed as the ventilation system seems to mix odors from all rooms and distribute it evenly Staff attitude: 60% very very helpful, 40% very very racist (will detail the incidents later despite it has been denied by management comments on previous reviews ) Housekeeping: will make sure you wake up and open even if you have (do not disturb) leaflet on the door, twice a day at least No fridge in the rooms, get your own icebox You cannot choose between freezing cold/scorching hot in the toilet and shower, the building itself will keep changing it for you, standard shower = 1st degree burns + frost bites No kettle in the room to make tea/coffee, you must wait for restaurant to open so you can buy coffee, and if the restaurant was staffed by the above mentioned 40% and you are not blonde or you skin color is 1 degree darker than average European, expect your request ( and eventually your presence ) to be completely ignored in depth details will follow, working on it stay away from here

Will go to spend the night. Nothing boded ill. As always, quickly registered, received an electronic key and moved to one of the three buildings of this hotel. A surprise was already waiting for me on the ground floor: of the two elevators, only one worked. I had to wait 5 minutes. Fortunately, the room was on the 2nd floor, but I could not find the stairs. Going to the number, I found that I do not have an electronic lock, but there is only the usual lock with a key (in the future I used a magnetic card only to turn on the light in the room). Moved back to the reception. The elevator called .... After 2 minutes of waiting I went up the fire escape. Reception again, took the usual key. The elevator waited again ... for 10 minutes already ... Well, okay. The room is big. Acceptably clean. Although I requested one bed, as usual, there were two shifted beds. I have not seen such a television for 10 years (even with a kinescope). Soundproofing is poor, especially in the toilet. When someone flushed the toilet from above, everything was heard not only in the bath, but also in the room itself. and since the room was on the 2nd floor, the noise was almost constant - the hotel is high. Parking is very expensive for such an area. Parking in front of the hotel on the street (free), or behind the hotel there are large parking lots (also free).

Lovely stay at this hotel, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. There was only shampoo/shower gel and hand soap in the room so I had to ask for conditioner. The hairdryer was excellent. At breakfast the food was good, but here could have been more variety. Our waitress for the 5 days N.Garcia was friendly, helpful and very attentive. We used the gym which you need to book a slot for due to covid, so we were in with only 1 other room. It was a good size, with a good variety of equipment and weights. Stephanie at reception was very helpful and friendly with a good sense of humour. The hotel is directly across from the M2 tram stop, which makes it very convenient to get the tram. Would definitely stay again.

Everything without a problem. Good breakfast. Elevator. Only a few parking spaces. You can park on the street. Pleasant surroundings of single-family houses. Perfect for a short stay. Quiet, no parties.

Good location, huge hostel - lots of rooms & a big common area. Breakfast was decent, quality wasn't the best. No/minimal amenities (eg. no handwash in the men's toilet). Towels are costly to rent, it's better to just buy a new one from the supermarket next to the hostel. No restaurant/cafe on site, except a breakfast time + bar. The prices are quite on the economical side though, so can be considered worthy of the money you pay.
