The stay was very comfortable. The room service was very good and the personal in room services were very humble.

Mattress should be changed and there should be exhaust in the bathroom. Food should also be improved.

Dinner was served immediately after check-in though late check-in was informed and 10:30 pm is not that late. Had to take that cold food after bath. Unfortunately the intercom was not in working condition. Had to visit reception every time for almost anything including water. Buffet breakfast for 1 person charged as rs. 419, is too high. The good thing was that room and bathroom were clean.

Please don't book this hotel for any kind of event (engagement or marriage. We booked this hotel for engagement purpose, they never switched on the a. C. Manager is also dumb. Receptionist is worst, she doesn't even know what her work is, and how to deal with customers. Not at all worth booking this hotel for any event. Waste of money.

I am sorry to say this is the deteriorated hotel with good past reviews, now it seems they are happy to be known as a wedding place. Complete failure as an hotel lacking basic aminities

We had booked four rooms. The housekeeping job was horrible, they had not changed the linen and it was used, we used to come late night and on last day before leaving the hotel a request was made to clean the room and change the bed sheet but when we returned in night nothing was done over and above in the bathroom we had only one towel among two guest
