The good: The heat in our room wasn’t working, but the staff immediately moved us to a different room which was great. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful.
The bad: Our keycard stopped working and the front desk clerk gave us a new one without asking for any identification. This is a safety issue, IMO. Also, the breakfast was not great. The bagels were stale, the muffins were still very cold, almost frozen. But the breakfast area was very clean and pleasant.
