The hotel is right on the shore, the service is terrible, or rather the complete absence of it, everything in the room is broken, there was no hairdryer, a solid 5 for the view from the window, everything else 2

We were kept waiting for 20 minutes when we checked in and we realized that the room was not cleaned before us, at that time so many ridiculous lies were made up that it was a complete disgrace. When we entered the room, as you can see in the pictures, we were mixed with a zero hygiene and zero image. the restaurant part was also not very depressing, I can't say that I enjoyed anything. No one sitting around us was dissatisfied, especially tourists, and they left stating that they would state this in their comments. As a result, we are left with disgrace to my guest.

If this hotel is anything like their restaurant I would avoid it. Staff lie, cheat and disrespect customers. Food not fit for a dog. In 26 years visiting Turkey across 9 locations I have NEVER experienced such appalling service. I’m still waiting for my meal. USELESS ORGANISATION

Keeping us waiting at the entrance, not providing breakfast, saying our master ran away despite a breakfast reservation. I will never pass by this place again, which we chose just for the view. Stay away. service zero

The view and location are very nice, the rooms are clean, the sea is clean and suitable for children, the staff is friendly and attentive. The noise coming into the rooms from the street and the restaurant, and the smells of food and grill coming from the restaurant are negative and room for improvement.
