Lovely boutique hotel down on the Boston waterfront across from the Aquarium stop. Very convenient location and friendly check-in. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. I only gave it a four since the heat didn't seem to work well despite setting thermostat to high and I brought it to the attention of the front desk when I checked out. I enjoyed my stay despite the cool room in mid-winter.

The price was good for the location. The room was clean and comfortable as was the lobby. There are very few amenities, which I guess is reflected in the price. There is a fridge in the room but not a coffee maker. The lobby just has ice water. There’s no restaurant or bar. None of that was really a problem for us, and the location is great. The “free bottle of wine” that was promised was a single-serve bottle of cheap Prosecco.

This a great location to be close to the airport and Downtown. This seemed more like a budget boutique option in terms of room size, amenities (or lack of). We had a DVD/VCR player in our room! Not sure why it is there, I would much rather have a microwave. The toiletries are a cheap quality. For the price, I would not stay here again. The lobby and expensive attached restaurant are nicer than the room and give a different impression than the room decor. We end up with a nice view of the state house, but that was random.

Great stay for a great price. We had some poor weather on our trip and it was nice to have access to such a cozy lobby with plenty of space to unwind. One drawback is the parking is off site and not included in the price. We didn’t know what when booking but it’s understandable.

We were happy to be in the basement "cabin" so that we didn't hear all of the partying upstairs. And we slept really well! Only a few rumbles from the subway were heard and that didn't wake us at all.

Harborside is a great hotel. Couple minuses for me- there is no coffee makers in the room, or coffee in the lobby. There is a connecting restaurant open from 7 am, but you obviously need to pay, second they have no direct parking. There is a close by parking and they offer some discount.

A really nice hotel that is literally 1 block from Quincy Market, and right at the Blue line Aquarium T-stop.

Everything and everyone was great. But just a question/feedback, do you think your lobby or front desk will someday offer more than water & lollipops? Don't get me wrong, always grateful for a complimentary item, especially water. Thank you. But even if hotel guests had to purchase a snack or toothpaste, etc... that would be helpful. Guests won't mind spending money if it's convenience of right there. A lot of the local businesses were closed nearby, even 7-11 was closed at night time. Seems like you have enough space, for a few items & inventory within your lobby. But overall very happy with our stay and customer service. Thank you very much.
