Guangzhou Hotels with Breakfast

I had a minor issue during a previous stay, but the hotel's front office manager handled it very professionally. Because of that, I decided to return for another night. The room hygiene is excellent and very clean, and the breakfast meets Hilton Garden Inn standards. It's also very close to the airport, making it convenient for transfers. I was very satisfied with this stay and the way my issue was handled. I'll definitely consider staying here again for my next layover in Guangzhou.

The Most Satisfying Hotel Stay in Guangzhou ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent stay at the Sino Select X Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Dafosi Temple Branch) was, without a doubt, the best and most touching hotel experience I've had in Guangzhou. While the room wasn't exceptionally large, it was incredibly comfortable overall. I found the bathroom space to be particularly spacious. The hotel's cleanliness, ambiance, and facilities were all excellent, and I must especially commend the service. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties, every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something, they went out of their way to assist us, making us, as parents traveling with a baby, feel very secure and at ease. What touched me the most during this stay was the front desk manager, [Manager's Name]. During our stay, my baby suddenly developed a fever, reaching 38.9°C. As we were tourists unfamiliar with Guangzhou, I asked the front desk about nearby hospitals. The manager informed us there was a small hospital about 300 meters away, accessible on foot. I had only asked for directions, but to my surprise, he personally accompanied us there. Upon arrival, we found the hospital was closed. I mentioned we should go to a larger hospital nearby, and he didn't just leave us; instead, he continued to accompany us in a taxi to the other hospital. He stayed with us almost every step of the way – from registration and consultation to examinations and blood tests. By the time all the tests were done and we returned to the hotel, it was nearly midnight. The doctor said the test results would take about two more hours, meaning we could get the medication around 3 AM. To our astonishment, around 2 AM, the manager personally went back to the hospital to pick up the medicine for us. He even called me and put the doctor on the phone directly to explain my baby's condition and medication instructions. Honestly, as I'm writing this, I don't even know how to describe this level of service. This went beyond what any typical hotel calls ”good service.” It was about someone truly willing to stay with us and help us navigate a difficult situation when we, as parents with a sick baby in an unfamiliar place, needed it most. As a mother, encountering such a situation abroad with a feverish baby can be incredibly helpless. So, this assistance was incredibly precious to me and will always remain in my heart. ❤️ Another service I absolutely loved was the laundry and drying service. It wasn't a self-service where you put clothes in the machine and wait. Instead, the staff took our clothes, washed and dried them, and then delivered them directly back to our room. Anyone traveling with a baby knows just how convenient and time-saving a service like this is! It truly saved us a lot of time and energy. From the environment and cleanliness to the service, this stay left me extremely satisfied, but what I'll remember most is the care and warmth extended by the hotel staff. A special thank you to the front desk manager, [Manager's Name], who helped us that day, and to all the hotel staff. Next time I visit Guangzhou, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Well-equipped and attentive service. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the elevators were quick. My family really liked it, and we'll come back next time. Just downstairs is Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and you can see Canton Tower, which is very beautiful. I really liked the decor and design here, and the shower had great water pressure.

Since I was traveling with my child, I paid extra attention to the accommodation. This was my first time in Guangzhou, and I hadn't done much research beforehand, so I was completely clueless about the sightseeing routes. When I checked in, I asked the front desk for advice, and they patiently helped me plan my route and even recommended authentic local snacks. That's truly top-notch service! I also really liked the hotel lobby. The front desk had a stylish design, and there was free tea and coffee available. The lobby was spacious, perfect for sitting and enjoying a coffee. They even had juice, which my child loved. There's also a terrace outside the lobby, which seemed quite picturesque, but I didn't get a chance to take photos because after a long day of playing with my child, all I wanted was to rest! Resting in the lobby was great, and the room was also very good. There's a window seat in the room where you can sit and enjoy the night view.

I picked Mehood Lestie after a good research as it's just 2 min to Guangzhou East Railwaystation and we stayed before our trip Chaoshan and returning to the same hotel. They allowed us to deposit our luggage during our interval nights away. Elena at the front desk was efficient and extended our check-out and we're very grateful, helpful staff with pleasant attitude. They recommended a nearby hospital as I wasn't feeling too well. They helped us to navigate the Didi. The room was also very clean, including the floors and the corners of the bathroom, and there were no unpleasant odors. The mattress had a good balance of firmness and softness, and after a long day out, Islept really well. The soundproofing was decent too, and it was fairly quiet at night. The voice controls for the lights and curtains were convenient, and the hot water runs quickly with strong water pressure. I didn’t expect there to be free afternoon tea, and being able to have a hot bowl of beef noodles late at night was a really nice bonus. There’s also a self-service laundry room and a gym available for guests. Breakfast is repeated and would love to have more variety and replenishing the food fast. Nevertheless, it's easy to find food nearby, and getting a taxi is convenient. Overall, amenities and location is a plus, comfortable, and we were well taken care of. For the price, it's value for money.

When I checked in, Pete, the concierge, was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. He asked about my travel experiences, recommended some great local restaurants in Guangzhou, and even reminded me to protect myself from the heat and sun, which was very thoughtful. The check-in process was quick, only about five minutes. The only minor disappointment was not receiving a welcome drink, which was a shame, lol. Maybe I was dressed too casually and didn't look like a guest? Later that night, when I returned from sightseeing and couldn't find my food delivery, the concierges Alex and Mona (the duty manager), along with Cathy at the front desk, were all very proactive in helping me resolve the issue (the three of you, you know what I mean?). I truly felt like they were wholeheartedly dedicated to assisting me, communicating with patience and a smile throughout. Even when I couldn't sleep later and went down to chat, they were warm and engaging, which made me very happy. When I checked out, my favorite Pete was there again to help with my luggage. He was very meticulous, reminding me to make sure I had everything and asking if I needed a taxi. My entire stay was smooth and pleasant; the Front Office team is excellent. Next time, remember to offer me a welcome drink! This ECharm Hotel near Nanzhou Subway Station was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, making getting around a breeze. The room was meticulously clean, and all the facilities were new and worked perfectly. The service was warm and attentive, the environment was quiet, and the price was excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience and definitely worth coming back to.

My stay at the Guangzhou Estanton Hotel was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star experience! The front desk staff were attentive and polite, and my room was clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom even had a large bathtub. The soundproofing was excellent. The hotel has its own swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast spread was diverse and plentiful, with everything from Cantonese dim sum to Western-style light meals. The location is convenient, not far from the subway, making travel easy. The public areas are well-maintained, with an elegant and quiet atmosphere. It’s suitable for both business trips and leisure stays, offering fantastic value for money. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended to everyone!

This hotel boasts an excellent location – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to all the action. You've got Panyu Wanda Plaza, Sihai City, and Tianhe City right nearby, and getting around is super convenient. The metro station is less than a 15-minute walk away! It was lovely to take a stroll around the area after dinner each night. The hotel is located in a separate apartment building, and from the high floors, you can enjoy views of the commercial district below. The only downside is that the internet signal was really poor, whether for screen mirroring or the TV. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help!

The location is super convenient, right next to Canton Tower and Zhujiang Park. For the river cruise, make sure to get there early as the lines get incredibly long. The room was spacious and the laundry facilities were a big plus. The only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow, requiring a wait no matter the time of day.
