Guangzhou Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel environment was quiet and clean, and my experience was great. All the staff I encountered this time were professional and enthusiastic; they could answer any questions guests had. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the bed was just the right firmness – I could relax and rest as soon as I lay down. All the amenities were complete and clean. The breakfast buffet was also very good!

This is the best Sino Hotels I've ever stayed at. The customer service was fantastic! Both the day and night shift staff, including the managers, were incredibly welcoming and patient. They even arranged for a late-night snack and mung bean soup as soon as they found out my daughter liked it. My daughter ended up having 3 big bowls of it! The hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were all delicious. The elevator wait times, both up and down, were much faster than I expected. I'll definitely be staying at this hotel every time I come to Guangzhou in the future.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and tidy. The service is warm and friendly. The facilities are complete and well-equipped, and the afternoon tea is delicious. The staff are professional and friendly, the environment is beautiful, and downstairs is a pedestrian street in Beijing, making it very convenient for getting around. The shower and Wi-Fi are both excellent. Overall, the hardware is very comprehensive! 🩷🩷🩷🩷

This stay far exceeded my expectations; everything was incredibly comfortable! Check-in and check-out at the front desk were super efficient, with a smooth, quick process that meant no long waits. Any request for items in the room was handled incredibly fast – just a call to the front desk and they'd arrive within minutes. The whole hotel had stable and fast WiFi, perfect for work, streaming videos, or binging shows without any lag, working perfectly in every corner. The hotel's location is excellent, right by a subway station, surrounded by all sorts of restaurants and convenience stores, making travel and finding food incredibly easy. The staff's service attitude was top-notch; the front desk attendant and the cleaning staff were polite and considerate. They not only proactively helped us store our luggage but also promptly assisted with any check-in needs. Free bottled water was replenished daily in the elevators, showing great attention to detail. There's also a gym. On our check-out day, we left in a hurry and accidentally left some personal belongings. The hotel noticed, called us to inform us, and even helped mail them back. Their sense of responsibility was truly impressive. Such detailed and warm service is rare and genuinely commendable. I highly recommend it – definitely a thumbs-up! 👍🏻

The location of this hotel is undeniable great as it is just walking distance to many eateries and 四海城 also opposite to Wanda shopping mall and many happening places to hang out at night and shop. I choose this hotel because of its location and their good review, the service of the staff at the counter was excellent for the first night when we arrive, they help us to carry our luggage and manage it to the room, we were extremely satisfied for the first night. The location was good and the room was spacious, the ammenities in the room is quite old, the washing machine looks like a 20 years old machine which we turn it on everytime the sounds came out from the toilet looks like the machine is going to breakdown, we had to keep the door close when we use the washing machine. The dryer is located outside of the passage way and we first time seeing the old school dryer with a wardrobe and a hot blower at the bottom to dry the clothes. Anyway we just tolerate as the location was good and the room was clean, until the next day we went down to the lobby and requested the reception to help us to order something and they were kind and helpful and after a favour of helping us they requested us the write a review abt the hotel and I said ok and I will do it the next day when I checkout, We were satisfied even though the facilities was abit old and the fridge was not turn on and our cakes were all spoilt the next day. The next day when we were going to checkout, the same reception staff at the lobby saw us and was smiling and helpful to us and the next moment she again asked if we could write a review now immediately, I say ok and she continue to say that make sure the review has to be 5 star review and if not it will be penalized. I was shocked as even all the old amenities and things in the room I wanted to give a 4 star review with 5 star for the location and 3 star on the amenities as I wanted to have my view to reflect my own experience. Then she continued to explain if the review from me is not 5 star all the staff will be penalized. Then I honesty told her that I apologize and I do not feel that I will give a 5 star rating as I probably do not experience a 5 star service and facilities in the hotel, I would prefer to give a honest review. Then the moment when she heard that, she replied me that in that case pls do not need to review thanks, then I say ok that’s fine and from that onwards they do not smile at us or being helpful to us anymore and it was a total change, we transferred our luggge down the lobby with 5 luggages including boxes, they offer no help at all like the first day, we were waiting at the lobby and when our car arrive we carried the luggages ourselves and they stood at the lobby with no eye contact and no friendly attitude to us even without greeting us like the first day during our arrival or before they request for the review. I felt a very bad experience with the staff who responded to us in that manner just because we are not giving a 5 star review to them, which I honestly felt a review should be an honest opinion to the rest so that it could help travelers like us before validating an accommodation before booking, which is why now I u begin to understand that the review when we read from the hotel before our booking wasn’t genuine and I read all good review with 5 star and hence i booked the hotel at Xena and I didn’t expect that the reviews all came with an dishonest review and I believe this is not something that a traveler needs before they start booking for their next trip. I hope trip.com would be able to filter all the ingenuity of 5 start which came from the pressure of receptionist of the hotel.

This saved us a lot of hassle when traveling with kids, as we didn't have to constantly trek back and forth. The room was quite spacious, so our family never felt cramped. It was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The mini-fridge in the room was a godsend for families with young children; we could store milk, fruit, and drinks, which was a small but thoughtful touch. The hotel's Lucky robot was a fun novelty, delivering items to our room. It was novel and entertaining, and our child absolutely loved it, staying excited the whole time. The staff were gentle, friendly, attentive, and patient, always responding promptly to our inquiries. The hotel's overall environment was quiet, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area, and the common areas were neatly maintained. It's perfect for both family vacations and short trips, with user-friendly facilities and warm service. Our overall stay was relaxing and comfortable, and it offered great value for money. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Tianhe and highly recommend it to families traveling with children.

The hotel is right next to Nanzhou subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant stay. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it for both leisure and business trips!

Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the first time I've been captivated by a lobby's blue inverted-triangle chandelier – it immediately caught my eye the moment I walked in. It's so different from the crystal chandeliers you see in many high-end hotels, truly unique. The lobby's aroma was also very pleasant. The room had excellent soundproofing and a grand design. The high-thread-count bedding felt like sleeping on clouds, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable – a lifesaver for someone like me with back problems. The hotel also has a pool and a gym, but I was pressed for time this trip and couldn't experience them. What left the deepest impression on me was the freshly cooked noodle station at breakfast; the chef enthusiastically recommended the day's specials. This kind of thoughtful service, treating guests like family, is true luxury. The hotel's parking spaces are also ample, so even new drivers won't have any issues. I'll definitely choose the Eastin Hotel again for my next business trip to Guangzhou.

The overall service experience was excellent. After booking, I was quickly contacted by the front desk, and the staff were incredibly patient in answering all my questions from the moment we arrived until we checked in. The room layout is perfect for families or friends traveling together, featuring two large beds and a spacious sofa that my child particularly loved and chose to sleep on. The hotel breakfast offers great value for money at just 20 RMB per person. The dishes were well-suited for children's tastes. We had three adults and two children; one child was free, and the other was half-price, making the overall cost very reasonable. From our room, we could even see the upper part of the Canton Tower, which delighted the children. The location is also superb. After breakfast, we could walk to the Guangzhou Library, Museum, Children's Palace, and Guangzhou Opera House, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. They also gave us two Canton Tower souvenirs, which made the kids very happy! ❤️

Hands down the best hotel I’ve booked on my entire business trip so far. If you’re travelling for work and flying in or out of Guangzhou Baiyun, this place is unbeatable — it’s minutes from the airport (near the T3 terminal) and just a short walk from Renhe Station on Metro Line 3 (Exit C1), so getting anywhere in the city is effortless. The location keeps getting better. It’s walking distance to Huatong Plaza and the Huatongli commercial street, with plenty of food options right there including KFC, McDonald’s and Starbucks — so you’re never stuck for a meal or a coffee after a long day. The room itself was beautifully decorated and genuinely comfortable. Best of all, it had English TV channels — this was the only hotel on my whole trip where I could actually sit down and watch something I understood, which meant a lot after busy days of meetings and sourcing. But what really sealed the deal was the service. They held my luggage, helped me manage my orders, and the airport pick-up and drop-off made the whole stay stress-free. On top of that you get a pool, sauna and breakfast included. Honestly, my only regret is that I didn’t book this hotel for the entire trip. I’ll be back next time I’m in Guangzhou — highly recommended for business travellers.
