We had one night here on our way going south. It is placed on the outskirts of Bruchsal( 30 min to walk I believe) - more in an industrial area. Quiet surrounds - (saturday night). Good parking in the garage Very nice staff - especially the lady in the reception on arrival. Good breakfast If you like Chinese food - it is about 3-400 meters walk from the hotel. We went and the food was good. Good choice

Balcony view of the lake, modern room with walk in shower, elevator, free on-site carpark, not far to the north-south autobahn for overnight on a long commute. Reception staff readily helped translate the dinner menu as the waitress only spoke German. Home made jams at breakfast. Outside terrace for drinks or meals in fine weather. There was nothing to not like. The unremarkable but pleasant village of Forst has an excellent baker-pastrycook where we had coffee and cake and bought lunch for our travels.

The hotel opened in the corner of the hotel, therefore, still built the atmosphere, especially outside. Location in an unattractive business mix area, to reach well by car, to the next tram is about 300m. The rooms and the hotel are modern and chic, breakfast has also liked the way of presentation and the choice. In the booked Hipster Studio small kitchen line with refrigerator, practical are also Bluetooth speakers for the smartphone. However, the Hipster Studio certainly does not have the 32qm listed! Most friendly staff. In summary, we liked it, at present, also good price-performance ratio.

The hotel makes a good impression optically, the rooms are also modernly furnished and clean. The bed was comfortable, the hotel is located near the centre, overall quiet at the end of the pedestrian zone, however near school. We had a guest for 2 nights on Christmas Day. Check-in was okay, the ”service” but relatively disgustless. Over the holidays the location of the hotel was visually visible, the breakfast offer as well. That on the 1st holiday instead of the ordered eggs with bacon a watery, The 2nd day was also unsuccessful, the staff said there were no eggs in the kitchen. Requiring the full price of almost EUR 17 per day for a very limited offer is no longer limitable. There is also no help with the free use of the mini bar (water and beer). Despite late check out (on holidays until 14:00), our guest became the 2nd. A holiday is required from the room at 12 p.m. at least for holidays for us no option for future guest accommodation. Unfortunately, our guest was not able to express the criticism on the ground because there was no person at the reception - despite 2 hours of waiting in the lobby on the day of departure.

The rooms are average. The restaurant is too expensive for the quality of the food. The bar should have been open according to the website and booking information, but it was not. It’s weird to see the cleaning staff just walking around in their own baggy clothing instead of a company polo or something. Waiting for check in and out was long. Two waiters who worked in the restaurant were extremely nice.
