房間很不錯，拉開窗簾就能看見雪山，後面是鬱鬱葱葱的森林，空氣很好，讓人感覺很舒服，酒店的服務也很到位，幫我解決了很多問題，總而言之是一次很棒的體驗

前台服務態度很好，環境優美，房間整體還行，但是馬桶沒刷，面巾上有頭髮，地漏有頭髮，其他還行，讓我們最滿意的是前台人員的服務態度，我們真的是滿意至極

幾十年來住過的最差的酒店，沒有之一，100塊錢的配置敢賣1000，房間又小又臟，也就是國慶黃金週，掉到錢眼裡了。關鍵是設施差，衞生差也就罷了，你收1000塊能有點服務意識嗎？晚上12點，讓住客自己去找房間，折騰半個多小時才找到，早餐40一位，就各種主食，饅頭，粥，一個菜都不捨得做，衹認錢

給我們安排的20棟，他們園區最後一棟，距離賈登峪停車場要走15-20分鐘。衞生很乾凈，電暖有點冷，被子單薄。服務態度一般，主要接待團隊。設施挺好，有泡腳桶。

沒得説，所謂生態園就是多棟小住所。自有園區風景。洽逢暴雪喀納斯封路，我們在酒店拍雪景，漂亮。
這種園區酒店，服務人力要求高，酒店人力不足，地毯無法清理乾淨，甚至不清理，
景區酒店都很貴，花錢買了電暖氣的温暖，否則就凍着，躲被窩烤電褥子……我們第一天就是這樣第二天趕緊換酒店
