Red Oaks

My husband and I live here year round and this place has gone down hill… new management is taking everything away! No more dinner dances, only over priced food trucks…nothing that used to happen in this park is happening now. Keep raising rent but don’t want to give anything for it!

Couldnt ask for a nicer place and helpful staff. Nicely kept. Only complaint i have is no property wide WIFI. Youll have to provide your own. Cable tv is good. Site is nice a shady. Just disappointed in wifi only available in the common area. Laura Hunter was the best.

Not good they still owe us 451 dollars. Don’t do an auto bank with draw. You will have huge regrets. Choose another place to camp at. Red Oaks seems nice but they’re a very dishonest company and they are not an honest company or we would have been refunded by now. 😫😫🥲🥲

We have been coming for winter months for 13 years. We own a park model and atend msny activities which consists ofbingo swimming exercise. They have three club houses three pools and have entertainment come in the park for our enjoyment.

I actually live here year round.. It use to be a great place to live. Had a new manager come in about a year ago and the place went way down hill.. She is by far the worst so called manager I’ve ever met. She will not talk to you and keeps her door shut at all times. So many great people have sold and left due to her. Can’t keep any employees because of her. She’s so difficult to work with. The rent was just raised $30. without letting anyone being notified. UNREAL!! Not sure why because the pools are always closed because they need a so called part. Hot tub has been broken for 6+ months with no fix in site. You can call Corporate and they could care less.. It’s so sad because this could be a GREAT park with the right management that cares. There is a young lady ( I would tell you her name but would hate to know that the manager would cause her problems) that works in the office that’s absolutely amazing and tries her best to do what she “aloud “ to do. She’s the only one that I feel really cares about the park and the residents. We have a great cook in the winter and his amazing wife.. Mail lady is awesome! No activities director so residents have to take it amongst themselves for the park to have any kind of fun. Many times the MANAGER makes them cancel and will not let them use the halls. Boots hall is the bigger hall in the park but has been closed and we cannot use do to “floor issues.”. Yep that $30 increase in rent was so they could close everything resident enjoyed using.SAD!! This manager has been a NIGHTMARE and needs to go! She is disliked by 98% of the residents because her lack of care for the park and the people that pay her salary. Until this manager has been replaced PLEASE take my word for this DO NOT COME HERE TO STAY!! People are leaving a lot faster than they are coming in.. This park is huge, with one thousand sites, most of which are permanent residences. There are many activities, three swimming pools, pickle ball, aerobics, card games, community activities, etc., but the one thing lacking is sufficient WI-fi, which is only available in three buildings and not on sites. It feels very safe and comfortable there and we met the nicest people. We would definitely stay again.
