B&B Girosa

I rarely write a negative review, I carefully evaluate the pros and cons, but in the specific case for this property, I find myself forced to do so. We decide with my husband as soon as we wake up, to go to Caltagirone, we contact a series of structures, but for the courtesy expressed by the lady who answered the phone, we opt for this B&B. We ask for a whole series of information and the lady promptly reassures us about everything. We also ask to be able to use the breakfast (paid separately) and the lady guarantees us that the sweet breakfast (chosen by us) is very varied. Unfortunately, once we arrived on site, the first cold shower: the son of the owner who welcomed us, told us that we would not be staying in the B & B, but in another structure a little further away, which, by telephone, had been well looked after by the specify. So to have breakfast, we would have to go out and go to the second B&B. We arrive at our accommodation, which was not a B&B at all, no sign, and a name and surname on the intercom. We go up some steep stairs, also this particular not mentioned in the description of the accommodation, and entering the room we notice double bed with COLORED cover and sheets that have done their "job" for many years, given the wear and tear. Never happened a B&B with non-white linen (obviously more hygienic because white is washed, unlike colored garments, at high temperatures). Bathroom with a rather high step and not marked with a visual *****, for the night. Last sore point the breakfast: bad. A croissant heated in the microwave that obviously has softened a lot and 2 jams. Watered down cappuccino and stop. The son of the property asked for immediate payment as soon as we arrived and as soon as the ATM showed us, he asked us for 4 € tourist tax (not mentioned before), the next day no one came out to ask if everything was fine, he did leave the keys to the cleaning lady. NEVER AGAIN

Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura in occasione della visita dei famosi presepi. Il b&b ci ha soddisfatto molto e stupiti dall' ottima organizzazione di tutto lo staff e soprattutto abbiamo subito notato la pulizia accurata delle camere e di tutti gli ambienti. Le nostre camere erano calde, pulite, ben tenute e con tutti i confort necessari per un ottimo soggiorno. Il bagno grande e anche quello funzionale e igienizzato. Per noi era molto importante il parcheggio , che si è rivelato utile vicino la struttura. La colazione pagata ad un ottimo prezzo abbondante e variegata. Lo staff gentilissimo, cortese e molto disponibile a darti informazioni. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Sicuramente torneremo.

Siamo stati a Caltagirone in occasione dell'anniversario dei miei nonni e ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo b&b. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana perfetta . La camera era pulita ed accogliente, il bagno ampio e pulito, la posizione centrale ma silenziosa con un parcheggio attaccato alla struttura. Tra le cose da sottolineare c'è la super disponibilità e la cordialità dei proprietari. Torneremo presto perché Caltagirone è bellissima . Grazie di tutto.

Posto pessimo che non rispetta le foto pubblicate. Camere piccole, vecchie con una micro finestra ed un odore di muffa e di chiuso impressionante. Letto con materasso sfondato e cuscini alti e duri come mattoni, sembrava di dormire in discesa. Bagno vecchio, la porta della doccia che si staccava e l’acqua usciva tutta, zero finestre. Asciugamani per l’intimo macchiati … Ci è stato anche chiesto se volessimo la pulizia della stanza oppure avremmo fatto noi! Assolutamente un posto in cui non torneremo mai.. visto il rapporto qualità prezzo. Davvero davvero pessimo!!

Servizio efficiente e molto pratico, prezzi giusti per il servizio offerto e soprattutto grandissima disponiblità della signora Giuliana e del marito: sempre disponibili, cortesi gentili per ogni cosa richiesta. Ottimo luogo dove poter allogiare er poter godersi Caltagirone in tutta tranquillità. Consigliato 👍
