酒店很贊！房間就可以看到泳池，海灣！棕櫚樹，泳池，遊艇！都有！話不多説，看圖！最關鍵的是有藍天白雲！這次賺大了！

El hotel en cuanto al precio bien, camas comodas, el problema me tocó planta baja y hace demaciado ruido en la noche los que traen un carrito de roperia que es bastante molesto escucharlo toda la noche, En cuanto a limpieza las sábanas estaban sucias no había papel en el baño. La ubicación muy buena cerca de la playa.

設施較新，有餐廳，就是服務員愛搭不理的。晚上在餐廳買了比薩，説了第二天早上可以去加熱，結果第二天早上去找服務員，一臉不屑説沒有微波爐，非要把比薩打開翻來翻去看以後，才肯去熱。前台也是能不幫忙儘量不幫忙，不為客人着想。陽台門要很大力氣才能打開。

這酒店一邊是靠馬路，一邊是靠湖。靠馬路的噪音太大睡不好覺，睡眠質量低的就不要定靠馬路的了，天天聽着汽車轟鳴聲都快神經衰弱了。

Well… I had no hot water for the first 2 days and there was no other available room to switch. Third day I had no running water at all due to a broken water line and no communication from the staff. I was ready to leave on the fourth day.

This hotel is a true gem in the rough, we were worried but immediately after our arrival we realized how wrong those on line reviews were, this is a fairly small hotel at the end of the Hotel *****, it is very simple, not a lot of amenities but extremely clean and well kept, staff was helpfull and polite always cheerful and willing to offer helpful tips on how to get around and what to visit. Lets be clear, this is a 3star hotel and you get what you paid for in the quality and esthetics of your room, but these are also very nice, extremely clean and very spacious not to mention having a very beatiful view on either side of the hotel. Their location makes it ideal to explore the city and other places, it is very quiet and away from the hectic pace of the downtown core but close enough that you can walk there if you want to. What is the most impresive quality of this hotel is its staff, everyone works extremely hard at making your stay a very pleasurable and enjoyable experience, they make you feel welcome and safe, We would definitely recommend this hotel for those looking for an adventure and exploring the city and we would definitely stay there again when we go back.

The hotel is a mess, water was cold at first and even that cold water ran out while I was showering, so I wasn’t even able to rinse myself out, there was no towels and when we requested them, they brought old, dirty towels, the girl (stefanie) at the front desk was so rude when we complained about water, she said “ No, water is warm” they say they four restaurants but theres only one and with terrible food, I booked for seven night but only stayed for one night due to no water and they refused to refund us, please do not waste your money in this hotel the pictures are deceiving, the hotel is old and it’s a mess, rather pay more money and get your money’s worth than save and make your vacation miserable in this hotel, I do not recommend Real inn to anyone.
