This place was better than I expected, especially for the price. Great little 1 bedroom apt overlooking palm trees and a "jungle" like landscaping. Small pool and the water just beyond that. The whole place had a jungle home vibe, and the front desk guy was friendly and helpful. I arrived quite late was able to check in late no problem. Very basic breakfast of toast amd juice/coffee included, served on a cute patio area with a couple swings. 5 minute walk to the Juarez ferry dock. Would definitely book this place again if I was heading to isla mujeres...

Loved our stay here. Didn’t expect much for the price, and the average reviews, but we got an epic room with beautiful views, perfect location for the ferry, lovely staff and tasty free breakfast! Couple of things could be improved. There were no pans in the kitchen, I went to reception to heat water for tea. My shower never got hot, but it was kinda lukewarm which I don’t really mind. But not perfect.

What a terrible experience. We choosed this place due to late arrival at Cancun airport, too late to hit a departure to Isla Mujeres. At check in around midnight we learned that no english was spoken and attempt to get a bottle of water was useless. Our "apartment" on first floor had not been properly cleaned in many years. We discussed actually if we should rather sit outside the ferry terminal during the night. Do not let picures indicating a "pittoresque mexican" accommodation fool you. Walking by the "breakfast place" at 07.50 we decided to check out asap.

Not a very nice experience! The cleaning of the room was terrible. Terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom. There was a lizard in the bedroom when we arrived. The continental breakfast was lousy and the cutlery was dirty. Not recommended.........

The room we were assigned to had huge mould spots on the walls and smelled accordingly. The room was in no condition to be rented out and I think it can't be healthy to stay in such a mouldy room. After a whole day of travelling with 2 little kids and arriving late at night we had no other choice but to stay there one night. The next morning the staff just let us wait couple of hours until we could talk to someone in charge. Eventually they were very incooperative and told us no other room available so we booked another place. Suddenly there was another room available. After looooong discussions we still didn't get a refund. Oh and the pool was closed as well. Don't stay here!

Terrible! We booked for 1 week, after 3 days we moved and booked at Marriot. ( we should have booked there the first time) . Only had wifi for a day and had to ask for the new password the following day. Water is salty, can’t take shower properly it gets cold after running a few minutes. The sink stinks and very rusty. This could be a good place and cozy if maintained properly but unfortunately the lobby is dirty, couch and cushions on the lobby needs cleaning. They don’t have staffs at night you can call if you need something. They need at least 2 or 3 people who speaks English if you are in this business. I see some bad reviews on other sites, I don’t see any here. Can they delete it and only post the good ones? Someone at least must tell the truth about this place. It is misleading some travelers who wants to go out of their country to enjoy.

Overnight stay before flying out of Cancun. I was able to walk there from the Puerto Juarez Ferry Terminal which was great. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my room, the grounds, and the general feeling of the hotel itself. The only problem I had was finding food... I was told that the restaurant was open and I could eat there, but then when I arrived around 6pm, they told me the restaurant had no food. I thought that was really strange.

I don’t even know where to start. With the great location (near downtown and hotel zone, close to ferry’s), the beautiful rooms or the absolute AMAZING AND FRIENDLY STAFF. The rooms are all wonderful, all decorated beautifully and different, not one room is like the other. We have been staying in 4 different rooms, and the 2-bedroom apartment. STUNNING! It’s not so many restaurants around but it’s so close to everything it doesn’t really matter, it’s a very safe and tranquil area in the harbour. The staff. We have been here for a couple of weeks now due to changes in flights and they are all so wonderful and helpuf we consider them family. I’ve never been to a more relaxed hotel in my life. Jose is always just smiling and nodding and nothing seems to bother him. Always very helpful if we need help with anything. Louisa and her kitchen helpers are all so nice, cook us the best meals (awesome fajitas and burgers) always a hug and a smile when we get down there. And last, but absolutely not least is Salvador, Salvador Dali as we call him, is the kindest man with the biggest heart. He is here ALL the time, day and night. We love to sit and chat with him, some nights we eat together and dance and listen to music. Salvador is a great dancer and he is always always always going the extra mile to try to help if we need anything. Always making jokes and we feel so safe around him, and everyone else that works here. It truly feels like home and I can’t nothing but recommend you to visit if you ever come here, always fully booked tho, so make reservations 🙏 hope you will enjoy as much as we are (still staying here for e extra few days)
