The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

Clean n neat hotel with prime location of candolim , lemon tree staff are very courteous n always helpful. Citrus team is very caring and helpful they have such a nice team with lovely smiling faces. Looks very refreshing when we see them always smiling specially dhanesh who always give smile whenever he talk with the guest which makes others day so special. They have very good team with mouth watery options during breakfast. Must visit this hotel in candolim.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few minor issues. Upon arrival, I discovered that my initially assigned room did not have a proper sea view as expected. However, the staff handled the room change process smoothly, ensuring I could move to a room with the desired view without any hassle. One slight disappointment was that despite being a Neupass member, I could not access the high-speed WiFi. While this was a bit inconvenient, the standard plan speed was adequate and fast enough for my needs, so it did not significantly impact my stay. The resort's buffet offered a good spread with a wide variety of dishes. However, some dishes were a little bland for my taste. This can be a matter of personal preference, and the excellent choice of food options still ensured that there was something for everyone. Despite these minor drawbacks, my four-night stay was enjoyable, and the positive aspects of the experience far outweighed the minor issues encountered. I want to thank the housekeeping team for the delightful surprise they arranged on our anniversary. The cake, balloons, and music made our celebration memorable and added a heartwarming touch to our stay.

Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. Hey… Though I’m posting it really late but I have no words to describe the services we got. We have planned in the beginning of our trip three days then we extended for another five days eight days were irreplaceable the staff, the chef, the girl named Sapna next to the pool who was serving food was also very nice and calm, I don’t remember all the names but Sapna, Sadhna, security staff on duty was also pretty much cooperative Chef Sainath they all have been so kind, can’t describe how fast their team works from in all the possible ways, we were surprise to see that how everything could be so perfect all the staff from reception team working under ***ager, fantastic services worth paying for Fairfield by Marriott. Writing this after a guilt that i was not able to rate there services and hard work on time which was truly impeccable. Thanks team marriot

The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is the best ever example of customer service we have ever experienced. The staff are all amazing at every level and are a credit to the hotel. We would like to say a massive thankyou to our Tui Rep Karen Hall, she has a wealth of knowledge of Goa and goes out of her way to be of assistance. We was at the hotel for Christmas and New Year, I really don't think the staff and ***agement could have done anything more to make the festive session so special. We enjoyed Christmas carols around the tree, a fantastic Christmas Eve and New Years Eve gala events. Special mentions to Rakesh (Mama Mia) who is a true gentle*** also Kartik (Seagull) who is so polite. The pool area is kept immaculately clean. I do think that small tables would be useful at the side of your sunbed. Food in both of the restaurants is worthy of Michelin standard.
