GGuest User酒店應該2024年新開業的，環境和衞生都很棒，關鍵是酒店裡麪各個環節的服務質量都很不錯，工作人員很有禮貌，基本上不需要我們諮詢就會主動提供幫助。到的時候是半夜了，酒店值班經理還添加了微信關心我們什麼時候會到，怕我們天黑不好找位置，貼心地告訴我們從哪個高速路口下，距離有多遠等等，這些細節都非常到位，挺暖心的。如果下次再經過這裏，我們應該還會首選住這裏，畢竟這年頭高質量的服務錢可以買得到，高質量又貼心的服務比較難得，為了支持與他們一樣的更多酒店同行者，得贊一個！

The waiter at the front desk had a problem with his attitude. It seemed that he wanted to quarrel with the guests. My order was originally for 3 nights. Later, I had refunded 1 night at Trip.com and the refund was received. But the waiter did not ask for details, so he directly told me that I refunded the operation of the room for 1 night. The order should be cancelled and then booked. Her manner of speaking was rude, and the guests were puzzled why they were questioned for no reason, which was very displeased.
In addition, the front desk clerk should take the initiative to ask if more than one person is required to check in, because the elevator must take the room card, if multiple guests are not in and out of the hotel together, it is inconvenient.
