This hotel is amazing ! Firstly I arrived early before check-in time. The friendly receptionist shared that the hotel offers a free safe luggage room (in the lobby area) , where I stored my luggage then went to explore the town. There are many restaurants/coffee shops and the bo-kaap tourist attraction at a walking distance from the hotel. 5-10 minute drive to the V&A water front. 35+ minutes to wine farms & about 25 minutes to camps bay. The hotel was very clean, safe and they served an amazing breakfast. The lobby/lounge also has charging ports

Perfect accommodation! From the minute we arrived we were greeted with a positive and wonderful atmosphere! The location is ideal for anyone who wants to tour around Cape Town. Few minutes walk to Long Street and Bo-Kaap (colorful houses). The staff was super helpful in providing recommendations and means to travel. The area is safe, clean and a great mix of what South Africa has to offer😁 Our rooms provided the best view of table mountain❤️ Definitely recommend staying here! Special shout out to Phindie😍👍🏾

This Hotel is great in cleanliness. Its location is central & convenient for u to travel around with ease. Likewise, their buffet breakfast is delicious & sumptuous given u a chance to eat heartily & happily! U will like this Hotel after u stay in... Cheers! Keep up the Good Work!

Facilities: quite new, soundproof and quiet
Hygiene: clean, but they knocked on my door before check-out time, which I didn't like

The hotel is in the city center, good location and convenient for traveling. The price is also relatively reasonable. Love their breakfast croissants, very delicious. Overall, good value for money.

Good stay. This is not an exceptional hotel but it is a good stay. It was very clean and quiet. It has amazing views. Good AC and hot water. The bed was ok, and the pillows are horrible. Basically just plastic in sheets. The room was very small but I know there's nothing the hotel can do about that. My last day prior to checking out the maid service left no bars of soap. The breakfast isn't that great, very watery eggs and the fruit looks like they are just recycling the same fruit from the day before. Ordering food from the bar is a horrible. You'll wait anywhere from 40-45 minutes to get a basic item. I ordered and 15 minutes later, the waitress came to affirm my order, what means she didn't even put it in yet. So they wait and bring everybody's food at the same time. Horrible system. On the positive, the staff was nice and helpful. Very close to restaurants and cafes. And about a 20-30 minute walk to the Waterfront, very easy to get to from the hotel. Overall, just an ok stay,
