I was looking forward to staying in this hotel. I booked a bigger house. Later, he gave us a small ordinary room. I complained to the hotel. This is not the room I booked. Later, I changed it to a bigger room, but on the third floor, The staff at the entrance of the hotel should be inexperienced waiters, and the speech is very bad. The eyes are turned over. The waiter downstairs also said that this is the room you booked. I am really speechless! Later, I saw the photo and found out that I didn't book it. Of course, the hotel also apologized to me and sent a small champagne, but the experience was also very bad! I want to do a SPA again. The waiter said that our hotel is very full. I have not responded for a long time. I will ask again the next morning. In fact, there is a seat! Very poor experience in this hotel, completely unlike a five-star hotel, will never come again! 🤦🏻♀️🥲
This is very close to taking the Lumidiguir cable car and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities is very satisfactory. External parking is no problem. Everything was good and the time of one night was so unfortunate
The location is very good, right next to the cable car station, and the next morning, the South Needle is very convenient. Just walking to the town, you have to walk for 15 minutes. Although it is an attic room, it is quite spacious and has a balcony.

I don't think this level of hotel is at this price in Chamonix. The staff are kind and the rooms are clean. Wifi doesn't feel stressful. It is a little inconvenient that it is far from the center and there is no shop nearby where ski rental can be done. However, there is no problem because the bus stop is a 1-minute walk away.
Lovely hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. Very affordable and Close to everything. We were offered to use sauna by ourselves for an hour as long as you book ahead. Highly recommended.
Basically, it is the level of the guest house in the urban and rural junction! In addition to the geographical location, other cost-effectiveness is extremely low.
Very nice wooden hotel, very historical, the service staff is very nice, to help bring things to the room for introduction, also sent us honeymoon champagne and a fine snack. Breakfast is also great, the restaurant is Michelin two stars. Not many people have limited rooms, it is a very French fine hotel.
The view is good, the room is old, there is no service, the front desk is alone, there is no waiter, what is needed to go downstairs to get, no one sent to the room, no four-star level. Far from the center of the town, if there is no self-driving, it is not suitable. It takes 8 minutes to walk on the flat road and 10 minutes to go uphill. It is very steep. It takes a long rest all the way without taking anything away. Let alone dragging luggage. There is no transportation except self-driving. Because the taxi is too expensive, It takes about 18 minutes to go down the mountain. The taxi up the mountain is 30 euros, Uber 20 euros. The only restaurant in the hotel needs to be booked a long time in advance, so I have to take a taxi back to eat out every day. The skiing is not friendly. There is a place to store snow on the first floor. It is everyone's ski equipment in a small room without heating. Unlike other similar hotels, there is a locker for one person and one locker, and there is no shoe dryer. Because the first day of snow, the second day of snow shoes are still wet, this experience is poor!
Really nice hotel with great amenities. Be sure to check out the sauna on the roof as it looks out onto the mountains in spectacular fashion! The room was nice and very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. This property is right in the city center and you can see the train station from the front door. A really good property and I highly recommend!

GGuest UserPerfectly located next to long bus station and Chamonix bus station. Room is spacious, tidy, facing stunning mountain views. We all love the place. Breakfast is perfect, great variety and nutrients.
GGuest UserLovely modern hotel, clean spacious rooms and breakfast was great. Pool and jacuzzi cold. Sauna had been removed from site and gym was pretty pathetic. The staff were friendly and it was a very warm and welcoming hotel. Location was a bit far out from the centre with no restaurants nearby. Buses were about a 10 minute walk and every 20 minutes.
GGuest UserA beautiful hotel in the perfect location, 5 mins walk from flix buss station, just go to the round about, turn left and keep walking and it’s on the left.
Clean, friendly, helpful, traditional rooms, I don’t want to leave and will be back. It have a lovely tea room also, the views from my room are incredible. Staff are kind, helpful and friendly, Alina on the breakfast service is very friendly I had a great chat with her this morning x
RRajan TrivediExceptional Stay at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the Alps! From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was perfect.
Location: The hotel is ideally situated with stunning views of Mont Blanc and easy access to the town and ski lifts. Whether you’re there for skiing, hiking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the mountains, the location couldn’t be better.
Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a cozy alpine style with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Dining: The food was fantastic! Breakfast each morning was a generous spread with a variety of fresh options, from pastries to local cheeses and fruits. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the gourmet meals exceeded my expectations. The chef does an excellent job incorporating local ingredients into traditional dishes, all with a contemporary twist.
Facilities: The hotel spa is a hidden gem—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or skiing. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful, and the massage I had was the best I’ve had in a long time. They also have a great lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a drink in the evening.
Service: The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any request, whether it was booking excursions, providing local recommendations, or simply ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay.
Bonus tip: The best Indian restaurant is walkable distance (400 meters) from the hotel - Annapurna 2. Must visit 😉
Overall, Chalet Hotel in Chamonix combines luxurious comfort with the charm of an authentic alpine retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!
22053662770The room is small but clean and comfortable, right from this price! The point is that the location is superb, just on the side of the pedestrian street, behind is the bus stop to Las Houches, convenient for eating, traveling and shopping! The eldest sister received was super kind, not only explained the surrounding eating, traveling, and shopping environment. I was afraid that I didn't understand and still marked on the map. Finally, I gave a free bus roll and wrote the date to my time to return to Xiamuni! Purchase intimate 👏👏👏
GGuest UserLovely rooms with big balcony enjoying the Mont Blanc. Convenient location close to the train station going to see the glacier and the cave. Nice spa and steam activities.

Thank you again, David, for your outstanding service. It is greatly appreciated, and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
RRi_0It was the perfect couple stay. The hotel is not in the city centre, it’s just next to the gold club. The view is amazing. The room have chalet vibes which was soo nice and cozy. They had a spa and sauna which was free to use for guests and it was soo nice. I can’t stress enough on the beauty of the view. Would 100 recommend and go back.
GGayeongThe location was perfect as it was close to the bus stop. (It was especially convenient because we arrived at Chamonix by bus early in the morning and departed early in the morning.) Also, the Aigi du Midi cable car platform is right in front.
In addition to the location, the breakfast was delicious, all the staff were friendly and the service was good.
This is a hotel that offers reasonable prices and services.
Thanks to you, I leave Chamonix with pleasant memories.
GGuest UserActually we are not stay at the La Croix Blanche but Alpina Electric Hotel, this is due to La Croix Blanche due to low season, but with their arrangement, we managed to stay at Alpina Electric Hotel, which is very good stay. Thanks for the such good arrangement.
