"I was looking forward to staying in this hotel. I booked a bigger house. Later, he gave us a small ordinary room. I complained to the hotel. This is not the room I booked. Later, I changed it to a bigger room, but on the third floor, The staff at the entrance of the hotel should be inexperienced waiters, and the speech is very bad. The eyes are turned over. The waiter downstairs also said that this is the room you booked. I am really speechless! Later, I saw the photo and found out that I didn't book it. Of course, the hotel also apologized to me and sent a small champagne, but the experience was also very bad! I want to do a SPA again. The waiter said that our hotel is very full. I have not responded for a long time. I will ask again the next morning. In fact, there is a seat! Very poor experience in this hotel, completely unlike a five-star hotel, will never come again! 🤦🏻♀️🥲"

"The house is not located in a small town, but the transportation is convenient. Bus No. 2 and Skibus No. 15 are very convenient. It is close to the forest and the river. There are good hiking trails on both sides of the hotel. The breakfast is good, the hot water is good, the bed is new, and the design is reasonable. The guy at the front desk is honest and down-to-earth, but the aunt is just average. The roommate is also very quiet. It is unexpectedly good."
"Pool wasnt warm so wasnt as nice as I had hoped. Would if loved a sauna at the hotel over a jacuzzi, that again wasnt warm.
Good breakfast! Definitely worth the extra to get you fuelled for the slopes. I 100% would recommend hiring a car, we managed to venture to other ski slopes and get home when we wanted to rather than having to go vis the bus timetable. The bus stop is on the hotel grounds though so not too bad. Not walking distance to the slopes. The hotel staff were great. Gave some good advise on getting over to Italy for the a day, we had the mont blanc ultimate pass and was totally worth it to visit Italy and the wider slopes. The ski shop gentleman was amazing, super helpful.
Well worth the money to stay there."
"The location is excellent, the environment is beautiful, there is a balcony facing the snow-capped mountains, facing the small river, quiet accommodation, next door is the restaurant and bar street. The room is heard of the sound of small rivers, rare to stay away from the big city."
"Lovely hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. Very affordable and Close to everything. We were offered to use sauna by ourselves for an hour as long as you book ahead. Highly recommended."
"Very nice wooden hotel, very historical, the service staff is very nice, to help bring things to the room for introduction, also sent us honeymoon champagne and a fine snack. Breakfast is also great, the restaurant is Michelin two stars. Not many people have limited rooms, it is a very French fine hotel."
"It was the perfect couple stay. The hotel is not in the city centre, it’s just next to the gold club. The view is amazing. The room have chalet vibes which was soo nice and cozy. They had a spa and sauna which was free to use for guests and it was soo nice. I can’t stress enough on the beauty of the view. Would 100 recommend and go back."

이이장한The facilities seem a little old, but the location was great.
It was close to the train station, so it was easy to climb Mont Blanc.
The rooms are spacious and quite satisfactory.
AAmelia RichThe Alpina Eclectic Hotel is set in a beautiful spot in Chamonix, offering stunning mountain views from the balconies—a major highlight! The breakfast bar has a great selection, making for a lovely start to each day.
Parking is worth planning around: on-site parking is €30 per night, but there’s a nearby public lot that charges €22 for 24 hours, with flexible rates that vary every 15 minutes (cheaper after 7:30 pm).
One of the nicest perks is the free one-hour spa access, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or skiing. Additionally, the hotel provides a complimentary train pass for visiting nearby towns, adding a lot of value and convenience.
Overall, the Alpina Eclectic Hotel offers excellent amenities, views, and transport options, making it a fantastic choice for a Chamonix stay.
GGuest UserThere is a full set of kitchen utensils to satisfy the Chinese stomach. The hotel is very close to the bus station. It takes 5 minutes to walk. The bus ticket is more expensive than the current purchase.
RRajan TrivediExceptional Stay at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the Alps! From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was perfect.
Location: The hotel is ideally situated with stunning views of Mont Blanc and easy access to the town and ski lifts. Whether you’re there for skiing, hiking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the mountains, the location couldn’t be better.
Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a cozy alpine style with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Dining: The food was fantastic! Breakfast each morning was a generous spread with a variety of fresh options, from pastries to local cheeses and fruits. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the gourmet meals exceeded my expectations. The chef does an excellent job incorporating local ingredients into traditional dishes, all with a contemporary twist.
Facilities: The hotel spa is a hidden gem—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or skiing. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful, and the massage I had was the best I’ve had in a long time. They also have a great lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a drink in the evening.
Service: The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any request, whether it was booking excursions, providing local recommendations, or simply ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay.
Bonus tip: The best Indian restaurant is walkable distance (400 meters) from the hotel - Annapurna 2. Must visit 😉
Overall, Chalet Hotel in Chamonix combines luxurious comfort with the charm of an authentic alpine retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel room is a bit dark, but the space is sufficient. I stayed for two days in total. After half a day, I started to feel that the room had a bit of drainage smell, maybe the ventilation system was not good.
But the overall feeling is good, the location is 10 minutes convenient
GGayeongThe location was perfect as it was close to the bus stop. (It was especially convenient because we arrived at Chamonix by bus early in the morning and departed early in the morning.) Also, the Aigi du Midi cable car platform is right in front.
In addition to the location, the breakfast was delicious, all the staff were friendly and the service was good.
This is a hotel that offers reasonable prices and services.
Thanks to you, I leave Chamonix with pleasant memories.
SSFWong88Booked this hotel for a night as the hotel we were staying at was fully booked. Nice room overseeing the mountains and the main stretch of shops from the balcony. Very convenient to get food since there are are many restaurants just right in front of the hotel. Hotel restaurant is nice and not expensive.
Vvivian58In the center of the town, you can walk for 10-15 minutes from the station to the cable car station and walk for 10 minutes. The service is warm. The breakfast and afternoon tea are good. Although the room is slightly small, the toilet in the attic room is large. It is equipped with double taps
GGuest UserActually we are not stay at the La Croix Blanche but Alpina Electric Hotel, this is due to La Croix Blanche due to low season, but with their arrangement, we managed to stay at Alpina Electric Hotel, which is very good stay. Thanks for the such good arrangement.
