Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

It's been a long time since I last visited Changsha, not since I was a child, so I picked this hotel for my return trip. Its proximity to the subway station is fantastic, making getting around super convenient. The cleanliness here is truly excellent; after staying in places like Home Inn and Hanting with their subpar hygiene, I can confidently say that if cleanliness is important to you, you won't regret staying here. The front desk staff were also very polite and even helped me with my luggage. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room was quite large, like a suite, with a comfortable mattress. The air conditioning automatically adjusted to the perfect temperature at night, neither too hot nor too cold, making for a very comfortable sleep. There's a laundry room, and the friendly front desk staff even helped with washing, drying, and storage, which was very convenient. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious. I stayed there for a few days and felt right at home. I'd definitely come back.

I stayed here for several days straight and genuinely think this hotel offers incredible value for money, perfect for extended stays! What I liked most was the fully-equipped self-service laundry room. They have smart washer-dryers with built-in detergent, so you can wash, dry, and even iron your clothes right there. No need for handwashing, which solves a huge problem when traveling. Plus, it's available 24 hours, which is super convenient. The room facilities are complete and brand new. The AC, TV, and water heater all work perfectly, the lighting is just right, and the power outlets are well-placed, making it easy to charge devices and work. The room itself is spacious with excellent soundproofing. The view outside is clean and quiet, and the community-style landscaping is neat and pleasant. The entire room is spotlessly clean, the bedding is soft and fresh, and there's no standing water or unpleasant smells in the bathroom. The front desk is very responsive and attends to any requests promptly. Overall, the environment is clean and comfortable, the facilities are practical, and the living experience is top-notch. The breakfast quality is also excellent, featuring Changsha's specialty noodles. The hotel even has its own meeting rooms for business needs. Highly recommended!

We are from Hunan and Hubei. We went to Tongguanyao Ancient Town to check in on weekends. On Friday, we drove directly to Changsha during the holiday. After a night of rest, we had a full day of fun in Tongguanyao Ancient Town the next day. This time I chose Yishang when I went to Changsha. The hotel🏨Changsha Wantian International Branch is very cost-effective. It doesn’t matter if it’s not in the city. It’s convenient for self-driving tours. Parking🅿 is also free🆓. When we went there, they upgraded our room and gave us free breakfast, which was great. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel I chose during my trip to Liuyang! The staff warmly greeted me upon entering the lobby, and check-in was quick and attentive. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The view from the window was breathtaking, and every glance was a soothing experience. The breakfast menu was incredibly diverse, featuring both local specialties and classic breakfast items, leaving a truly satisfying experience. It was also incredibly convenient for commuting and dining nearby, and I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Liuyang!

Upon entering the lobby, the Nordic minimalist ambiance hits you right in. The natural wood tones and soft lighting create an instantly relaxing atmosphere. The front desk staff checked you in quickly and provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable, with the perfect firmness. I had a good night's sleep and felt refreshed the next day. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, consistent hot water, and excellent toiletries. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was delicious, making it a great start to the day. The overall value for money was excellent, and I'll definitely choose Yishang again when I'm in the area!

There was road construction when we visited so getting in and out of the hotel was a bit of a hassle. The nearest subway stop is about a 7 minute walk, which felt difficult due to the construction and summer heat. In other conditions though it's probably fine. Overall the rooms were alright, but the hallways are not air conditioned and A/C turns off when you leave the rooms. This means even if you set the A/C on the strongest and coldest setting, it will take 30 minutes at least for the rooms to start cooling and even then will not really cool more than about 77 degrees or so throughout the night. The A/C didn't reach the bathroom/shower/sink area so it was quite hot there. The construction of the room felt somewhat unfinished as well with the sink pipe going directly into a hole cut through the ground. There were only a few bugs but it was still a concern. Breakfast was average. There is a cheap and good 24 hr noodle place next door which I recommend. There is cigarette smell in the lounge and hallways, but our room was fine. For the price, it's a decent place but if you prefer stronger A/C I would recommend looking somewhere else.

The room is spacious, hygienic, and the environment is OK. A magnifying mirror can be arranged in the makeup mirror to facilitate women's makeup. Unfortunately, I left too early in the morning and did not have breakfast.
