I chose the Yishang Hotel Changsha Wuyi Square store for my trip to Changsha this time, and I definitely made the right choice – the experience was fantastic! First off, the location is unbeatable. It's right in the heart of Wuyi Square, surrounded by shopping districts. Whether I wanted to go to IFS, Taiping Street, or just explore and eat nearby, it was incredibly convenient. No wasted travel time at all, which is super friendly for tourists. The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, very enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was patient and quickly helped with any issues, which was really heartwarming. The room itself was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I got a great rest. The layout was well-designed, with excellent lighting and ventilation – great attention to detail. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, without any of the city noise, truly offering a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. All in all, I was very satisfied with every aspect. It's great value for money and perfect for both tourist trips and short stays with friends. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Changsha. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

The front desk service is particularly in place, from the door guidance to the check-in is very meticulous, the attitude is gentle and enthusiastic, and the initiative to say hello when entering and leaving the door, which makes people feel particularly intimate and comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet and comfortable, and the facilities are very complete. The breakfast is rich and nutritious, and there is authentic Changsha special rice noodles, the taste is superb! Very good value for money, very comfortable stay, will choose this next time!

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's super close to Wuyi Square and right next to a subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. In the mornings, I could easily go for a walk in Martyrs' Park, and the surrounding areas like Wanjiali and Yangfan Night Market offer an amazing variety of food. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile, and they even offered laundry service with delivery. The local rice noodles for breakfast were authentic and delicious, and the hotel facilities felt very new. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay!

Secondly, all the facilities are incredibly well-maintained and look brand new; you'd never guess it's been open for several years. The front desk staff are really welcoming and enthusiastic – you're greeted with cheers as soon as you walk in. The cleanliness is spotless; you could literally walk barefoot in the room. Plus, there's a Zhijian bookstore downstairs where you can grab a bite and take some great photos. It's truly a one-stop shop for relaxation and entertainment!

We chose the Yishang Hotel while accompanying a family member to Xiangya First Affiliated Hospital in Changsha for medical treatment. The hotel is only a 3-5 minute walk from the hospital, saving us from the hassle of taking public transportation and taxis, making our daily commute much easier. It's truly a great option for patients and their families. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, even offering to help us with our luggage, and check-in was quick. The room was spotless, and the most thoughtful touch was the complimentary photocopying and printing service. We no longer needed to search for print shops for all the necessary medical documents, and the receptionist also provided simple medical guidance – a real lifesaver!

Location : very near to subway station ( 1 min walk to Yuhua District Government station) and easy to go to Changsha South Railway Station. Lots of restaurants and fruit stalls nearby. (9.5/10) Room : different from mentioned on the web. On the web mentioned 39 m2 for Deluxe Room, but actually is less than 30 m2. (7/10) Service : quite helpful but not excellent. (8/10) Breakfast food : 7/10 Recommended hotel to and from Changsha South Railway Station.

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the subway station. It is very convenient to go to Juzizhoutou and Wuyi Square, but it is inconvenient to go to the south gate of Yuelu Mountain. The lobby of the hotel feels very good, and parking in the hotel is convenient. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, fruit shops, and small restaurants next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The only dissatisfaction is with the room. The smell in the bathroom is very serious and cannot be solved by opening the window or flushing. I called the front desk and asked an aunt to come over and give me a bottle of 84 disinfectant, but it didn't solve the problem at all. The aunt said that if you rinse it more, the pipes might be clogged. It is recommended that the hotel actively deal with this odor problem. Very satisfied in other aspects.

Due to a change in my itinerary, I ended up staying two extra nights. The view from the room is really lovely. Breakfast was fried rice again, as always 😋. I was surprised to find stinky tofu this time, and I just indulged! It's been raining since I arrived, and I was worried my wet clothes would start to smell, so I used the hotel's laundry service. Yesterday, out of curiosity, I went down to check out the laundry room and it was much better than I expected. Plus, it's close to the metro station; it's only two stops to Wanjiali. This trip has been great, apart from the weather!

The lady at the front desk has a good service attitude. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a good location. The hotel has free parking spaces, a laundry room, and a rich and delicious breakfast. I am very satisfied with everything. I strongly recommend it to everyone
