Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

Big thumbs up to the Yishang Hotel Gaoqiao branch! The warm greetings from the staff were consistent throughout my entire stay. From the lobby to the elevator and even the corridors, every staff member I encountered smiled and greeted me proactively. This feeling of being respected was truly wonderful. The room facilities were all-inclusive. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was well-thought-out, and the shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature, making showering incredibly comfortable. I can't stop thinking about the special rice noodles at breakfast. The beef toppings made the soup noodles savory and rich, the rice noodles were smooth and springy, and the broth was simmered with beef bones – you could tell it was made with genuine ingredients from the first sip. Highly recommended!

The room was quite large, like a suite, with a comfortable mattress. The air conditioning automatically adjusted to the perfect temperature at night, neither too hot nor too cold, making for a very comfortable sleep. There's a laundry room, and the friendly front desk staff even helped with washing, drying, and storage, which was very convenient. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious. I stayed there for a few days and felt right at home. I'd definitely come back.

The interior facilities are new and well-maintained, with a logical layout and excellent natural light and ventilation, making for a comfortable stay. The entire room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless and dust-free, and all toiletries were well-stocked. The staff were friendly and efficient with check-in procedures, promptly addressing any needs. My stay was extremely pleasant.

We are from Hunan and Hubei. We went to Tongguanyao Ancient Town to check in on weekends. On Friday, we drove directly to Changsha during the holiday. After a night of rest, we had a full day of fun in Tongguanyao Ancient Town the next day. This time I chose Yishang when I went to Changsha. The hotel🏨Changsha Wantian International Branch is very cost-effective. It doesn’t matter if it’s not in the city. It’s convenient for self-driving tours. Parking🅿 is also free🆓. When we went there, they upgraded our room and gave us free breakfast, which was great. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel I chose during my trip to Liuyang! The staff warmly greeted me upon entering the lobby, and check-in was quick and attentive. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The view from the window was breathtaking, and every glance was a soothing experience. The breakfast menu was incredibly diverse, featuring both local specialties and classic breakfast items, leaving a truly satisfying experience. It was also incredibly convenient for commuting and dining nearby, and I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Liuyang!

The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was delicious, making it a great start to the day. The overall value for money was excellent, and I'll definitely choose Yishang again when I'm in the area!

Just a few minutes' walk to Wuyi Square and Xiangya Hospital Metro Station, it's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring the city's food scene or heading to the hospital. What really stood out to me was the front desk service; the staff were always smiling, welcoming, and proactive during both check-in and check-out. They patiently answered all my questions, even the small ones. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily, including both Chinese and Western options. You absolutely *must* try the special rice noodles – they're wonderfully chewy and incredibly authentic, better than many small eateries outside. The room hygiene was good, everything was neatly organized, and the bathroom was clean, making for a very comfortable stay.

The room is spacious, hygienic, and the environment is OK. A magnifying mirror can be arranged in the makeup mirror to facilitate women's makeup. Unfortunately, I left too early in the morning and did not have breakfast.
