酒店位置很好，但是不是很適合自駕出遊。酒店和一個足浴城公用停車場，停車場出入口在紅綠燈附近，開車非常麻煩。酒店設施一般，跟別的麗楓比算陳舊，但風景很好，天心閣的正對面，坐在房間就可以欣賞美景。

五一的時候住了一晚上，節假日是比較貴啦，即便是我當天入住得比較晚，凌晨入住的。主要是衞生差了一些，紗窗有破洞，衞生間有兩衹小蒼蠅。倒是給了一些土特產作為禮物，還算比較貼心。地段還行，停車場也比較大，就是好像電梯不能到那層？我從停車場拿着行李繞到正門去的。也有可能是我找錯電梯了。

雙床房，兩個床頭衹有一個有220V電源開關還是壞的，現在手機都是快沖了，預留的USB充電是擺設了，停車不方便，停下車要穿過足療城大堂才能到。反正這個是我住過的最差的這個品牌酒店

衞生環境設施我都給的5分，服務我給4分。因為這個牌子的連鎖酒店都大致這樣。
客房服務挺有意思的，我入住的時候是提供兩包花茶的，第一天好冷下雨兩包花茶我們兩個人就喝掉了。因為這個訂單連續定了三個晚上，2月6-8號，第二天我們出門前按了清掃以後，第二晚上衹提供一包花茶，我就拿走了。第三天，我出門按清掃的時候，偶遇服務員大姐推車，可能正在清掃附近房間，在走廊她還問我：繼續住嗎？我説：繼續住啊。等我晚上回來，花茶衹提供0包。呵呵呵……這點細節做的很搞笑，啥意思！茶包不值錢，長住和衹住一天的顧客，還區別對待嗎？顧客繼續住，該提供的就打折唄？還是我偶遇了清掃服務人員僅此一次的疏忽？反正服務業上崗前培訓還是十分重要的。
住這家酒店很多次，這是頭次遇見。之前住其它城市的本酒店，連續定單，即使很多東西沒有用，清掃時也會放好新的一天酒店必須提供的用品。
我一般都會住喆啡和麗楓，因為懶得選，都入了華住會，這兩個位置都還可以。
這個麗楓離南門口地鐵站走路不是太近，也不是太遠，我們逛了一天下來，出了地鐵口還要走挺不近的一段路，距離尷尬呵呵呵，因人而異，體力好的人可以忽略我這一段評價。
與此相比，2.5晚上剛下飛機攜程推送給我了湘雅二醫院附近的喆啡，我就點進去定了一晚上，那個喆啡位置離地鐵站更近，附近吃的店也很多，在距離和服務上我更滿意。可惜2.6以後沒房間了，我才去了半個月之前訂好的本麗楓酒店。前台服務不錯，挺中規中矩也挺好。
再説一段，除夕那天晚上，我果斷換了麗楓的雙人間。床睡的挺舒服的，一貫地舒服。
在入住酒店期間點了幾次水果外賣，對於夜貓子真的太方便，這個必須為長沙服務業點贊👍

靠近天心閣，步行南門口地鐵站約10分鐘，整體設施是重新裝修過的，比較乾淨，春節期間價格不算太離譜，不足就是隔音太差

週末去長沙看演唱會，訂了這家酒店。酒店位置靠近南門口地鐵站，出地鐵走一會兒就到了。位置好找，交通方便，走路去黃興路五一廣場都可以到，酒店對面就是天心閣（可惜這段時間在維護），距離簡牘博物館也很近。點外賣可以送到房間門口。酒店工作人員態度好，房間乾淨打掃及時，很不錯的體驗！粉麪店也不遠
