The hotel itself was great. Clean, nice amenities, and breakfast is included with your stay. The service could be better. It took several attempts to get ahold of someone at the front desk if you needed towels or had a question.
Also, the valet service is not great. Valet is the only option for parking at $45 per night. They give you a text link to call down your car 10 minutes in advance, most times you still have to wait. We checked out on a Sunday morning at 6a, I called the car down 15mins in advance. When we got down to the lobby, no one was at the valet station. I asked the associate at the front desk about it and he said he wasn’t sure that was happening. I saw the associate open a door to a side room and there was a guy (with the valet logo hat) just sitting at a table. He sat there for an additional 10mins. When he finally came out, he looked at us with an attitude. We waited over 25mins for our vehicle!! Even though I mentioned we had a flight to catch, there was no sense of urgency from this staff.
