應該是政府接待酒店吧，如果再來，打死也不會住，凌晨四點不知道被蚊子還是跳騷咬的滿腿是包，癢的睡不了，問前台有沒有花露水清涼油之類的，竟然衹會説，我們提供了電蚊香片，意思就是，你自己被咬了我也沒辦法，住酒店不就是為了讓自己能睡個好覺

酒店整體入住感受特別滿意。前台提供行李免費寄存,叫醒服務。服務效率高，房間乾淨整潔,床高低合適空間大。早餐品種多，選擇性強。負責賓客關係的小劉非常親切，幫我們升級了房型

提前了半個月訂的雙床房，下午五點到店後，給的房間裏面巨大的煙味，本來想湊合住的，但是打電話給前台，服務人員態度極差，我們話還沒説完她就掛電話。隨後又看了兩個房間，也是異味很重，此時已過去一小時了，旅途勞累大家都很疲憊，我問還有沒有其他沒有異味的房間，服務員依然態度很差，身心俱疲的我們要求退房，哪怕出去花高價住別的酒店也不在這裏住了。這時候服務員態度稍微緩和了些，説去問一下能否退房稍後給我們答覆，過了一會兒問能否給升級成套房，這時距辦理入住已經過去了一個半小時，孩子又累又餓逐漸煩躁，我們也累到不想動了，就勉強住下了，好在套房沒有異味。但是酒店冰冷的服務態度已把我們喜愛成都的熱情澆滅。我們想多要床被子，不好意思沒有！想要一次性浴缸套，不好意思沒有！想要個口罩，不好意思沒有！前台服務人員不知道哪來的豪橫勁兒，是我們住過的所有酒店中最差的，就好像住客欠了她們錢一樣！勸所有準備住這裏的人，心理素質一定要巨強大才能頂住服務人員冷漠無情的態度，冷嘲熱諷的樣子。唯一欣慰的一點是酒店靠近大院，晚上聽着喊口號的聲音安全感滿滿。

整體還是比較滿意的，過年價錢翻了一番，但是相對其他民宿賓館，新華賓館還是更專業的，衞生服務比較好，我們一來就升級大房間，送了水果，挺滿意的。裏面環境也很好，兒子喜歡在這裏餵魚，其他吃逛都不滿意，帶了長者孩子來這裏還是很舒服的

酒店地理位置優越，旁鄰文殊院，離寬窄巷子大概2、3公里。訂的雙床房，2張1.35米的大床，滿足了帶孩子家庭的需求。優於很多酒店1.2米的床。酒店房間內鋪設有地毯，外面樓道也都鋪設地毯，雖然我們房間在電梯口，因為隔音效果好，所以不怎麼吵。在春節假日期間，溢價不多，所以性價比很高。酒店前台服務人員禮貌專業，訓練有素。酒店早餐，以中餐食物居多，麪包種類不多。就是沒有健身房和游泳池。不過綜合來説性價比還是較高的。

房間特別大，帶小朋友的雙床特別舒服，酒店位置也方便，停車免費，出行那裡都方便。對了，院子特別大，所以房間很安靜，晚上睡得特別香。樓下的錦鯉都能讓小朋友玩的很開心。文殊院步行都到了，旁邊洛陽路的小吃也好好吃。

我一個人帶娃出行，家裡人都擔心安全問題，網上看到這家酒店，説是軍隊招待所，來了之後發現果然很有安全感。大都是帶娃出行的家庭，還有軍人入住，對面是消防隊，旁邊都是公安局政府機構，住的十分放心。房間比較大，也很乾凈，早上送的早餐品種也很多。酒店就在文殊坊附近，走幾步就到了，距離春熙路等市區景點也很近，基本上都是三公里左右。服務人員小鐘態度也很熱情，阿姨也是按照你的要求打掃，真的十分推薦！
