I came to Chengdu with my friends and found this hotel on Ctrip. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. We stayed in a deluxe king-size room. The room was very clean, with windows for ventilation, good air, and complete disposable supplies. Every day, there was an auntie who cleaned the room. The auntie was also very enthusiastic. When we asked about the washing machine, she took the initiative to take us there. The hotel is near the subway station and the transportation is very convenient.

The bathroom is large with a bathtub and hot water is very convenient. The room is small but there is a small refrigerator, and central air conditioning, which is very convenient to use. I came to Chengdu with my parents and children for 4 days and stayed in this hotel. I can only say that this is the right choice. Mercure Jinniu Wanda Plaza is simply great. There are several shopping malls around the hotel, and it is not far from the subway station. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. I especially want to praise the service of the housekeepers Xiao Yang and Xiao Yu. Not only did they recommend delicious restaurants around the hotel, but they also solved any needs immediately, which was very considerate. There is a parking lot in the backyard of the hotel, which is very convenient for self-driving tours. I will stay here again next time I come to Chengdu. I highly recommend it!

The price-performance ratio is very high during the Spring Festival. The price is not inflated. The reception is warm. The free drinks and snacks are more than expected. It is not forced to give a good review, which is very comfortable. At first, I thought I left my glasses in the hotel. I called the front desk to register carefully. The room confirmed and called back. They said they didn’t find it. In fact, it was left on the tour bus. Finally, I arrived early. In the evening, they called to ask if I found the things! Very caring. The hotel is close to the meeting point for the one-day tour. It is highly recommended.

Stayed as a couple for 1 night in December. Hospitality at Heritage Hotel really made all the difference. Mr. Frontdesk was very cheerful and helpful. The hotel has no elevators, he and the other ladies would all help to carry our luggages up 1-2 floors. They were very helpful with storing our Taobao packages before we check-in as well. The hotel looked as aesthetic as it does online. Only regret is not staying longer!

We have overall pleasant during our stay. Easy check in at reception with welcome juice drink .receptionist helpful and promptly attended. The room are well decor elegant chinese retro theme and cosy comfort feel .the room floor carpeted . Bed set and linen sheet are soft and comfortable well sleep .wait us with welcome local dessert water drink in room .for wash room and bath are well layout.Provide shampoo and body soap generous .towel bath good quality. Aircon cool are work well once you switch on low speed .check out at 2 pm .give us amble time do our morning and shopping at near mall .location hotel very good surrounded with mall and street drink and food .we discovery wholesale and poultry and seafood all kind type fish ,oyster etc. First and second floor sell exotic mushrooms and chilli spices all kind condiment .the busy and sound activities make us feel enjoying witness local shopping experience .we bought some big mushrooms 1 catties equal base China term local (500gm International weight ) for $45yuan .do ask price first before buy .walk from left side turn from hotel walk overbridge and walk straight 150 +meter approximately reach entrance E1 nearer exist to hotel from Subway Station Chunxi Road .Note tips !!!use Alipay open app Didi put location the hotel to pin point the map travel it useful while I get lost direction on my location .it also big help very useful when I get around in chine .lastly I thank for staff Gardan hotel .we really have,wonderfully during our stay .good service and hotel vibrant and convenient location.

The hotel is at walking distance from the People's park and Tianfu square. While walking from the subway station is possible, it is not so comfortable if one has heavy luggage. The area has some shops/restaurants (I recommend dinner at the hot pot restaurant on the main cross road near the hotel) but the hotel street is not a busy commercial street. By walking a little more, one can reach Kuan Alley. The hotel itself is pleasant and also pleasantly smells orange. They provide free orange juice at the reception and candies in the room. The room was modern, clean, and the space adequate though not with the best view from the window. We particularly liked the free self-service laundry. English is not spoken, but checkin/checkout were smooth with mobilephone translation, and the staff was friendly.

The room layout is very attentive and high quality, quiet and comfortable! The hotel's hardware and software are very good. It is located in the middle of the river peninsula, with gurgling water, birds singing and flowers blooming, and a beautiful environment. The decoration style is grand. The guitar museum is a major feature. Swimming in the swimming pool in summer will also relax you. The hotel is suitable for team business meetings, banquets, parent-child trips, and travel with girlfriends and friends. There are teahouses, KTVs, etc. Overall, I am very satisfied!
