Although there’s the small accident happen but the person in charge did immediately respond and reflect the good return. Overall staying experience was great and nice with “xiao du” together.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. The hotel has a laundry room with dryers which is really really convenient for travelers! Great room, everything looks new and clean.

前台服務非常好！因為是帶了長者，前台看到還給我升級了房型，第一次感到不用提就能享受到升房特別棒。酒店地理位置一絕，出行十分方便，距離洪崖洞15分鐘步行可到。打車也很方便。
酒店房間的設計很棒，大廳很好看，早餐非常豐富，早點去位置不緊張，餐廳還可以看到一部分江，酒店標識也很醒目，房間裝修的很温馨，智能設施，有洗衣房和健身房非常棒！即使在市中心打卡地，也有非常好的休息，房間還有冰箱有送礦泉水，退房還有送到小麻花

這次來重慶是為了看演唱會，選擇了這一家酒店給我的印象很深刻，熱情的服務員、好吃的早餐，舒適的大床，加上遊玩的天氣很好，真的就是錦上添花。
我和我的小姐妹一起出來玩訂的房間，到了酒店有熱情的前台服務員給我們搬行李，倒茶水，辦理入住，真的很熱情，讓我們有點招架不住，給我們安排了一間大床房房間很大風格很好看，黑白色調的有很大一扇窗户都是透明的看出去採光很好，可以看得到來福士，那我們體驗了一把在房間也可以拍出大片；酒店的早餐也很好吃，有我想喜歡的小麪，重慶小麪，還有我朋友熱愛的低卡食品。
酒店14樓是洗衣房，每次去洗衣房裡麪都是非常整潔的，沒有，因為洗衣服的人多就變得亂糟糟的，看着很舒心，還有客房阿姨幫我們烘衣服真的很好，謝謝他，也很麻煩她們。
我們十個董事的音樂節非常好看，激動到我都忘了寫評論了必須點贊，下次一定要去要看你們的專場。

這次趁我孩子放假，就想着帶來重慶遊玩一下，訂了一個標間，嗯，到店的時候因為前台服務員看我有帶了小朋友就推薦我去住那種家庭房，我説家庭房應該會比較貴吧，他説可以先帶您看一下，因為我第一次住嘛，説可以幫我做一個免費升級，哎，非常謝謝他的好意，然後帶我看了一下家庭房，嗯，確實很好，裝修風格我很喜歡，然後床也很大，很柔軟，外面看的風景也很棒，看出去的話，我能看到他們説的那個東水門大橋應該是的
真的很喜歡，這個房間的格局很大，很簡約，一排落地窗顯得房間更寬敞了。房間裏面都有洗漱用品，毛巾這些也很乾凈。最感謝的就是前台服務員給我安排的房間這麼好，很適合我們，很棒哦！

酒店logo非常醒目，非常好找位置，大堂設計和裝修整潔、明亮、大氣讓人眼前一亮。還有隨處可見的禁煙🚭標誌，真的做到了細節滿滿，大堂的沙發抱枕隨時看都是整整齊齊，造成這原因完想應該有兩點，一住酒店的人素質都很高，休息完就隨手把物品自動歸位，二就是酒店人員的隨時整理，不管是哪一種，我想這家酒店都很值得入住，不僅是大堂環境好，就連房間裏面也不遑多讓，我住的那個房間整體是暖色調的，看起來非常的舒心，裏面設施齊全，智能語音家電很方便，床品很舒服，尤其喜歡房間裏面的枕頭，酒店人員服務也非常好，熱情，很不錯的一次體驗

酒店位置便利，服務貼心周到，房間乾淨整潔，讓人感覺很舒適。大廳的香氛很好聞，前台和客房大姐們很熱情，每次經過都會問好，給人很親切的感覺，下午前台還有擺放下午茶供住店客人免費享用，味道還不錯哦。
酒店設施齊全，有洗衣房和健身房，擺設很精緻，我還特意拍了很多照片，當背景也很好看呢
