Bad review! The decoration is too rough, not as good as the decoration of my own house. The basin net is broken, the shower bracket is broken, and there is basically no sound insulation in the room. Even the sound of brushing teeth and washing water in the next room can be heard clearly...

I stayed for two days. The view of the river was pretty good. The whole room was well decorated. The boss was very enthusiastic. The room price was a little expensive during the Chinese New Year. The first point was that it was stuffy and unventilated when I entered the room. There were two windows above the floor-to-ceiling glass. Opening the windows didn't solve the problem. I don't know if it was because of the climate there. The second point was that there was a wide gap behind the bed. It was uncomfortable to lean on it or sleep with a pillow. The third point was that I found a small cockroach during my stay, and it was on the wall next to the washbasin. I told the boss and he replied, "I'll ask the aunt to kill the bugs tomorrow." When I came to clean the next day, I reminded the cleaning staff that they found cockroaches and asked them to help us kill the bugs. Then the cleaning staff said, "How could there be cockroaches?" After the basic cleaning, they left without killing the bugs at all. The cleaning staff was not serious at all.

I have stayed in this type of B&B for many years because it is convenient for visiting customers on business trips, but this time the experience was very bad. I originally booked a high-rise room with a large bed and a river view, but when I entered the room, I found that the glass door of the bathroom was broken and could not be moved. The receptionist said that it was full and there were only similar rooms on the lower floors. After the service lady at Ctrip headquarters worked hard to negotiate, I finally moved to a double bed room with old facilities on the next floor. But the facilities in the room are so old and unbearable that it is hard to describe. I don’t know if the B&B owner doesn’t consider the comfort of the customers in order to make money? At least keep the equipment perfect, right? 🙉🙈 I hope there will be more conscientious B&B owners. Without intact facilities and guest room services, how can there be a permanent source of customers?
