酒店外觀、硬件、床品OK，雖然淡季人少，但並不影響服務質量，前台妹妹熱情負責，免費升級了房間，整體滿意，會考慮再來。

來四面山耍訂了這家酒店，餐廳經理推薦了酒店推出的新菜，味道很不錯，特別喜歡這道西紅柿燒牛腩，喝了好幾碗湯，酸酸的很好喝，朋友們都很喜歡，來之前看了其他的評論還有點忐忑，體驗下來從前台到餐廳服務還是可以，不在酒店吃的話就衹有在邊上鎮上了，可以二刷的地方

推薦買含燒烤的套餐 似乎要便宜點，酒店內部環境很好，有遊樂園，很大的湖，湖邊自助燒烤，酒水建議自帶，其實吃不了多少。

好驚喜啊定到一個特價房，親戚上四面山來玩本來沒有打算住山上的，但是感覺這裏空氣和環境很好，結果改變了主意想住一晚。酒店的夜景比白天更漂亮，山上的月亮都比城裡的美，又圓又大又亮。酒店客人不多服務員態度很熱情。

酒店整體環境和氛圍還是不錯的，跟商品房住宿公用小童活動設施，有湖景和環島。
酒店服務能力對節假日業務量增加準備不足，12點到酒店感知房間還在打掃，然後就先去午飯。2點再次詢問，仍然還在打掃。最終3點三十才真正匆匆打掃完成，給人的體驗感非常不好。還好前台小姐姐語氣和善，讓心情緩和一些。酒店服務人員估計都是周邊鎮子的人，有待培訓和提升。
