訂的時候説是180度江景房，實效衹有30度，500多的房價最多看了個江邊邊，房間比較乾淨，窗簾聲控，沒有衣櫃，可加熱馬桶。早餐很拉跨，40的標準，品種少品質差就不説了，連份量都不足，8點多去的餐廳，麪條沒了，饅頭包子沒了，剩幾個塑料袋裝的港榮蒸蛋糕，服務員態度還不好，在一個地級市，總體來説不匹配500多的房價，最多值個300吧，要求品質的慎選！！！

提前預訂的，下單的時候提前溝通好了不要首尾房，到店還是給我安排了首尾房。
預訂的兩間房，有長者同行，為了方便照顧提前溝通好了安排同樓層兩間相鄰的房間，結果中間隔了一間房，這個我能接受。
預訂了一間城景房，一間江景房，兩間房相差38塊錢，如圖所示，請問江景在房間哪個角度能看到？
酒店很亂，電梯間有三個電梯，電梯口沒有明確提示全季酒店該坐哪個電梯上去？因為大廳還有其他酒店在同一層，也就是説一棟樓有幾個酒店，辦完入住進入電梯間看到一個電梯門打開，我們直接進去了，電梯直升22樓，按不了我們要去的樓層，電梯裏的人説這個電梯到不了我們要去的樓層，所以我們又從 22層返回一樓前台詢問，前台才告訴我們説衹能從三號電梯上，為什麼辦理入住的時候不提醒一下告知一下我們？
關鍵那個時候前台不忙也沒有其他客人需要接待，服務態度有待提高。早餐的地方裝修簡陋了一點，地方很小，品種很簡單

酒店位置很好，對面就有個公園可以散步什麼的，周邊也特別多飯店，房間乾淨衞生，這次住的是能看到江景的房間，景色真不錯，下次再來這裏還是會選擇這家酒店

第一次住全季酒店。前台的小姐姐很熱情，介紹酒店很仔細，有一部專用電梯，需要刷卡使用，很安全。晚上喊了水果外賣，也有小機器人自動送到房間。窗外就是長江，江景還行。淋浴間乾濕分離，熱水充足，早餐品種較少，但是都比較乾淨，精緻，華夫餅和抄手好吃。

從進店開始有緣偶遇萬州全季酒店職工劉曉婷，有耐心引導停車，很熱情介紹附近特色景點，最主要是當時半夜十點多，我們房間有空調異響時，劉曉婷耐心的安排，以及合適處理，使我們這次旅程非常愉快
