Hotel in itself is nothing wrong with it, but had booked incl. 2x breakfast. When I asked about it in the morning, the answer was: we have never had breakfast.
You can have breakfast next door at Denny's for a fee.......

Bathrooms were so old and unkept. The furniture was old and unkept. Definitely not worth the money because it wasn’t cheap!

Got good sightseeing suggestions from check-in clerk. People were nice and it was quiet. No problems except the toilet leaked.

We only reserved the room for one night. We planned to swim with the Manatee and then return to the room to shower. When we went to start the shower we saw how filthy it was. Hair and dirt in the tub. When we stopped and talked to the person at the front desk, he said this sometimes happens. He said the sewer backs up. There was no excuse for this no matter what I would never stay at this hotel again.

The room was very large, very light on furniture. Comfortable King size bed, good shower head.
We stayed one night, but it would be fine for several nights.

Everything was nice and convenient to a Denny's and bar connected to the motel. Staff was excellent.

The building almost looked abandoned. The rooms facing the courtyard were empty. We were given a room facing the parking lot. There was a sign at the desk to guests, to request for a hair dryer 🙄.
Our room was clean and Dennys was next door for breakfast.
