Easy check in, unusual entrance location, but great place, clean & very friendly & helpful staff. Katie was brilliant and Ismaal seems to work 24/7, brekkie was tasty and hot. Evening meal, excellent except the steak, not rare at all but the calamari - amazing We look forward to day 2

We stayed for two nights while visiting family. The staff at check in and breakfast couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Don't believe some of the bad reviews recently, food was great and Sue helped with my son's allergies which made ordering a breeze. Everyone we meet was friendly and made us feel welcome.

We had to wait on reception for dilly-dallying staff members to stumble out of a door to check us in. Our rooms had not been cleaned both days even when we had requested it. The terrible food and overly long wait time for an empty restaurant sent shivers down my spine. No wonder not another soul was eating there! Terrible. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Slow check-in. No wireless internet. The 2 courses I at had been a failure. This place has really slipped since I was here only a few weeks ago. How can Prem Inn let this happen? I have a feeling I'll have to claim back from the sleep guarantee for the first time.

Arrived later in the evening, unfortunately we had to have our bedding changed which was not great but was sorted straight away, we had an evening meal which had to be sent back to be adjusted & again was sorted out with no issues. On the kids menu there was no foods my daughter could eat ( food allergies) so they arranged an something for her at no extra cost. In the morning we where greeted by phoenix who was impeccable and extremely attentive she is a god send and should receive recognition from the management team. Although all staff members where wonderful, this young lady went above and beyond.

Literally the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever met. We have stayed in lots of places and havnt come across such genuinely nice people. So nice with our 2 little girls, passing them treats and engaging with them. Ismail and phonix were so friendly to everyone at breakfast, so welcoming and helpful. Made our stay so nice. Patrick the maintenance guy was also so friendly with my children and a really nice guy to talk to. Seems like this hotel has a great bunch of staff that really work hard to make everyone’s stay a good one. Amazing value for money and we will be coming back.

Unfortunately this was very likely my final trip to Preston. I've stayed in This premier inn several times in the past year and I have to yell from the roof tops how amazing the team lead by Shannon has been every time. I love the food prepared by chef Scott who remembers how exactly I like it and never fails to disappoint. The rooms are always clean and comfortable my compliments to the house keepers. I wish the very best for you all.
