"Facilities: Comprehensive. Hygiene: Spotless. Environment: Beautiful. Service: With a smile. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and quiet. Parking was free and convenient, and the breakfast was good. It's close to the International Trade City, just a short walk away. Everything was great."

"Stayed for 6 nights from 19 October 2025. The Good: - spacious room - good hot shower (very important to me) - walking distance to District 2 and Glory Mall. Lots of food choices. The Bad - The bathroom has a clear glass panel which looks into the bedroom. I had enquired at the Front Desk and via ”At Your Service” phone button at least 3 times whether they could do something for privacy as I was sharing room with my son. The staff told me that they could sent someone to install curtains. Subsequently, a man turned up and passed me a folded bedsheet. He said it was for me to cover the glass panel. I asked how I was to do it without any tools - ladder, hooks etc !!! He replied past guests had given same feedback but Management did nothing. He said that his colleague had tried taping up the bedsheet but it soon dropped due to weight! I called the ”At Your Service” again, this time a guy said he would get back if there's a room with full privacy. Instead, the same man returned with the bedsheet again! Please understand that for twin sharing, having privacy is very important. - not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang up towel to dry and clothes for changing. Had to drape over the bathtub. - I had booked a room with 2 single bed but was checked into a room with King bed. I called the Front Desk and a lady told me that I booked for a King bed. I said that I had printout to prove that I booked 2 single. Eventually, she returned call and informed that they would change our room in the morning, which was duly done."

"The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas with ample water pressure for the thermostatic shower. On the first floor, there's a self-service business center where you can print documents for free, along with complimentary coffee and fruit. The eighth floor features a co-working space and a laundry room, catering to guests' various needs. The hotel's breakfast is particularly distinctive; in addition to standard fare, guests can enjoy exotic dishes like Indian curry and Indian milk tea, allowing them to experience the diverse culture of 'World Yiwu' right in the hotel."

"What a pleasant surprise! The lovely lady at check-in gave us a free upgrade to a king-size room! The room was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable! The bathroom was also huge, with separate enclosures for the shower and toilet, plus a big bathtub for a relaxing soak 🛀. The full-wall, floor-to-ceiling window offered an amazing view; standing there overlooking Yiwu's nightscape was just breathtaking! Right downstairs is the Santing Road Night Market, making it super convenient to wander around and grab some food. I absolutely loved it! Highly, highly, highly recommended~ My daughter said that every time she comes back to China, she wants to come to Yiwu for a shopping spree to get gifts for her classmates and friends. It truly doesn't get any better than this! From now on, every time we visit, we'll definitely be staying at the Yindu Hotel. It's excellent value for money!"

"The hotel service met my expectations, and I loved the clean, sleek design. The view from the window was truly amazing (see photos)! The buffet was up to standard, and having three coffee machines meant there was plenty of coffee for everyone. Just one tiny wish: it would be perfect if the paper cups by the coffee machine near the entrance came with lids! 😍"

"Took my family to Yiwu for New Year's Day to check out the International Trade City. The hotel isn't far from the trade city; you can even walk directly to District 5. The hotel is relatively new, well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The front desk staff were very friendly. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yiwu."

It's a fantastic hotel in an excellent location, the futian international market,many Arabic restaurants, transportation all are just feet away.The amazing staff made a free upgrade room with a smile with out my request.. although it was my third time booking at this hotel this time the check out process took more than usual time made me little angry . I appreciate their free room upgrades, courtesy and loyalty.. the Western breakfast was amazing...I would recommend the hotel to others again."

"Every time I visit Yiwu, I choose this hotel. I've gotten used to staying here; the location is excellent, very close to the commercial district. You just cross a skybridge, and you're there, which is super convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, not huge, but the smart features are great – a smart toilet and a powerful shower. The lobby is on the seventh floor, a quiet spot where you can sit. I often bring clients here for coffee, and we can chat for an entire afternoon. They also offer complimentary fruit and tea, so the service is truly exceptional. And the breakfast, well, it goes without saying that it's great value for money. They frequently introduce new dishes; my favorites are the omelets and freshly wrapped wontons. The staff are genuinely very attentive and always try their best to accommodate any requests. This is a major reason why I've become a repeat guest. As someone who travels frequently, having a reliable hotel that fits my needs is incredibly convenient. Choosing this place was definitely a good decision!"

"Today, as I checked out, I truly experienced what it's like to be 'served to the core.' Early in the morning, rushing to the high-speed rail station, I had two large suitcases of seasonal clothes and three or four tote bags full of souvenirs – it looked like I was moving half my home. Standing at the lobby entrance, craning my neck to spot my ride-hailing car, my phone was stuck on the loading screen, making me incredibly anxious. I was terrified of missing my train and even more so of struggling with all this 'stuff' alone. Just as I was flustered, a bellhop in uniform appeared like a 'godsend,' smiling warmer than the 8 AM sun: 'Hello, I see you have a lot of luggage. Can I help you?' With that one sentence, he instantly pulled me out of my 'battlefield.' Before I could even speak, he had already taken my heaviest suitcase and forwarded the car's location screenshot to my WeChat, telling me to 'take a sip of water and catch my breath.' At that moment, I really felt like this wasn't just a hotel; it was my 'temporary home away from home.' What's even more impressive is his skill in handling luggage. He brought a luggage cart, arranged the suitcases by size, folded the tote bags into 'Russian nesting dolls,' and even found a stable spot for the loose mugwort sachets my mom packed. The moment the ride-hailing car arrived, he jogged over, first testing the trunk's temperature with the back of his hand to prevent the plastic buckles on my suitcases from melting. Then, he 'Lego-stacked' the large luggage neatly, even folding a base for the easily rolling paper bags, making them as stable as reinforced concrete. Before closing the trunk, he handed me a palm-sized note with 'ID, phone, charger' written on it with a marker, asking me to check each item off. I did, and only then realized my earbud case was indeed stuck in the sofa cushion – if he hadn't reminded me, I probably would have said goodbye to 'Empresses in the Palace' on the high-speed rail. Before I got into the car, he held the door frame with his hand, muttering, 'Watch your head getting in,' treating me just like his own elder sister. As the car window rolled up, I saw him standing straight, left hand behind his back, right hand waving a standard farewell, like a small flag, waving until the car turned out of the roundabout. At that moment, I suddenly understood what 'service until it's unseen' means. Two minutes after the car drove off, a WeChat message popped up from him: 'Ma'am, I just checked, there's temporary traffic control at the upcoming highway entrance. I recommend taking the airport road detour, it will save you time. Have a safe trip.' The message included a real-time traffic screenshot with the red congested section marked with a green line for the alternative route. Sitting in the back seat, I was instantly moved to tears – this wasn't just a bellhop; it was a 'three-in-one' external support combining a travel manager, navigator, and a warm-hearted little angel. Because of this 'overly caring' thoughtfulness, I not only caught my high-speed train but also arrived fifteen minutes earlier than expected. After boarding, I immediately shared this experience in my闺蜜群 (bestie group), with the caption: 'From now on, I'm only booking this hotel for business trips; anyone who stops me will hear it from me!' Within half an hour, three colleagues who are coming for a conference next week had already booked the same room type. I think this is the most touching form of word-of-mouth – it doesn't rely on advertising, but on an employee who embeds 'proactiveness' into every detail, making guests spontaneously become advocates. Thank you to that unnamed young man today, and thank you to this hotel that has written 'kindness' into its SOP. You've made me believe that true luxury isn't about how shiny the marble is, but about someone reaching out to help you pick up the pieces when you're at your most dishevelled. Next time I visit, I'll still bring a lot of luggage, but I definitely won't bring anxiety, because I know – there will always be a bellhop at the hotel who 'anticipates' all my needs, smiling and telling me: 'Don't worry, I've got this.' Yiwu's city motto: '🈶️情🈶️义，世界义乌 (Full of emotion, full of righteousness, Yiwu for the world!)' truly lives up to its words."
