For cleanliness, comfort and proximity to the train station you would be impressed with this hotel! We arrived at approximately 9 pm and were greeted with a friendly receptionist who explained the procedure for wifi and location and times for the included breakfast. Our room overlooked the street, was quiet, clean with modern fittings in the bathroom, ample towels and amenities and comfortable bed. Some thought has gone into including extra amenities to add comfort to the room. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with various cold meats, cheeses, breads, juices, cereals, eggs and coffee. Attention to detail and cleanliness of tables was very evident. We were pleasantly surprised at the high standard of this accommodation for the price and location and would not hesitate in recommending a stay here.

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The hotel's ambiance was both inviting and stylish, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the attention to detail in the decor was impressive. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. What truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were always ready to assist with any request or question, and their genuine care for their guests was evident in every interaction. Furthermore, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. It allowed me to explore the city effortlessly and make the most of my stay. Overall, I can't praise this hotel enough. The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and convenient location made my trip truly memorable. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My second time staying at Arthotel Munich and it was everything we needed. We came for Oktoberfest and the location was perfect. Short walk to the train station which made arrival from the airport simple and then less than 10min walk to Oktoberfest. On nice weather days the hotel is also a 20min walk to the Altstadt which is great. The breakfast was the same spread each day but there was SO MUCH variety that for my five night stay, it was not repetitive. Plenty of coffee, juices, and water for all. Rooms were clean. Contained a mini-fridge. The bathroom in my room was a little small but manageable. We had ~15 other families follow our lead to book this hotel and all were very happy with the stay. We booked early so the price definitely fit within our budget.

This hotel can have breakfast and it is very good. The transportation is very convenient. You can reach the commercial street. Go out for five minutes is a street such as Gucci and other luxury brands. It takes ten minutes to walk. The Royal Beer House is where you eat crispy elbows.

Traveling with friends, this hotel breakfast is not bad, the hotel parking 10 euros, there is a pizza shop next to the evening, to the city to take a taxi 12 euros, walk about 20-30 minutes

This place is perfect. Close to Munich's main train station, the start of each day's itinerary is just around the corner. Rates are moderate, rooms are clean and cozy, a friendly and helpful staff, and they provide a terrific breakfast included with room. I've conducted research for the past four editions of The BDG2M (23 years worth) from this hotel where the starting the point for visiting the more than 70 beer gardens and beer halls in my book is literally just beyond their front door. With Oktoberfest back on again for 2022 after a two-year hiatus for Covid, this is a great place to drink it all in, so to speak. (Oktoberfest 2022 runs Sept.17-Oct. 3) Naturally, rooms are in high demand during the O-fest so early reservations are recommended. Hotel Royal is top of the list in my book, and like the best places listed in the Seventh Edition, it gets a top 5-beer rating!

The hotel is very good, the facade is small, the lobby is small, but the authentic German hotel flavor is felt, the breakfast is very authentic, the things are more, the taste is authentic, such as blueberries, ham, freshly squeezed orange juice, etc., I am still missing this hotel now. Good with the old convention, I will stay here again next time I go to Munich.

My husband and I stayed at the Munch Marriott while on vacation for a few days. The staff was helpful and professional. The lobby is going through a much needed update (during May 2023) - I would love to see it after the update - I think it will look amazing!. Our room, while clean and sizable, definitely needed an update. I am hoping that after the lobby update they continue the process to the rooms. The hotel is convenient to the U-Bahn. My husband and I were able to easily navigate from the hotel to ALL of the stops we wanted to make in the city.. The hotel staff was even able to get us our tickets on the U-Bahn, which saved us a stop before boarding. I look forward to staying here again after the updates to the hotel!

The hotel was cozing and had good accomodations. Although not too modern, the room was equipped with everything we needed and had great acoustics. Parking in the surroundings was not very easy depending on the moment of the day. Breakfast was nice, with variety of food and typically German food included. The staff was nice but not very welcoming. The neighborhood was not very near to the city center, but that worked out really good for us, since we got to experience the local life.

Really enjoyed my stay at Louis Hotel. Location cannot be beat by any other hotel in the whole of Munich. Room was really really really beautiful furnishings. The bed and bedding was really luxurious. Minibar was inclusive which is nice and makes one enjoy the room even more. Front desk could be more friendly though, perhaps more training on being more genuine as at times the smiles were really forced, but that could be a Munich thing, dunno.
