"The location is the best. The rooms are large. The bed is comfortable, there are many pillows and they are soft, the blanket is light and pleasant. Bathrobes/slippers/coffee maker/sweet compliment upon arrival 👌🏻Drinking water in a glass bottle is replenished daily. The staff is attentive and very friendly. We went to the bar on the roof. A bit expensive 😬. The breakfast at the hotel is varied and impeccable. There is a tiny problem that the elevator does not always ”listen”) because to go up you need to put your room card. Excellent hotel. Price/quality"
"Simple hotel very close to the train station. The room was clean and the mattress was great.
The water pressure in the shower could be better.
Unfortunately the street is not that great and there are a lot of strange characters at night.
The room was not air-conditioned, but you can stay here for 1 or 2 nights without any worries.
The breakfast was phenomenal for the money"
"The hotel is very good, the facade is small, the lobby is small, but the authentic German hotel flavor is felt, the breakfast is very authentic, the things are more, the taste is authentic, such as blueberries, ham, freshly squeezed orange juice, etc., I am still missing this hotel now. Good with the old convention, I will stay here again next time I go to Munich."

"We booked a family room that can accommodate two adults and two children. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also large. The hotel is in an ideal location. We personally tested that it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the core shopping area with children. It is quite nice to walk around. There are several highly rated restaurants within a five-minute walk around the hotel (search Goggle Map for four stars or above), and the nearest supermarket Lidl is also about five or six minutes' walk away.
Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel."
"This hotel can have breakfast and it is very good. The transportation is very convenient. You can reach the commercial street. Go out for five minutes is a street such as Gucci and other luxury brands. It takes ten minutes to walk. The Royal Beer House is where you eat crispy elbows."
"It was a very good hotel.
The room was spacious, very clean, and the interior was stylish.
The heating worked well, so it wasn't cold at night.
The shower had good water pressure, and there were large towels and face towels, which was very helpful.
Breakfast was buffet style, so you could enjoy English bracelets! They were also very delicious.
The hotel is located in front of the station and bus stop, so transportation was convenient!
Although it was in front of the station, you could get a good night's sleep without being woken up by the sound of the trains.
I highly recommend this hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity."
"The hotel is very good, there is a small courtyard to sit and drink beer, the room is clean and tidy. The traffic is also very convenient. The tramway is not far from the tram street station. It takes 5 minutes to go to the central station three stations. There is a supermarket and dm daily opposite the road, very good"
"Great, I liked everything.
The location is excellent, in the so-called Arab Quarter. There are a lot of cafes, next to the station, and the main attractions are a 15-minute walk away.
The room has everything you need, tea, coffee, minibar. The room is spacious, clean, Breakfast is included in the stay, very filling, a variety of cheeses, sausages, sausages, omelettes, yoghurts, fruits, etc.
Overall I liked everything."
"There is no one in Munich or the most high-end hotel in Germany. Even if you book through a third party, you can still identify your membership and enjoy membership benefits. Impeccable, perfect hotel experience."

TTraveler 123Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive.
As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep.
The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring.
In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.
GGuest UserCheck in was a breeze. There was carpark that you could pay 10euros for unlimited in and out for a day. That’s super cheap and easy for parking in Europe. Deffo a plus.
Room is a wee bit small for families but it’s still perfect in terms of cleanliness. Also it is still pretty new. Bathroom was good too. They’ve managed to packed in a washer dryer that worked without a problem and that was exactly what I wanted.
Tv is a little basic without built in Netflix and Chromecast wouldn’t work. So it’s only German channels or YouTube.
Overall i am fussy traveller and would totally return or recommend this place

GGuest UserThere is a construction site near the one side of the hotel, we were frightened by the entire room being trembling like there is an earthquake at 7 am in the morning. We talked to the hotel and they offered a quiet and nice room for us, since then we had a very pleasant stay here.
If you’re traveling by train from Munich, I’d strongly recommend this place without any questions.

白白色的玉石Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule.
Regarding service:
- ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw)
- 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs
- all website-provided informations are up to date
- there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm)
- staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English.
- Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip.
Location: a bit far from train & metro stations.
Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first.
Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.

GGuest User10 mins walk to the nearest station. There are very little restaurants/supermarket around the hotel, literally just Mac’Donald you can eat.
There was no pot for boiling water in room, you need to get it by asking the reception.
Anyway, the room was big, clean and decorated well. It should be better if you are travelling with your own car for choosing this hotel.
MMarkusBNice infrastructure and location, just a 2 min walk away from a metro station that brings you directly into the center.
Service of staff is improvable (mistake in check in, and delivered item could not found first). Cleaning the room has to be ordered at the reception, otherwise nobody cleans the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel in that price range !

AAnonymous UserGood location There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is a ten-minute walk from the train station; the train station is surrounded by Turkish Street, so people may be miscellaneous.
The hotel is also very clean, but there is no hot water bottle, and then the air conditioning in the room has no heating function (the radiator is also bad) and fortunately it is not too cold at the end of April.
The room is soundproof, but the surrounding environment and the guests in the nearby room are quite quiet.
Breakfast is a normal European buffet. Although the type is simple, it is quite satisfactory.
Overall OK, cost-effective
