Worst staying. I booked before 3 hours for bbq night.I told them I need uzo they said okay we have sure. When I arrived there they said no we don’t have. I said okay I bring my bottles on room. Well I picked up but in that time they just get from outside one bottle and said it’s complimentary. I felt nice and special and I went live them tip (bottle of uzo it’s 10$ in outside) I leave them 100$ tip. After then manager come and said it’s not complimentary… I don’t care 10$ bottle for pay but they ruined my night so..
The front desk staff Yassin was very welcoming and helped upgrade the river view room. We just happened to see the sunset when we checked in. It was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast after the hot air balloon ride was a bit chaotic. One waiter kept trying to change seats for us, but I refused and refused. The other one came over and said we could sit anywhere. It turned out that we still had to be tough when we were out.
The location is very good, just on the west bank of the Nile, very close to the Imperial Valley, Hab City, and the Queen's Temple of Hatshepsut.
The hotel is a typical Egyptian residence, the courtyard is very beautiful and comfortable.
The boss and his staff are very warm and the service is very thoughtful.

I asked the gentleman at the hotel reception desk to arrange a return car ride from the hotel to Luxor Airport, exchanged a note confirming my intentions on the spot, and paid $15.
I thought it was a little strange that they said they couldn't issue a receipt because the receipt would be handed directly to the driver, but the driver who picked me up when I arrived at the airport on the day and the hotel staff said they didn't know anything about it and charged me $15.
Fortunately, I had time to spare, so I explained the situation and they understood, but that was a disappointment as the hotel itself was very nice and the rooms were spacious.
The location of this hotel is average, about 5 minutes drive from the pier in the city center, but it takes 15 minutes to walk. There is no special business or shopping place nearby. There is a kfc across the road, where I ate two meals. The hotel was renovated about 20 years ago, so it revealed a very shabby sense of luxury. The hotel's elevator also needs to open the door manually, very nostalgic and not modern at all. But it is also a hotel that meets the basic conditions.
The hotel is quite satisfactory, the location is convenient, but the surrounding environment is noisy. The room facilities are slightly old, and there are signs of wear and tear in some places. The bed is not very comfortable to sleep on, which affects the quality of sleep. In terms of service, the staff is friendly, but the response speed is slow, and sometimes the needs cannot be met in time. Overall, this hotel has no special highlights, and there are no major mistakes
I stayed at this hotel the other day, but everything was more than expected!
First of all, the staff 々 was very polite and kind. We were greeted with a smile from the time of check-in and were friendly during our stay. I was able to spend my time with peace of mind by responding to questions and requests immediately.
The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and I felt fine attention.
The hotel meal is no problem and it is very delicious. However, it was a difficulty to take time.
The location was convenient and it was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Access was good, but the movement was smooth.
Overall it was a very satisfying stay. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to use it!
The entrance location of the Karnake Temple is about the middle of the temple on the road from Luxor Temple. The navigation is not possible. The free travel is paid attention to and a large circle is circled. All temple hotels can report small groups with cars and it is convenient.

MMbali ThusiThe hotel was okay. The facilities were good and the staff are very helpful. The room is a little dated but still very nice and clean with an amazing pool. We were upgraded to a Nile view which was nice. The sunsets by the pool are also gorgeous. Great location as base for day trips in Luxor.
The only annoying thing was being pestered by vendors to buy at their shops inside the hotel(some wouldn’t take “no, thank you” for an answer), I understand they need to keep business going but all I wanted to do was relax by the pool after a long day of touring and fighting off vendors all day. The food here is also awful (gave free school hostel food vibes), we tried dinner twice and room service in addition to daily breakfast . We paid about 3000EGP for 1 buffet dinner and it was definitely not worth it. Our least favourite food from our 2weeks around Egypt. You can pay less for delicious food elsewhere.
The stay here was okay and staff were generally friendly and nice. No expectations of or demanding tips.
FFenghuangjidanhuaThe scenery is beautiful, overlooking the Valley of the Kings, the pool restaurant has good service and delicious food. The hotel is also very convenient to go out, there are good and cheap restaurants, and there are many convenience stores, I recommend it.
CCindy zHAO(Facilities: Absolutely super five-star, super cost-effective, the hotel with the lowest price but the most perfect environment, facilities and services during this trip to Egypt.
Service: The front desk helped to upgrade the room type for free, and you can see the Nile River view. The ladies are all very beautiful and will ask if you are satisfied with the upgraded room type after check-in. Of course I am satisfied! After that, the waiter will send fruit, which is really thoughtful!
Environment: It looks very new, and it feels like a lot of money has been spent on decoration. It is 10,000 times better than the Hilton we stayed in Hurghada! !
SSontoI had an amazing stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was divine . Great location just 5 minutes walk from Luxor Temple and it’s across the Nile river there are taxis right outside the hotel. Would definitely be coming back
GGuest UserExcellent hotel with great amenities. The room was clean and very good sized. The bathroom was also clean. We had the breakfast once and it was decent- a live egg station and a large variety of baked stuff, fruits, etc.
However, the hotel had an issue with their water supply. One staff mentioned it was a problem with their water pump and another staff mentioned that it was a general issue in Luxor- I am not sure which is the accurate reason. They did provide water bottles as a substitution to the lack of water and opened up the spa on the mezzanine for showers. We had a 5:30am departure from the hotel so went to take a shower at 3:30 am after confirming with the reception. There was no staff at the spa and I had to figure out which shower to use and find my own set of towels. The least expectation during an issue like this would be to staff the spa and help guests out.
GGuest UserThe hotel has great gardens, restaurants and a pool that overlook the river. These amenities are well maintained and give the hotel glamour. They are unbeatable. Should I say, if the outside grounds was like the inside the hotel this will be the best hotel in Luxor. Unfortunately the rooms needs some updating. On the other hand, the restaurant staff is super serviceable. Taking everything into account this hotel is excellently priced. I would return to enjoy the river from the lovely gardens.
AAnonymous UserThis is highly recommended. The location is very good and the hotel environment is also very good. I saw a super beautiful sunset at night. Many people took wedding photos in this hotel. It feels like a five-star hotel with super high cost performance. Although the facilities inside may be a little old, it is still good. After all, it is recommended for this price. However, don't expect the front desk staff to help you with your luggage or something like that!
LLinxianshengbeijingThis Aracan Hotel is great! It exceeded our expectations. 1. The hotel is located on the Nile River in Luxor, facing the cruise ship terminal, and the transportation is very convenient. The train station is 1.5 kilometers to the east, the Luxor Temple is 500 meters to the south of the hotel, and the Karnak Temple is 2 kilometers to the north. 2. The hotel is large, with first-class facilities, a beautiful and spacious lobby, a clean large swimming pool in the garden, and several restaurants with different flavors. 3. The hotel offers various tour arrangements, Egyptian-style massages, etc. 4. The rooms are large and comfortable, well-equipped, and each room has a balcony with views of the Nile River. 5. The room rate includes breakfast, and the food supply is relatively rich. 6. The hotel staff has first-class service, warm and thoughtful, and helpful. When I was having dinner in the restaurant, I forgot my mobile phone on the table because I was busy with work. The waiter picked it up and handed it to the front desk. When I found that my mobile phone was not on me, I found it when I returned to the hotel. I am very grateful for the honest service of the hotel staff! 🙏🙏 7. It should be noted that the service in the hotel is very good and safe. But on the streets and tourist attractions, you will encounter some people who actively approach you, basically they are trying to solicit customers or collect tips. Don't let them get close to you, just wave your hand and say ”No” and stay away.
SSerayNarmanOur view from the hotel room was so good. The hotel is close to one mall and you can shop your souveniers from there. Foods are good. In december sea was cold but it is okay. We had fun!
