Take the family to drive the lake area, choose a small town accommodation for a long time. This accommodation is on the hillside and you can see the scenery of the lake area. Parking is very convenient, that is, you need to open uphill, it is necessary to pay attention to the front desk is in the restaurant under the slope, which is a little inconvenient.
5 minutes walk to the pier, boat to Windermere Lake, recommended
This hotel is unexpectedly good, especially when compared with another hotel in the Lake District, it highlights the goodness of this hotel! It is large in size, warmly decorated, and has a nice balcony. The location is good, the door is the green area by the lake, and it is also very close to the town center. There is a British fan especially during the morning meal. Definitely recommended!
The house in the lake area has a very good view, the landlord’s old lady is very meticulous, the room layout is warm and loving, the details are handled very well, especially clean and hygienic, and the heating is intimately turned on at night. Like 👍👍
Facilities: Very good
Hygiene: clean
Environment: Safety
Service: Very good
Recommended very good place! Don't miss it
Hope to have a chance to come again. The location is very good and convenient. There is a parking lot.
Comfortable and wonderful experience
Our 3 days stay in the B&B is wonderful. We enjoy very much for the breakfast every day and with excellent service from Steve and Tina.
When my wife steps into the room, she immediately said it has the most beautiful bathroom she ever seen.
The room is very comfortable, the big bathtub can be bathed, the room has fruit, and you can ask the front desk for milk. The breakfast is very rich and the mushrooms inside are especially delicious. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the bus stops 555, 599 and Ambleside. From the windermere train station, you can easily reach by bus. The hotel is a bit far from the town centre of Windermere, but it can also be reached on foot. The hotel is a sister hotel with the low wood bay. Guests with waterhead can go to the low wood bay for sports facilities, see the hotel's instructions. It is worth mentioning that we originally stayed for three nights, but only booked for two nights of accommodation, for the convenience of the luggage at the front desk for one night, the next morning to come.
The average hotel, the lake area is full of such small hotels, but the price is high, but the lake area is high. The most inconvenient: the private bathroom is not in the room, and the room and bathroom are locked with old keys to lock the door, which is particularly inconvenient to use.
Traditional small English hotel, downstairs is the bar. English breakfast is provided. The house is a wooden structure ➕ later remodeled. The whole hotel is full of paintings and photography about the lake area. The reception is friendly. But note that it is a 20-minute walk from Ambleside.
MMryxThe hotel is newly renovated, the parking lot is not far away, the room is clean and tidy, there are a lot of teas and the two biscuits are delicious, the town is peaceful, the environment is quiet, the sleep is very comfortable, the landlord is also very good, staying one more day is only 50 pounds, it is worth recommending
GGuest UserA truly beautiful pub hotel. Great friendly team, beautiful rooms, good food and real fire. Off road parking. Nothing to complain about at all. We will be back.
MmamichaelVery friendly hotel. Clean and tidy. Every staff member greeted and answered questions with a smile. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. The breakfast was very good, more exquisite than other chain hotels. The snacks were delicious.
This is the only hotel room that provides mineral water among the 10 hotels I stayed in.
LLiuyong75815The most beautiful hotel in the trip, I chose this lake district hotel without any difference, the environment is beautiful, there is a Chinese menu for breakfast, and the English breakfast is very rich, it is highly recommended.
YYitianyimaThe hotel is on a mountain. From Windermere Railway Station, take 555, turn 516 and take the bus to the terminal. The scenery is picturesque and the air is fresh. The little girl at the front desk is enthusiastic and lively, and there is electric heating in the room, which is so happy for Britain, which often has rainy days. The food is great, the steak is delicious, and you can actually drink Guinness.
