"The beds were ultra comfortable and I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in weeks. Room was small but unless you’re planning on spending a lot of time in the room, it was perfect. Bathroom was great, very clean and had a rain shower head which I loved. They didn’t really provide any toiletries other than hand wash and body wash, I had to buy my own shampoo and conditioner. There’s also no fridge/microwave, but there was tea and coffee with a kettle provided. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again."
"Looks like a really nice hotel check in was ok apart from having to change rooms staff was polite great customer service the room was nice the only thing i would say is to have the reception/ check in separate and abit more noticeable as when you walk in you can't initially tell or see where the reception/ check in is no major things to add or anything bad would Deffinately stay again"
"Good location only a 15 minute walk from BNS station. Single room was perfect for a solo traveller had everything you’d need, en-suite bathroom, toiletries & beverage tray. Good food served downstairs in the pub. "

"The location of the hotel was okay, good nearby links to the train station and attractions. There's no food or drink other than vending machines in the hotel but there is a Sainsbury's local opposite. Bed was comfy and the temperature of the room was controlled. TV was very small and in an awkward position to watch from laying in bed. No hand soap in the dispenser and there was also a leak from the toilet/sink area."
"Apart from being expensive, there are no other problems. Breakfast is not included for 1,300 per night, and it is impossible to judge how rich the breakfast is. There is a gym available, which is more friendly."
"One person has a big bed, which is very comfortable, and the hotel's service attitude is also very good. Playing cards and drinking with friends at the hotel was a good experience. The hotel provides disposable slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste."
"Perfect location for a weekend in Birmingham. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna which were clean and well-maintained. Will definitely stay here again."
"Solid hotel in the centre of Birmingham. It's located at a main road but well insulated from the noise. Room was comfortable and clean, standard hotel room. The breakfast was ok, though they ran out of some of the gluten free options and service was sometimes slow. Overall, a good hotel to stay a night or two."
"Nice cozy place with a wonderful, friendly staff.
Good location close to the city center and Grand Central Railway station.
The shared area is rather big and nice decorated.
Beds are comfortable, and rooms are warm and homely.
1 bathroom for 10 beds may be too low, but I've never been in a queue."
"The lOCATION was very convenient; as their was easy access to Birmingham Wharfside and Mailbox, leaving me with many restaurant options. For those that love to travel into the city to shop this is the perfect location due the Bullring was around a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Upon arrival there was know one at reception to check us in; we waited approximately 5 minutes before a staff member arrived. However the staff member that attended to us we very polite at and helpful. Good SERVICE
The hotel rooms itself had an innovative modern style.
The bed was very comfortable and linen was beautifully textured, they were also very considerate with towel as they insured that spare towels where provided. I must say the the the rooms were very CLEAN I was also very pleased with the robes that were provided. Contrary to all theses great factors the corridors within the complex are in some much need of a refurb.
Apart from the hotel rooms there was no other AMENITIES because unfortunately the guest !NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE SPA! due to its closure earlier this year. This was very misleading due to the fact that the hotels unique selling point and main advertisement focus was the spa."

Great
BBumblebee06I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a perfect location—central, convenient, and great for exploring the city. It has a luxurious feel throughout, with modern decor and a very clean environment.
The staff were lovely—always polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with great amenities including coffee pods, tea, and coffee, as well as both still and sparkling water provided daily (a bottle of each).
A big plus was the in-room entertainment setup—you can easily connect your phone to the TV via the hotel Wi-Fi to stream your favourite shows on apps like Netflix and Prime Video.
Overall, I was really impressed with the comfort, service, and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham for a stylish and relaxing city break.
KKourtneyyyService was excellent. Came here as it was my birthday and wanted to party in Birmingham. Lady on the desk always greeted me and my friend with a smile and she was so lovely. Was given complementary drinks for my birthday too, unfortunately never got to have them but thank you very much for those. Had a lovely birthday weekend ❤️
LlauliVery clean and modern. I had a room without a window, which was fine. Bed was a little firm for my comfort, but lots of pillows, soft fluffy towels & nice bathroom products plus hairdryer & full length mirrors were provided. Bathroom was a wet room with a bit of an awkward shower if you don't want to wet your hair & bathroom gets totally wet. Located in the heart of the jewellery quarter.

LLing TszThe aircon system was totally sucks, it happened to numbers of rooms, even we changed the room it wasn’t help. The staff told me that the maintenance can only be conducted on weekdays (our stays in during weekends) !!!! We can’t breath while we were sleeping, no choice but to open the windows. Our room is facing to the Main Street with heavy traffic even siren sounds from police car. Luckily we just stay for 1 night. Once is enough !

GGuest UserHotel is not in a bad location for trips out…
But the hotel needs a lot of improvements! The breakfast buffet you are left waiting for them to replenish food items , you have to keep asking staff where are the cups for tea as none replaced there was queues because of the location of the toaster, be careful if you ask for water to be replaced in room as I was charged but then got a refund after complaining..the executive room was good but I know the standard rooms are not great. The staff were good but there needs better organisation. The pool area dated and no set time they seem to pick and choose open close times. We had quite a few issues not all mentioned here which we told reception about we was not happy and noticed other customers complaining.. we would not stay again and certainly not 4 star 3 at most .. can’t comment on spa treatments as did not use but looking at the spa I’m sure there are better ones around. Golf course 9 hole in good condition but outside hotel area need tidying up bit scruffy.
LLEEClean , staffs are nice , good service. Location is not close to city center Main Street. Take 15-20 mins to the main shopping mall. Apart that , everything is good

LLakeishaGot a great discount for a last minute trip to Birmingham! Room for 4 people but only two of us ended up going. Very clean room, friendly staff. Close to the city centre! Easy accessible from the m6. The carpark is a good price for the location. It was great to have two rooms, and have a job, mini fridge and table to sit out! Highly recommend.

GGuest User5th floor but no great view as it's so built up that side of hotel. Air conditioning loud and squeaky. However, room large for a twin, bathroom good size, great shower, clean linen and room, comfortable beds, good lighting and good breakfast options. Bargain!
GGuest UserThe location is great. Right in front of the new street station.
The staff is great. The room is simple but clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a bathtub.
Unfortunately it was not really sound proof. I could hear door closing and some thumps from above.
I hope my talk or watching TV did not disturb other guests.
