"The advantage is that there is an elevator, the health is not bad, the service is given one more star because buying mineral water at the front desk is affordable, that is, the environment is a bit old, the environment feels like the last century"
"The hotel was honestly quite good and modern. The location was pretty decent too, lots of good food around the area. They have a vintage lift system, it is pretty cool, but not exactly my cup of tea as it was a bit tough to use the lift with luggage."
"A very recommended hotel. The hotel is very new. The bed and shower water are very good. It is in a private yacht club. There are six restaurants nearby and a very safe free parking lot. I will come again if I have the opportunity."
"Beautiful hotel with great atmosphere of palazzo! Streets on back side are narrow and interesting to visit. Street cafes and small shops all around. Walking to central square is 7-10 minutes."
"The hotel is very close to the airport, not far from the metro and train station. It's convenient to eat nearby. There are several Chinese restaurants. The room was cleaned and the breakfast was plentiful. Especially the boss, President Zhao, is considerate and very familiar with the local people and gives you good suggestions for travel."

"This was a very lucky trip. We originally booked this hotel, but this hotel does not have an elevator and our luggage is very heavy. I tried to ask the front desk lady if she could replace us with an elevator, and then we were upgraded to the room, very spacious and comfortable!"

Great
IILYANot the best B&B hotel despite the location (near the train station) and the old building with a history.
Breakfast is fine.
The majority of staff are friendly and polite.
Big clean rooms.
Wi Fi quality is poor though (I stayed on the 4th floor).
Also there are no drinking water taps on the 1st floor like in other B&B across the EU.

Great
GGuest UserIt is just next to the train station and you can easily walk to the city or use the punlic transport. The hotel is old of course but everything was in working condition. I thought people were exaggerating in the reviews but it is true that you can hear noise from other rooms and corridors. My sleep is heavy so i didn't have a problem with it.
GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic place to stay: staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the bath divine, the room great and the location great. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety and good quality. The whole place is sparkling clean.
Would definitely stay there again.
小小惈出走記The traffic is not too convenient, but it is close to the airport. We only got off the plane in the early morning and the taxi was not too expensive. The toilet in the room was quite big and the hotel staff was very friendly.
JJackyHI like the shared living room with other roommates in our room. The kitchen, eating space, terrace and playroom are very nice too. It is also nice of them to provide free pasta in the kitchen.
The location is very near to the train station and bus station but a bit walking to the old town.
The bed is comfy, but the stair in the room to the loft is so narrow that I had a hard time carrying my luggage up.
The staff that helped me to check-in was not experienced enough as he hasn't seen my EU ID card that I have been using for over 10 years. If he doesn't recognise this EU ID card, I doubt he recognise my passport from Asia, that he had asked for it.

Very Good
GGuest UserA little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional.
The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
GGiasonelAfter booking for one night, I renewed it for another night. It is not far from cruise terminals such as the Heart of the Mediterranean, but it is still a bit far from the city center or the Genoa Aquarium.
There is a three-story esselunga supermarket behind the hotel, and a Japanese buffet opened by Chinese people is diagonally opposite the hotel gate.
Parking is very convenient. There is a special underground parking garage. There are also two gas stations next to it, and you can see the Genoa Lighthouse.
The hotel environment is good, but there are many children in the lobby, which is noisy because of the entertainment facilities. There is also a piano in the lobby. At the beginning, the piano cover was opened, but because there were always children playing it randomly and making noise, the staff directly put a giant teddy bear on the piano stool and closed the piano.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit outdated but still well maintained. The rooms are very big, comfortable and clean. It is walking distance from the airport so great if you have an early or late flight. The staff was friendly. The breakfast has great choice. Only negative remark is that both bookings we made a note (both to Trip and to the hotel itself) that we needed a baby crib and both nights the crib wasn’t ready upon arrival. It was quickly fixed though.
YYiu ChungBreakfast quite nice, have a variety of food choices, enough supply
5mins walk to metro which offer free services during non-peak hour
Next to huge supermarket, Esselunga
View from a higher floor will be great
Have kettle👍
少數有水煲
早餐算多款,有不停供應
鄰近大型超級市場
5分鐘步行地鐵站
