"The hotel was excellent. You could see the Windmill Museum from the window, and it was super close to the train station, just a stone's throw away. The room environment was also great and very quiet. The front desk service was fantastic; the ladies were warm and attentive, and even with poor English, communication was perfect. We stayed for five consecutive days."

"Exceptional Stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Leiden!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Leiden, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism.
The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The on-site restaurant also offered quality meals, and the service was top-notch.
I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future!"

"The layout of the room, the bed and the desk are a bit strange, and the shower in the bathroom has no curtain. However, the Dutch can't play by the rules. It's on the 91011th floor of a building. The 12th floor is the front desk, which is also the reception for the spa, but some rooms are not in the elevator location of the front desk. It's a bit difficult to find it by going to the 10th floor. The building is next to the train station, which is convenient for travel. Leiden is like a fairy tale kingdom, very unique. It's worth a visit."

"What a great hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and if you are a keen train spotter you can watch them from your bedroom window. Spotless room. A small fridge which was nice. Tea/ coffee. Amazing shower, super powerful and refreshing. Comfy bed. Air con to get the room temperature right. Bag storage secure room if your flight is later and you don't want to carry your luggage around."

"I was in town overnight i booked at last min. Everything you need is very close by. It's also only 1 min walk from train station which is easy to get to from schipol airport by train. 10 mins Beautiful location and surrounds. The room was warm. Clean. And comfortable. As a Scots traveller some milk would be practical as we like milk In our tea yet this is never provided by our European neighbours. Overall no complaints and I will definitely be back for future trips 5 star."

"Advantages: The room is clean and hygienic, the service staff takes out the trash and does simple cleaning every day; it is very close to Leiden Central Station, 3-5 minutes walk. There is AH to go in the train station and JUMBO and ALDI opposite, which is very convenient. The front desk speaks very good English and has a very good attitude. It happened to be New Year's Day, and the hotel also prepared candies and sweets like sugar cakes for guests at the front desk.
Disadvantages: There is no heating, it will be a bit cold after taking a shower in winter; the water pressure of the shower is not enough, and the water of the shower is small; the lights are not bright enough, and the room is dark."
