"This is an old one, which reflects in all amenities, rooms etc. The rooms, depending what you choose, are spacious. But all is old, although the bed, linnen and shower are good. Clean, pillows good and strong pressure shower. They have a gym for all you needs, swimming pool and steam and sauna. All nice , but can be smelly due to the fact it is.... yes old. Breakfast is simple but good, some asian food but also they can make you eggs on your whishes.
Location if your business is in Ortigas is great, close to Megamall and Shangri la mall, with good food options. At the end it is all about what you pay for the room."
"Very good stay, the room is clean and tidy without bugs, the price is very reasonable, and there is 24h WIFI and hot water, washing machine and self-catering.
It was a great experience, including two badrooms, one Bathroom, one little Living room and Kitchen, Hot water is available 24 hours a day and Self laundry available"

"This is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy."

Amazing
JJuan miguelWe always book this hotel because if the location. We now need to book 2 seaparate rooms because the kids are growing and 2bedroom units are scarce. They need to replace their matresses tho… its all worn out.
GGuest UserGood location but not very sound proof. We were on the 15th floor so it wasn't that bad but the neighbours were noisy. The aircon also kept creaking throughout the night. The room is spacious with a fridge, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The beds were comfortable with 3 pillows each of varying softness. The staff were very friendly, polite, professional. There are 4 elevators so you don't have to wait too long. It's right across The Podium, which is very convenient. You can leave your luggage with the staff after checking out if your flight is in the evening. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.
AAnonymous UserClean Room but Misleading View, Breakfast, and Maintenance Issues
Review:
I stayed at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas from December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025, and booked a Business Queen Room through Trip.com. My experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with some aspects not meeting expectations set by the listing.
Positives:
1. The room was clean upon arrival.
2. Staff were polite and accommodating, especially when I requested a room change (though none were available).
3. The à la carte breakfast provided on the first day was generous and filling.
Areas for Improvement:
1. Misleading Room Description: The listing advertised a city view, but my room’s window only faced the back and wall of the adjacent building. This felt misleading and detracted from the experience.
2. Towel Quality: The towels provided on the first day were worn out and should no longer be in use. I have photos to substantiate this observation.
3. Maintenance: The room was clean but showed signs of wear and tear (e.g., cabinet doors needing repair), indicating a lack of upkeep.
4. Breakfast Expectations: I specifically booked this hotel because of the advertised buffet breakfast. However, on the first day, no buffet was served due to low guest turnout, and only à la carte was available. While the meal was generous, it wasn’t what I expected, especially during the New Year holiday when many travelers would hope for the full experience.
5. Ventilation: The room felt suffocating without a proper view or natural light.
Overall:
While the location is convenient and staff were courteous, the lack of proper maintenance, misleading room description, and the absence of the advertised buffet breakfast on the first day were disappointing. These issues need attention to align with what guests are promised when booking.

PPHAIK SIEWBooked a standard room with either king or twin. Upon arrival, FO informed that only twin available which I would prefer king for entire stay. When enquirer if next day king room availability, FO did not answer and seem like just wanted to give a twin and asked me to check tomorrow. I was upset as PMS system (hotel system) clearly could tell room type inventory for next few days and possible to secure accordingly. When I insisted then rcvd king for entire stay. Funny thing is when FO gave me the key, she mentioned “for this time only”. This sounded like I was being unreasonable and they gave in. Where I was purely wanted to secure king bed for next few days of my stay.
PPretty Kusinera LakwatseraI’ve been a frequent guest at this hotel, staying an average of almost once a month, and overall, the experience has been pleasant. The **room was clean as always**, and the **housekeeping service was excellent**, promptly attending to any request with efficiency and courtesy.
However, I believe the **front desk services** still have room for improvement. On my recent stay, I inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, as many hotels offer this perk for loyal guests. I was quickly told “no” without much consideration or follow-up. I suggested they at least check, but the front desk agent declined. I asked “how about birthday upgrade for frequent guest?” I was answered, we only give cake and didn’t even bother to ask for my birthdate or check his record.
Additionally, I requested a late check-out, as the standard check-out time is 11 a.m. I asked for just a one-hour extension, but the staff advised me to call the next morning instead of handling the request during the check-in process.
While the **cleanliness and housekeeping** are consistently excellent, I hope the front desk can improve their customer service to match the overall high standards of the hotel.
GGuest UserThe staff is polite. The bathroom and bedroom are in good condition. The window can be opened. The restaurant has delicious foods. It has a variety of foods and drinks. There are no water bottles in the room not even a kettle with glasses in the room but there is a water bottle refill station in the lobby which is on the main floor. No disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room.
Cc.shikiGood value for the price. The rooms are basic, simply a place to sleep and freshen-up. There are no other amenities and no breakfast options. Water dispensers are available on every floor, and guests are free to avail of this.
Ideal for those attending conferences/seminars near the area who are in need of budget-friendly accommodations. The location is great and accessible with two entry/exit points from two streets. The main entryway and the back entrance are accessible for pedestrians and are a good consideration for those who need to go to the back entrance withour going all the way around J. Vargas Ave. Recommended! 👏
GGuest UserWe booked here overnight just to rest with my 3 kids and me. My kids love Privato and this is the 2nd time we visited the place. I appreciate the free parking, the great room ambiance and strategic location where a mall and other restaurants are accessible.
OOreo20Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
