We lived in a room and in a villa. Viola is more interesting, I recommend choosing it. There are squirrels on the territory. The pool is very nice. The sea is across the road. I sincerely recommend this hotel
Great environment, you can stay here all day, take a rest after swimming and playing
It is very suitable for travelers who like to relax. There are many breakfast choices and you can choose to have breakfast in your room. The staff are also very kind. The only downside is the location. But it doesn't matter that you can stay here all day for vacation.

The swimming pool is easy to check in. There are not many choices for the buffet breakfast, but the quality is acceptable. The most important thing is to have breakfast and enjoy the sea view.
Massage buy one get one free, the environment is acceptable, it is recommended to book in advance, because you will have two technicians in one room
Checking in is very easy. You can go in and tell the security guard the code and someone will come to pick you up and take you to the house. There is a small pool and outside tables to sit and relax. There is a 7-Eleven not far away, but you have to drive out. When I went, it was quite quiet and not noisy. It is not the type of village that was built specifically for pool villas. It looks like a housing estate.
Convenient transportation, easy to find in the heart of Cha-am. 1-2 minutes drive from the beach, close to restaurants.
Clean rooms, soft beds, comfortable sleep. And fast internet
Amazing beachfront hostel located on the top of a 17 floors-building with breathtaking sea view. Staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean, and shared bathrooms spacious and hygienic.
What makes this property unique is, of course, it's location, which allowed an almost 360° view on the sea on one side and the hills on the other. Another detail that makes this place stand out is the remarkable size of its common space which allowed some privacy even in the hostel common area.
Definitely a great place to chill for a few days with the mild sea breeze blowing your hair 24 hours a day. I wish I'd have stayed longer than my just 2 nights stay. Talay is probably the must stay hostel in Cha Am.

CChaiSuper nice hotel just bit far from the tourist attractions and not much food nearby except hotel restaurant. You can fully relax and chill at here.
AAnonymous UserEverything is good only that there is a wedding party during our stay. And it’s very loud and disruptive. The kids couldnt use the pool and the noise was just very loud, not very relaxing. Don’t think we will come back again. Hopefully the hotel notify all guests about the party.

MMJ98First impressions: The hotel appears small from the front but stretches back quite far. It is noticeable that there is not much parking and I am not sure what accommodations they make in busier times of the year, however, it wasn't a problem for us on the day we stayed there. The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived and we were well received by the staff who spoke good English and explained everything that we needed to know. Heading upstairs and seeing the restaurant and the swimming pools we were surprised by the size of the place, given the small frontage. There are multiple swimming pools located near each cluster of rooms so they're not always too full of people and there's plenty of space to relax in the pool and swim. The restaurant may appear small but breakfast times are split and you tell the staff when you arrive when you'd like breakfast so you'll be guaranteed space in the morning.
The Room: We chose the seaview room with a jacuzzi. The room had a nice view of the sea and the bed was very big and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the size of the bathroom. The hotel provides slippers, dressing gowns and flip flops which all came in really handy. Additionally, items on the mini bar were complimentary which was a nice touch. The jacuzzi was also a nice addition but one complaint about the room is that not all of the controls worked for us. Also we found that the lighting in the room was a little strange and most of the lights were controlled by a large panel of switches next to the bed which was not very practical. Other than this the room was immaculately clean and the design was very nice.
The location: The hotel is not too far from the main road which makes it quite easily accessible by car. It is located on a road which does not have much else so it's appropriate for taking a relaxing walk, however if you want to find a shop you need to drive. We went to Cha Am town centre in the evening for the night market. It was very close by (by car) and had lots of options for food. The hotel also offers food in the evening, but there isn't anything else within walking distance.
GGuest UserSuch a beautiful resort, especially the pool and the outdoor environment. We stayed in a room sea view, excellent view. Although the room is bit old and it is still clean and spacious. Very good value. We drove, so no problem with transport otherwise, may be difficult as it is 30 min from Hua Hin by driving. I prefer stay in Cha Am as it is less people. We enjoyed the pool, jogging around and horse riding on the beach. Unfortunately the activities are only on specific day and the spa was full. Later on, we found good spa at the Hua Hin with cheaper price.
GGuest UserThe hotel location is very good, beachfront and flanked by two 5-stars properties.
The room (we had one on the beach side) was alright. The air con was on when we checked in, which was nice in a hot afternoon. There were some mosquitoes, which could have sneaked in while we opened the door. The downside came at night when we discovered there was no hot water in the shower. We tried every way but no hot water through our stay. As it was only one night, we didn’t inform the hotel. Breakfast, there was not much on display, but the breakfast room is well located by the sea. The hotel has a big garden and the surrounding area is nice and quiet. This place does have the potential but room renovation is needed. Service and staff were alright.
AAnonymous UserI drink water provided the hotel, my neck and head hurts with clogged like feelings. I took a shower to bathe, I was very sweaty with palpitation immediately after. But I was still ok. I eat food in the hotel, ny body felt much pain after. I left hotel room for less than ten minutes, hotel violates piracy and I felt someone from hotel entered my room and stole items or implicated me. Hotel staff and people kept making the same noises that made me had more pain. But it’s ok. Those are very typical hotels type. Those are very small issues and very common things in Thailand and many other places that always occur.
The previous similar type of hotel only days ago stole my money of more than $200 in the most typical common tourism traps within less than 5hours upon arrival, during booking of the place while the hotel and premises made me feel discriminated and worse. But I’m used to receiving these hotel exploitation beyond safety that always occur.
可可以直接Positive:
-Design of the hotel is very nice and very picture friendly.
-Many activities for kids , especially the pool.
-food is nice even if a bit pricey.
Negative:
-hotel is isolated from the city of hua hin (40km)
-room air conditioner is too powerful and can’t adjust the temperature
-sound isolation is poor
-tiny access to the sea
GGuest UserThis place is sexyyyyyyyyy!
I wish I was there with my man or a lover.
The ambience, the room, the pool! It’s def gorgeous. It’s a little isolated from the market but I think that’s the point.
In addition, the breakfast options were beyond amazing.
This is the hotel that you don’t leave the premises. If you’re a person who likes to post on Instagram for lux travel then this is it.
A nice place for a honeymoon, super relaxing or you appreciate the finer things in life.

Belle
GGuest UserAging hotel but located on the beach north of Cha am beach (about 4 km). Three beautiful, well-maintained swimming pools between the beach and the restaurant. The rooms are large, good bedding, bathroom like the hotel...... aging. Breakfast included but very basic. A little disappointed despite everything.î
